After I made a mistake on my online order for pick-up, I spoke with Jacob, who calmly helped me and did everything possible to ensure that they could correct the issues I had created. Nyla worked diligently on my complicated order to make sure it was done quickly, which I appreciated very much. And the manager, Daniel, was able to support these employees, answer my questions, and make everything right with my order administratively. Amazing customer service, thank you so much!

Great staff!! Helpful and cheerful. One guy went really out of his way to help me find a calendar/planner, and a lady answering the phone took the time to answer a question about their computer repair service. Even though the merchandise is arranged a little counter-intuitively, this store seems a lot more together than the rival office supply store in Brunswick.

The staff is friendly and efficient. Im a simple customer there. I usually e mail them the document I need printed, no problem but I often see them spending time with other people at their computer screen to get exactly what the customer needs. Id recommend any one in need of their services give them a try! Its the first place I go for printing and shipping needs. Thank you office depot staff. You take good care of me :)

I had a very positive experience at the store as I was looking for a new computer tower. The nice young man, Sean, who helped me was great.

Two of these greeted me when I walked in (can you say tripping hazard!?!?) but not an employee. Needed a good color laser jet for business but after 10 minutes of looking, I left and went across the street to Staples where I got the help I needed.

I just left this store. I havent bought a computer in years. This was my first stop. I browsed around the laptops for a while, several employees passed without a word, never offered help and one might even say, avoid eye contact. Maybe Staples will be better.... fingers crossed

This was the worst store experience I have ever had! I went in prior to work to have some documents printed and in the middle of being assisted a second customer walked up. Instead of the cashier telling the customer that it would be a few moments as she was already assisting me, she immediately stopped printing my documents to assist the second customer with not as much as an apology or second glance in my direction. I will never frequent this store again, and from the reviews as well as a previous phone experience with them before coming in I would advise you to do the same as there are other choices in the area.

I was extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service I received. The associate appeared to be visibly upset and her actions were deplorable. She was disinclined and became combative when I requested to exchange an item. I was in disbelief that she maintained her demeanor even when the manager came to assist. The manager was exceptional and apologetic for the employees behavior. Its disheartening that entitled individuals are allowed to continue employment when there are thousands seeking gainful employment and would be grateful for that opportunity.

There is a Lack of products and empty shelves. The salesman was too busy to help when he did I asked for an electronic cable and he told me we probably don’t carry them and to go on amazon. I did a google search and found the cable and it said in store pickup. I searched and searched and finally found the cable. Wow! I wanted to tell the salesman but he was nowhere to be found, the line was super long and slow on the way to check out. And last of all normally I don’t even care but since it’s a review you need to crank up the air conditioning it is hot!

When it comes to office supply they have what you need and service is great

I dont think I have ever been offered assistance while in the store. However, the layout is pretty simple and finding what I need is usually pretty easy.

Hard to find someone to help me and stock was very low and product that was there had been opened. Cashier that finally checked me out wasnt very friendly. Pretty disappointed with this office Depot.

Typical office supply store. Digital cameras were difficult to find and mostly sold out. Didnt look for other items. The store is typical of office supply stores.

Lots of clearance items every time I go there

The staff isnt especially knowledgeable about their products but they are very friendly and will go as far as to walk you to the product you need rather than just pointing and telling you where it is.

Even though I dont mind searching for what I want, I almost instantly had help.
