Good experience, they had the stain I needed on hand. They were able to help me out- fast and efficient.

I brought in a very old can of paint purchased at Sherwin-Williams. They no longer make the base or use the same tints they used then but they were able to scan the old paint on the can and matched the color perfectly using a different base and tint. I didnt have to paint the whole room.

Everybody here is always really helpful when I come in. I rarely know what I need but I’m starting to learn. Bought a new house last year so naturally everything needs painting. They’ve helped me paint match the barn (perfect match), find a deck stain (tried 3 different colors, finally the last one was good), and get good results on the two rooms I’ve painted so far. The employees sharing their knowledge with me is very useful and I appreciate it.

While we are sheltering, I’m trying to finish a project. Walter at the store was wonderful. He took my initial order over the telephone and made absolute certain that he and I were talking about the same paint products, prompted me about other items I might need to finish my job, and was wonderfully helpful. When I came to pick up the product, I was early and he saw me sitting outside. He let me know that he was aware I was there and put my order together for me immediately. He did everything to make me feel safe. I can’t think them enough. I have been down several times as my daughter is in a brand new house and was trying to finish things before moving her possessions. Every time we call they are wonderfully helpful and responsive.

Im a Independant Contractor who owns my own painting company. Every time Ive been to this store, its been nothing but a problem. Good luck getting the Manager TOM to make things right too. Leave a message wont call ya back. Also dont mix up the paint right, bought $70 gallon of paint of duration and had nothing but issues and still nothings been resolved. Dont go to this location. If you have to go out of your way to go to a different store, its worth it. It will save you a headache.
