Sign Pro did an outstanding job with our vinyl truck stickers. They went above and beyond to get our old stickers removed, even though they were basically glued to the truck, and now there is zero sign they were ever on there.Our graphic designer, Alex, worked with us through many revisions without ever making us feel like we were asking too much. And I even got the pleasure of getting to know the manager, Kendall, who made it very clear that he has the desire to run a high quality business with outstanding customer service, and is more than willing to take customer feedback to continue to improve the company. Our truck looks SHARP, and we look forward to doing business with Sign Pro BCS again in the future!

I went to get a quote on a vehicle wrap and the service was quick easy. In and out in no time and I received a email of the quote with a option to proceed with the order. I will be back to get my vehicle wrapped soon !

If I need signage for my business such as truck signage or yard signs I always go to Sign Pro. They have been my go to sign company for the past 14 years. They are creative and pay attention to detail at all phases of the job.

Would love to talk to the owner of this company. The customer service is horrible. There is no organized system and any time we need updates or changes over the last five plus years weve been working with them, they can never find our original files and have to have their designers recreate which never looks the same and always has some variation. Brooke is openly rude and very difficult to work with.

Best sign company in the BCS area hands down. When I works at GE in Houston, I used several large sign companies. Non had as good of quality and customer service as Sign Pro. The trucking company I now work for has been a Sign Pro customer since 2007. I had tried some other sign companies in the area. Once I started using Sign Pro, the quality of materials and staff have been top notch on every aspect. I have even had our parent company purchase from them as well. The graphics done for us from small all the way through the large decals on our trailers have been perfect cuts and perfect sizes each time. I do purchase a lot of decals, signs and banners each year. We have even had the make our large monument sign. All has been great.

This place is hands down the best people to work with in the BCS are! Trust me I know from personal experience. I spent a lot of money at another place in town and got a horrible product and had horrible customer service! I called these guys up and that very same day I had my decals designed and they even met up with me after hours to pick out my colors because I was not able to make it to there shop during the work day. How can you top that? The next day my decals were cut and ready for installation. The product came out great and looks amazing! If you are like me and like getting treated like family when doing business with someone than these are the people you need to use. Dont go somewhere else just because the prices might be a little less. You will quickly regret that decision. These people are the best at what they do and you get every penny out of the product you buy. They have the best warranty and the best products around by far. I will never go anywhere else from now on if I need anything made. Use these people and I promise you wont be disappointed!

Creative work was on par with an elementary student. A design was provided, straight lines, logo and 2 lines of text with a straight line border, 2 colors.Was told they did not have a Kelly Green. Had to go into office, look through their book for 30 seconds, and find, Kelly Green for them.Was billed for 1.5 hours of design work when only adjustments to original design were to change border to 2 lines and remove a phone number.Will not recommend them for any creative work under any circumstance.

The crew at Sign Pro are great to work with, from design to scheduling and installation they done a great job. They have wrapped several vehicles in my fleet and there was a big difference in quality over the other company that I had used. Even though they were slightly more costly it was well worth it. I highly recommend them for any signs or vehicle wraps.

Plain and simple got 2 car wraps done from them first one was great second one not so much. Had them come look at it to fix it and they fixed 2 out of the 8 spots that I showed them then never heard from them again.Let them know what was going on with wrap which included rolling edges, cracks in overstretched areas and nothing is going to be done to fix the problem not even taking the wrap off the car.Blame was placed on me as I was pleased with the 2 spots they fixed even though there was 8 spots, also we were told that they hated and are going to stop doing single color wraps because they cant hide imperfectionsWhich in case you didnt know means we cant hide flaws and miscuts will never give them another dime of my money and I highly recommend you dont either.We also had the pleasure of pulling the wrap off and another reason why I dont recommend them is they covered the front and back bumpers of the car with adhesion promoter.To blame a ceramic coat on a bad job is little bit of stretch seeing as wax products dont void warranties and thats practically the same thing. Also ceramic coating a car is not clear coating a car its just a wax type product ...

I have been very pleased with the work done at Sign Pro. They have been very professional and timely with the work that has been done and willing to work with me to get the product I desire. The quality has been GREAT and Precise. I have had 2 signs done by them for my office Dr. Black Dental Care on Southwest PKWY and for our new location on Rock Prairie Rd. Absolutely the worst company to do business with! They are great as long as you never tell them they made a mistake. I had my 2018 Dodge charger hellcat wrapped by signpro on OCT 23 2018. Within a month the vehicle had bubbles and wrap peeling off of bumpers and rocker panels. Took them two months to fix that and still missed the front bumper and driver rocker panel. Fast forward to May 2019 ( 7 MONTHS) more of the wrap is peeling off miscuts all over the car that is peeling up. And the response from Brooke and the owner Jan is its because we applied igl coatings kenzo ceramic coating. They have said the wont fix the issues that have been there since wrapped and also said they wont even remove the wrap. Absolutely the worst company. My company has given them well over 12k over the past 2 years and had a $3500 order with them that has now been canceled. Anyone on here looking for car wraps please I ask you to go to becker wraps in college station. SIGNPRO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY ANS NEVER PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great customer service, excellent work!

As Manager, I can assure you the above customer was given a quote that said You will be charged according to the time it takes us to design your proof at $65/hr as I am looking at it. This customer DID provide artwork but it was such a low resolution image, we had to recreate it. The customers husband was the one doing all the work...not the above complainer, so maybe she didnt realize how much time was truly invested in it. The customer came in more than 5 times for changes, always bringing his sweet barefoot baby in.If you are in the printing business, you learn that what one person thinks is kelly green another may not agree. So in order to make sure the customer gets the color they want, we do ask them to come in and pick from our PMS chart...which has probably over 100 greens.I strive on customer service here at Sign Pro, and would have loved this unhappy customer to have called me first to discuss. Oh well :)

2 Weeks to get a Quote. Another 7 days for a proof that look like it was thrown together in 5 mins. The design was so far off from what I explained I wanted there was no way to work with them to get it right. Before starting, I was told I would get my deposit back if we couldnt get to a design I liked. 30+ days later no refund and for the last 2 weeks the orginal person I talked to has been out of the office every time I have called to get my money back. If you dont already have a design, I would avoid these guys like the plague.

Called to get a sticker for my car done. Was put on hold two different calls and hung up on with each one. Called a third time and was told they are to busy to spend time on such a small job. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
