I been to other rack stores before and this one is below the other expectations. Shoe boxes were laying around everywhere and no one really came up to me to ask if I needed help. Several shoes were missing and things needed to be more organized. Its a great store because of the deals but the service needs to be a little better.

Came in here with my wife and 2 kids to purchase shoes. We entered the store before close. In any industry. In any business, you do not tell the customers “can I help you, cause we close in 7 minutes” feeling rushed, we decided to go to academy and spend well over 200 dollars. Rude. You guys don’t want the money we want to spend, fine. Someone else will. Rather shop at Payless to be honest. At least they have decent people, with decent customer service. Also, I notice my wife’s review was taken down. Take this one down, and I’ll gladly contact your corporate office.
