I usually have good experiences here but on Saturday the 29th of may i had an horrible experience. While trying to exchange a damage product with in a 15 minute time span of having purchased it . The manager on shift wouldnt do the exchange and even yelled at me in front of other employees and customers. I went to the college station location and they had no problem what so ever doing the exchange.
