My garage door opener would not work so I called OGD who had installed my opener when the house was built in 2003. This was the first time I had any problems. Braden responded quickly and was very courteous and efficient. He showed me a piece that he removed from the motor area. It was split open. He replaced it and my burned out light bulb. He also lubed the small rollers on the door surface and left me the work order and phone number. I was very pleased with the service I received and would use them again.

Our garage door went off the track. The technician showed up on time and fixed it within 2 hours. He was courteous, efficient, and did a good job over all. I would have given OGD 5 stars if the price was more reasonable. Be prepared to pay for a job well done!

A few of our garage door rollers came off the track on Saturday, I called several places, left messages to return my call ... still havent received any call backs. I called OGD Monday morning to see if by some miracle they could come out to check the door. They had a tech arrive that afternoon. I was overjoyed with the response time, updates and promptness. The tech, Braden, was polite, explained what was wrong with the door, checked the for other issues, went over the cost and then fixed the door. I was impressed with the whole process! I would recommend this company for any garage door needs.

I had an issue with my garage door experiencing excessive closure forces while closing which prevented it from closing unassisted. I did everything I could to try and repair the Wayne Dalton spring system, but was unsuccessful. I called the company that installed the door when I built the house 8 years ago and am still waiting on a call back from them. I contacted OGD at noon on a Friday and they had a technician come out the same day. Xzayvian arrived on time that afternoon and listened to everything I attempted to repair the door. Ultimately, he confirmed what I learned from my research, I needed to replace the entire spring system. He placed the order for all the necessary parts that afternoon and said they should be available in 3-5 business days. I was contacted the following Thursday that my parts were in and informed me that I was on Fridays schedule to have my door repaired. Xzayvian was the technician that came out again. I was very pleased with the work he did to get my door operational! If you need your garage door repaired, I would recommend giving OGD a call and asking for Xzayvian W!

Yesterday I called & asked for someone to come put a new garage door opener in. Ours was an antique. Two men arrived this morning and finished the job within an hour. They made me a deal on the price. I got a keypad next to the door on the outside and I got an extra remote opener. We are thrilled! The door is very quiet now and there’s a security button on the opener in the garage and lights and everything!! Thank you Overhead Garage Doors!!

Terrible customer service, pressed one button and charged $125 for labor.Was told we would be paying $35, only have to pay an extra 85 for them actually repairing anything (using tools, etc.) but none of that happened.Then as we confronted them about the 85$ fee the repairman took it as an insult and started spewing nonsense about how theyre the number one in the country and raised his voice.We then asked him what he did to incur this labor charge when all he did was press a single button and get lucky for our garage to open.Definitely do not recommend, use a different company.

Don’t waste your time and money.They will send a tech with no knowledge on how to repair aWayne Dalton Garage Door.They will try to sell you a new system for $600.Tech will not even try to inspect the door and you will be forced to pay $35 for a worthless visit!Tech will mention that the service is open 24/7. But because it’s Sunday, you have to wait because he has no parts to do anything in his truck.Run, look for other options and companies in town to repair your Garage Door!

Justin and Tyler the technician are professional and amiable. Tech came and assessed the problems which I had more or less troubleshot. A bad sensor. Tech presented me with a proposed bill for $318.00. I told him it was too much. He supposedly consulted his office and dropped the price to $249.00. I could have just stopped it right there, but I gave him the go ahead. (I couldnt get a hold of my regular company Aggieland Garage Door) Although he spent a little over an hour and a half, it really took 20 mins to replace sensor and grease the door. The bill went like this: Labor and parts-$129.00. Minimum labor charge-$85.00. Residential service call-$35.00. Total: $249.00. I believe that $170.00 would have been a fair price. I leave the reader to draw a conclusion about the charges. As for me, I would never use this company nor recommend them to anyone.Garage door worked two or three times, but then the same problem occurred. Lets see whther OGD homors its 30 day labor contract. Notified them yesterday. No answer yet. Soap ooera continues.

They answered the first time I tried calling and set up an appointment in Bryan for the next morning. I had Joe come out and he was very friendly, professional, and courteous. I dont write reviews, so the fact that I gave not only 5stars but a review speaks volumes as to how impressed I was with them. Have already recommended them to co-workers.And the negative review here which states they dont service Bryan is incorrect.

Called them to fix my door that was off track ended up fixing it myself Called back and told I didnt need to come out told me they wouldnt charge to come look at anyways guy came and looked at it and charged me 35 dollars so I paid him Called the busy couple days somebody told me a manager would call me back that was a lie Ive Called three times within month and half same response every time

We are extremely pleased with our service from Joe Silva w/Overhead Door Company! He came out the same day that we called, and he even called us about 30 minutes before he was to arrive to let us know that he was on his way. Joe did a great job replacing our garage door springs and rollers. Only took him a few hours and he cleaned up afterwards, leaving no trace that he’d ever been there — except for a smooth-sliding up/down garage door! Definitely recommend Overhead Door Company and their serviceman, Joe Silva. He was super nice, and he voluntarily found several discount offers and coupons that he applied to our invoice to help save us quite a bit of money!

Our technician Todd called me to verify our type of opener and, since it was not a commonly used type, he researched it and got parts to repair it BEFORE coming out. The old opener wound up being completely fried from a lightening strike and had to be replaced anyway, but that attention to detail and saving us a service call means ALOT! Overhead Garage Door is the ONLY way to go if you are in need of repair or a new opener!

The other week, I was on my way to pick my husband up from the airport after he had been traveling for work over a two week span, and when I went to open my garage door- it would not open. I could not lift the door up because the spring was busted. So, I called a few companies and no one was able to help me until the next day. But, Overhead Garage Door was able to send someone to open my door for me so that I could get my car out. Even though they could not fix it immediately, they reassured me that they would be back later that day to fix it, but could not right then because there was another customer before me that they promised to help. And when I got back from the airport, they were already back repairing my door for me. The service was amazing, the price was great, and they even gave me a warranty on the door. I was also shocked by their customer service not only to me by coming to help me get out, but also their respect for the other customer and their obligation to be there to help them when they said they would. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank You!
