So unprofessional that I receive many many phone calls to my phone even as of today looking for Justin re: services or debts owed. He still uses his old phone number to avoid contact. Ive had this phone number myself since 2014. Took me 2 years to get him to take it off his signage on his building. FYI, 5225 number is NOT Justins nor Agscapes and has NOTHING to do with them and NEVER has.
Really upset about my experience with Agscapes. We just moved to the area and needed someone to mow our lawn because we didn’t have a lawnmower at the time. Justin emailed and let me know that they were going to try and get to our lawn on 3/6 if the weather stayed dry. No mow on 3/6 and no email about a reschedule. Figured it was because the ground was still wet from all the recent rain. I waited through 3/11 and still no one came by to mow the lawn and I received no emails letting me know when the lawn would be mowed. I am more than a little irritated at this point, but I think to myself, okay, maybe they are backed up. We really needed our lawn mowed by this time because it was terribly overgrown. We were, thankfully, given a lawnmower by a friend on 3/10. So I emailed Justin on 3/11 explaining that we got a lawnmower and I would like to be taken off their schedule. I received no response or acknowledgement to this email.3/21 I received an invoice for around $40. I immediately emailed Justin for an explanation for the invoice since the lawn had never been mowed. He emailed me back and said he would ‘take a look at the GPS location and crew notes’ and then emailed me again claiming our lawn had been mowed on 3/6 and even sent me the crew notes to go along with it. These notes claimed they had mowed the front lawn but upon trying to mow the backyard, they were met with a dog. While we have a dog, he is never kept outside when we are not home. We do not have a dog door and there is no possible way that he was in the backyard at this time, as Justin claimed the stopped by on the morning of 3/6, when no one would be home. I was sent a revised invoice for the mow of the front yard for just over $20. Yet the front lawn was never mowed (believe me, I would have been able to tell if the lawn had been mowed due to how long it was). When I explained that there was no way it could have been our yard to Justin via email, he assured me that he would go drive by our property with the crew leader to ‘try and determine what happened.’ That email was received 3/21 and it is now 3/25 with no explanation. Either you have a lazy crew that claims to mow peoples yards while instead eating a cheeseburger in the driveway, your crew mowed someone else’s yard that was not ours (which is my bet), or you are dishonest. I don’t know which it is but we will be recommending that people steer clear of Agscapes in the future. Very disappointed that this Aggie-owned business operates this way.
Building a fence that I paid them to do. My biggest mistake was writing a check before work was done. They placed posts random distances between. No two the same. Very very disappointed. No calls returned and lots of broken promises.
Very honest and upstanding. Appreciate their hard work. Would recommend for any drainage job.
This company is a joke at best, horrible business ethics, and mediocre work .
I dont know how this place is still open
