Horrible customer service! The ladies pick and choose their days to be nice. Some days you come in and they are upbeat and nice. Most days they are stand offish and rude! They are never in stock of the products you need and they never know when things will restock. They follow you around and stare at you like you’re a thief. If you have the time it’s best to visit the Benton location. As of today, I’ve decided to never visit this location again! I’m sick of it!

After trying to get the products that I KNOW work, the lady was very persistent about what I should use saying “No, get this. This is what I use, and it will work really well.” Long story short, it didn’t work AT ALL and I wasted my money and my time when she basically wasn’t letting us just get what we knew would work.

So rude and unprofessional! Very poor customer service. After enduring all of that, once I was checking out I paid cash with a 20 and 1 dollar bills that the girl thought she would hold up to the light. Wheres the money pen? Instead making customers feel like scum. Ill never step foot in there again.

I go because I have to. They are usually rude and dont want to help. One lady actually rolled her eyes at me because I asked a question.
