My husband and I have been customers of Ashley in Bryant for many years. We are well aware there are supply chain and production issues because of C-19. We both work in industries that have been impacted for the same reason. However, it seems as though the virus has also made people lose their common sense, human decency and void of customer service? It SHOULD NOT have had any effect on those things. As a matter of fact, customer service should have been gold standard because of extremely long wait times and delayed E.T.As. However, that has not been the case with Ashley. They took our money and then they were done. We ordered furniture the beginning of May. We were told then, 6-8 weeks, which would be end of July. Eight weeks came and went and they never ONCE contacted us with an update. At 10 weeks, we went in to the store, in person, spoke with a manager, (our salesman wouldnt even make eye contact) and were told that our chair and ottoman were there, but it would be a couple more months on the couch. Ignorantly, we left the chair and ottoman because we didnt want to pay for another delivery. September 25th, they delivered the couch and chair but NO ottoman? All of a sudden, the ottoman that was there earlier, had disappeared. They didnt have any explanation, didnt care and shrewdly said it would be another month. Guess what? A month later and still, no ottoman, and they still didnt initiate communication. If we want to know something, we have to call them. So this morning, we did. Now, they have said they have NO idea when the ottoman would be in. We have been patient and understanding in spite of the fact that they have been HORRIBLE communicators. A simple phone call, giving an update on the status of an order wouldve made a huge difference, but to not get that AND now they lose furniture that was already there!? Unacceptable. They swarm like vultures descending on highway road kill when you enter the store, but after you buy, they are like fat cats, basking in a windowsill; totally lackadaisical, indifferent and void of any give a damn. Just a little bit of customer service can go a long way, but at a time when they should be giving their utmost, Ashley Furniture in Bryant has been weighed, measured and found wanting. Thoroughly disheartened and totally disappointed.

First, my visit started out amazing! Then, they kept following me around and completely being a nuisance!! I understand that it’s their job but please stop coming to me every 2 seconds. Then, my lovely daughter, Avery, asked a question about their sheep. She asked, “are the sheep for sale and do they come with this jacket?” but the salesperson was so disrespectful and ignored her every time and even shouted at her to be quiet. So rude.

I added Ashley warranty. But it wasnt until 5 years I needed a cleaning. So i could take off sectional covers and wash them and the cotton encased filler was encased in a pillow like substance was identical to to sectional piece covering slip.. 5 years later when needed. I called because one of back pillows is just stuffing and no encasing. Not only did they lie that each pillow was ecases with surfing, bit told me I was past warranty.

I found and bought a recliner over the phone from Ashleys. When I walked in to pick it up I was blown away. Huge selection of gorgeous furniture in a nice building. I want to go back a d check it out better. Also, loading was great. You pull up to a dock and they load it. Super nice employees!

After driving 4 hours to pick up furniture I was told it was sold. I had been in communication with the store employee over the phone. The employee did not want to process the paperwork because she stated she needed a physical ID. Please keep in mind before I move I had been shopping at this store for at least 10 years. If the furniture was being sold that particular employee could have given me a courtesy call. She had my number because she was sending me pictures of item. I believe this was poor customer service.After I Adrian’s found out the items were sold no one offered an apology. Instead, they tried to sell me furniture that was above the budget given. The employee by the name of Wala became very rude and annoying.about the situation. She would make smart comments about the items and I chose to ignore her comments to avoid her unprofessional attitude. I will NEVER shop her again.

He was kind, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to show us different options for the style of bed we were searching for. I’ve since referred several friends to him. We will definitely use him for our furniture needs in the future.

Just because you say we have 90 days to deliver, must I really wait that long? ...Yes. Finally got my furniture after 89 days.Initial salesperson was fantastic. She did say delivery was behind due to Covid...then time started rolling by.The delivery guys were professional covered their shoes and got to work.Very pleasant guys.After a month of having my furniture, I now can give a review of my furniture.Love love my sofa. I paid $499 each plus tax for two recliners. The recliners are low quality. I call to see if I could replace them, but I was transferred twice. My original salesperson never called me back.I truly wish I could return them, but ALL SALES ARE FINAL.This was my experience hopefully your experience with Ashleys will be great.

Times with COVID sure has changed, you can’t order anything due to shortages. The show room had plenty of Furniture. Great prices, service was excellent to. I have bought from Ashley’s before. And the service and delivery was worth the wait.

I ordered from Ashley twice last year with no issues and that is why I went back this year to order a bunch of furniture. I ordered the furniture in March and it is September and I still don’t have all of it or an accurate ETA of when I will receive it. None of the furniture was delivered in the 8-12 weeks we were quoted. After 14 weeks we got a partial delivery. They didn’t schedule a time to deliver the furniture and called me when they were already at my apartment. Because I had been waiting so long I left work to receive it, but I was very frustrated with them being inconsiderate of my time. One of the items we received was defective so I was quoted an additional 6-8 weeks and that was, yet again, not an accurate time frame. I regularly ask for updates every 3-6 weeks given how long the furniture is taking and the last time I asked the salesperson appeared frustrated I was messaging him. It’s not my fault that my furniture is taking so long that I want an update! I have now been given multiple incorrect time frames and at almost 6 months later I am appalled I haven’t received all of my furniture yet. My advice would be to ask if something is in stock so you don’t have to wait months like my boyfriend and I have. It is NOT worth it and I won’t be shopping from Ashley again.

We’ve always shopped Ashley’s for our furniture needs. Amazing staff, great quality, excellent customer service from the moment you walk in the door to the time of delivery. Doreen was an excellent sales floor rep that we had the pleasure to work with. Today, I was so happy to have truck #4 deliver our items! Clyde & Marcus were top notch! They were careful, and really handled everything the way we, the paying customer, would. They were such a joy and I am just thankful! Great job Ashley’s! Also, thank you Clyde and Marcus for closing the deal for us today!

I love the quality of the products sold!! This past month I recently moved. Purchased 2 bedroom sets online. I went into the store today to purchase some chairs that I found online. The salesperson was not knowledgeable about the product. The item that I purchased was $129 a piece despite being advertised at $107 a piece. The salesperson said that her manager said that we had to purchase 3 stools since there were 3 available. She said they didn’t want just one left. Not sure why that can be requirement of a customer. I never said how many we wanted. Maybe if she said they were only sold as pairs as implied by the online advertisement I could understand. I was actually purchasing 4 so that wasn’t a deal breaker but I still find a required number for single items hard to believe. I can’t imagine being told that I had to purchase two vehicles or two cheeseburgers if I was only wanting one.The problems with my in store experience:1) Being told that I had to purchase 3 stools or they couldn’t be sold despite the product having individual sales prices.2) Being told that they were individually owned so they don’t honor advertised prices.When I asked for a manager, the manager did her job in explaining the store’s policy.I will continue buying Ashley’s Furniture because it’s a great brand. I purchased the products in store today because that was the sole purpose in leaving my house today but if you can wait on the product-you should shop online for best prices. If I purchased the exact same product online I would’ve saved $. Be advised, there are shipping delays for online purchases. For repeat customers, they usually have additional savings to their already lower prices.

Very disappointed! I ordered my furniture in June and was quoted 14-16 weeks. I received a partial delivery of some of the pieces and was told the sofa and tv stand would be here in September then it was the first of October. I got a call this week saying that my sofa had been pushed back yet again until November and the TV stand wouldn’t be available until MARCH OF 2022!!! I’m so mad because when I picked out the furniture it all revolved around a certain color scheme and none of the other options they showed me would work. I got a call recently from one of the sales reps offering to give me the floor model but I was still under the assumption that my stand would be in the first of October so I opted to wait, she never said my furniture had been pushed back so long or I would have taken it, she told me she was just asking before she asked someone else. I will never shop at this store again!! If they had been upfront and said it could take damn near a year to get your furniture I would have went somewhere else! Very very upset!!

Been looking for new furniture for sometime now. We found their memorial day sale online and called just a few minutes before they closed and they were more than helpful getting our order in at the last minute. When they delivered the furniture a problem arose and sissy jumped rite in and got it corrected the same day even though it meant them making a second trip to the house that day. They will have our future business

We had such a great experience at Ashley Furniture. Alan is the best! He greeted us with so much warmth. He gave us our space to browse and was so intuitive, circling back when he sensed we had a question. Very kind, knowledgeable and made our sofa-shopping experience so easy.UPDATE: Customer service after this store has secured your payment is HORRIBLE. After experiencing a delay in delivery that was NOT mentioned verbally at all during our interaction with Alan, we called to inquire and he was very rude to my husband over the phone, refused to escalate our concerns and then even hung up on us. He was a completely different person and ruined our Ashley experience. I would give zero stars if I could.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful here. One thing that I appreciate is that they are not pushy. They are always there if you have questions or need help. The selection of furniture here is very impressive. I would expect that almost everyone can find something that pleases them here.

I’ve always ordered from Ashley’s and usually receive outstanding customer service. This year with them has been a pain. The set I ordered originally had very bad quality, thankfully I purchased the warranty. After they reordered, the new set was still causing issues. They decided to let me do an exchange. I upgraded and paid more to have what I thought was better quality. This wasn’t the case, it arrived damaged to my home on a Friday. The delivery guys were very nice and friendly. I texted my sales lady pictures and concerns. She could careless, never heard back from her. Thankfully Kevin contacted me and advised the sales lady should call me no later than the 7th of September. Didn’t get a call of course but I was okay since I knew we had a holiday over the weekend. Well the 10th came and still nothing, I contacted Kevin and of course he took good care of me and reordered the set.The set arrived Saturday, October 2nd. And what do we know, it’s damaged. Delivery guys nice, professional and concerned. They took pics and documented. Kevin reached out bright and early Monday the 4th, trying figure out what we can do. He ask to allow him time to talk to the big boss and he would call me back Tuesday morning.Called returned and he states that the big boss isn’t willing to compensate me for the inconvenience. He’s willing to give me a full refund and pick up the furniture or I keep it as is…Bottom line, they do not value their customers. Once you sign the deal, they can careless of how you feel. Patience, calmness and time is what I gave; to end up having to start over with another company.So, I say to you, if Kevin could run this store, it would be great. He’s very nice, trustworthy, professional and timely. He’s great but the head boss and sales side of business is ridiculous horrible.I’ve experienced issues with two different sets, had a tech come to my home twice before the pandemic and once during, both sets had to be reordered/ replaced upon arriving to my home. And now I’m having to try to find a different set, with a different company and wait on the delayed delivery.Not right, not fair but lesson learned!!

I love my furniture but I can only give 2 stars because of my overall experience. I went to the Ashley Outlet on June 23, 2021. I was told by sales rep Felicity that the items I like would take 14-16 weeks to arrive, she specified this time frame was something they had to tell us and really it only takes 3-4 weeks. The 3-4 weeks was mentioned after I said I would go somewhere else to look. I figured waiting a month wasn’t too bad and placed an order for 4 items paying over $1000 in full. Felicity gave me her cell just in case I had any questions. 3 weeks later I called her for an update she apologized and said the warehouse is backed up and delivery would be about 14-16 weeks arriving sometime in Sept. I reminded her about the 3-4 weeks and she politely apologized again. I tried to remain hopeful that my items would come sooner. She did let me know that my wall shelf and chair were in. I just needed to wait on the sofa and loveseat.Long story short I called to cancel and was told there would be a 10% restocking fee. Felicity gave me the option of exchanging what I ordered for items they actually had in stock. She took pictures of sofas and text them to me to choose from. I ended up picking 2 matching sofas and I was refunded $160 (the difference from what I paid originally). This happened the week of July 12. I ended up going to the store to pick up my wall shelf and chair but there was a mix up and I was told I had to come back to get it. Then later that night Felicity told me I could have picked them up and the warehouse guys were confused.All of my furniture was delivered on July 22.I love my furniture and Felicity was helpful in the end but the entire experience was frustrating. I don’t like being mislead just so a sale can be made. The 3-4 week timeframe shouldn’t be mentioned at all.If you purchase here ONLY buy items in stock.****Response to the owner’s comment ***I understand 14-16 weeks is the time frame for delivery. Felicity expressed that to me up front BUT as soon as I said that I would look somewhere else she told me it was really 3-4 weeks for everything and they just say 14-16 because it is required. It is my fault for believing a sales person who will say anything to save a sale.I am not the first person to comment that they were given a shorter time frame so maybe speak to your sales team about lying.

Sincere thanks to Tim Hammonds who helped navigate us through a very difficult series of events. The adjustable bed base that we purchased was no longer working and was reported to your company during the last week in December 2020. Thanks to Tims concern and assistance; and after many calls and texts, we were finally able to have the base replaced in April. Tim was very consistent in working with us; always returning our calls and staying in contact. He was always pleasant and understanding, and when others wouldnt call or follow through on plans, Tim was always the one we could count on! He stuck with us from beginning to end, and I assure you, HES the reason we will continue to do business with ASHLEYS Furniture. Also, the two young men who delivered and set up the new bed base, Marcus and Clyde did a great job! They were timely, professional, pleasant and really knew what they were doing. They got the job done and were gone in no time.Believe me, GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE still, and ALWAYS WILL work!

Our sales experience was good but, had to go with our plan B as the items we wanted are not in stock and we were told shipping is at least 12 weeks out. Setting up the delivery went smoothly but,when the delivery guys showed up, we were missing a couch and a table and chairs and as they were bringing in a small desk one of the legs broke. But, Marcus, Truck 4 handled it immediately and said wed get a new one. When he called about the missing items he was told they were no longer in stock. Marcus assured us we would get those items and that he would deliver them that day. And he did just that! Brought our couch and even though the table & chairs we ordered were not available, a set we were happy with. And replaced the broken desk. Marcus came through for us! Ashleys is lucky to have him on their team.

Marcus and Clyde, in truck #4, delivered our stuff today and did a great job setting it up for us. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our experience.

We bought a couch, loveseat, and a recliner. We had an excellent sales rep named Evelin, who answered all our questions, and gave us a tour of the show room. She helped us find exactly what we wanted, and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. We looked at furniture at other stores, but we kept coming back to Ashley. The pieces we picked just seemed more comfortable and the color was very nice. We were very happy with the delivery guys also. Parker and Nathan were very courteous and professional, and they carefully moved the furniture through the doorway, avoiding damage to anything. We have a good warranty, and we are happy with our purchase.

Great prices, friendly staff a lot to choose from. Lead times are a bit lengthy, currently, with the increase in demand. But that was expected. Its also important to note that there IS an outlet section to this location thats not listed on Maps.

Do not shop at this particular Ashleys unless what you want is already in stock. We bought a bed and were told that it could be delivered in 2 weeks, a month at the very most... but it never takes that long. After lots of frustrating phone calls and lack of a definitive delivery date we finally got it 9 weeks later!!!!But the most frustrating part is there was no apology from anyone or thank you for waiting.. not even from a manager. They acted like we were being ridiculous for being upset that it took so long, just shrugged us off and said covid.So disrespectful! They could have offered free delivery or a small store credit to make up for their ineptitude.

If I could give a 0 star rating I would.. Do not shop at this Ashleys. They will say whatever they have to, to get a sale. As mentioned by other shoppers, they will and do lie about their delivery dates. We purchased a king size bedroom suite on April 26th and it is July 20th and we still have not even received an estimated delivery date. We were pretty clear about not wanting to wait months on furniture (as to why we did not originally purchase at Hanks in Little Rock.. they were honest and transparent about their delivery times), so our sales rep Terri showed us a few certain suites that would only take 4-6 weeks to deliver, versus 16 weeks. We went with an option that would allow us to get it by the end of May. When we followed up at the end of May, Terri told us it would be just a few more weeks. 2 weeks later I followed up with Terri again, and she told me she was truly sorry but it wouldnt be in until July 20th. Today is July 20th, and we still have not received an update, nor has anyone called us to update us with a delivery date. I asked Terri to have management call me, but she did not. They do not care if you get your furniture as long as they make their commission.. they will say whatever they have to, to make the sale. Visit Hanks furniture in Little Rock off of Bowman. We went there first and the sales man told us it would be 14-16 weeks before we received our furniture. If we knew we were going to have to wait that long, we would have shopped at a place that has integrity like Hanks... not a place that will manipulate you for a sale.

My wife and I purchased a new bed recently which we are very happy with. There was a issue with the wrong size sheets being given and without question text Tim a copy or receipt and he had the issue addressed. The service we have received from Ashley’s on this occasion and other times purchasing our living room set and dining room set has been great. The sales personally are great. Not pushy and very knowledgeable about the product especially bed shopping. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

I made a purchase of a dining set, a bench, and two twin beds on 12/26/2020. As of 4/7/2021, I still have no chairs to sit in. I called the store on 3/26/2021 and on 4/2/2021 to speak to the manager. Not one of the FOUR managers could call me back. I called the store today and asked for a GM, regional manager, or contact for the owners. Within moments the store manager was able to take my call. She was not helpful. She was sarcastic. She was not knowledgeable about reading/understanding my ticket/order at all. I still was not provided contact information to anyone above her. Oh, I was told my barstool for my dining set would not be in until June 2021!

Went to multiple places for furniture around the LR and NLR area. Many places were picked over, small selection, and priced way too high. When we walked into Ashley we were greeted by a sales associate who then followed us around while we shopped and answered any questions we had. Normally I would find this annoying, but they really werent pressuring us to make a purchase. Their prices are reasonable and the cheapest for the quality that I have found to date. I would highly recommend Ashley over any other big box furniture retailer in the area.

A delightful person by the name of HOPE welcomed us and made us feel right at home. She was engaging but a good listener too. She’s a natural with people. She helped us find a beautiful Peacock Green leather massage/recliner . We did not buy that day as we wanted to give it some thought and look at our budget before we made the purchase. Hope stayed in touch with us by text to check in on us and that showed us that she cared and was trying to help us get the chair as best she could. Because of her patience and true Professional way of handling our situation, we really wanted the chair more! We probably would not have come back and bought the chair had it not been for Hope and JEN. JEN was there to back up Hope and also help us in any way she could. They are the reason we ultimately bought the chair. I figure the sales folks make some commission and it made us happy to know Hope would benefit financially because she worked with us in every way. The delivery was offered immediately and we could not receive the chair till the next day but the fact that they had instant delivery in Covid as also exceptional! Thanks again HOPE and JEN and we hope the owners at Ashley Furniture Store give you both raises for your service to customers! We’ll be back for a sectional soon!

I had a great buying experience at Ashley’s with Sandi Brown. Was looking for a comfy recliner. She strolled me around but they were either not my style, color or size. Just as we were leaving, she remembered one in the clearance section. Walked over there and saw a modern designed, genuine leather Ashley’s electric recliner for $395. Bargain! I sat in it for 2 minutes and asked why it was in clearance—something about it was ordered wrong. Red flag, overlooked. I bought it and paid for it - over $500 with tax and delivery. When it got to my home, it was larger than it looked in that big building and once I sat in it for a period of time, I realized it was way too BIG for me. It’s an Ashley’s recliner and built for 6 foot 300 pound men, not short women! It’s so huge when I first sat in it, my neck hurt, so I grabbed pillows and tried to stuff up the gaps. So now, I continue to sit in my other living room chair and look at my electric recliner that was a BIG mistake. Wish I’d just waited and bought the more expensive, comfortable chair I originally found at a store in my hometown. 🙁

Do not buy from this place! They say it will be 3 weeks for delivery then when your furniture isn’t here in 10 weeks they say “legally” you have to wait 14 weeks or we charge you 20%. If you want to wait for 4 plus months for your furniture then this is your store!

Kelly was an absolute delight. She was so informative. She helped me pick out the perfect furniture for my place, and better yet made the experience very enjoyable. She had so much patience for me as well. I was also in a tight spot and she managed to get me same day delivery, with the furniture being delivered 2 hours later!! I completely recommend this store for all your furniture needs, every employee was so nice. Kelly is a Rockstar!

Moving from Florida to Arkansas. On 06/12, I placed an online order with Ashley Furniture store; bedroom, mattress, and living room set. After a few days, I contacted Ashleys to verify and confirm delivery. A week of calling, emailing, and chatting with representatives, no one could give me a clear answer about my delivery date and time. Today, 06/24, after escalating the issue due to frustration. I was told due to issues with there system and assigning me an ERP number my order would not be delivered until August. Orginally the time frame on the website estimated it would be 2-3 weeks for Mattress and Bedroom set (Zelen), with the living room set the end of August. Move in date is July 1.Customer service about the issue was unsatisfactory. I spoke to John on Saturday June 19, I am still waiting for a call back. Aaron the manager was on lunch when I called. I am still waiting for that phone call as well. No one even attempted to try to help by recommending any other items potentially in stock.Moving to another state is stressful and Ashleys furniture store definitely added to the stress and was not sympathetic at all.However, I am thankful for Nikki and Mickey for not passing the buck. These two took the initiative and time to assist me and explain to me throughly about what was going on with my order. Dont get me wrong but Ashley has some nice furniture in their showroom on display however, they have a very limited to no inventory in stock. That means youre left with having to order anything you want which is not bad if youre willing to wait until 2021 to get your item. Most of their orders are 10-15 weeks out before it ships to the store. So youre better off shopping around online to find what youre looking for and ordering it yourself and cut out the middle man.UPDATE.... I received a response from someone representing Ashleys who stated it was the owner which I truly doubt it was the owner. Anyways that individual indicated they have more inventory than ever in stock and getting more daily. I appreciate that individuals quick response to my post. However, I saw several others post the same complaint about Ashleys lack of inventory and outrageous wait times to receive their orders.The part that stands out for me is that most werent told about the long wait times until after theyve made a purchase. Dear Ashleys Furniture, how about being upfront with customers about wait times before the purchase is made.

Busy busy place. Staff is polite, but both staff and customers arent following mask wearing procedures. I left quickly after seeing the 3rd staff member not wearing a mask properly (mask was under his chin).Would not shop here again until corporate truly addresses mask wearing policies with staff.

Had a great experience here. I was looking for a new sofa and Kenneth helped me with my search. He asked questions to figure out my style, was attentive to what I wanted, and very patient as I tried to make up my mind. Cissy was absolutely wonderful! I ran into a small situation and I started to get frustrated. She reassured me that problem I had would get resolved. She made me feel comfortable and she was VERY understanding!! Cissy has great people skills and leadership skills as well. She knows how to make sure a customer gets well taken care of. First of all the hound you as soon as you walk in the door, there’s way to many sales people so they fight over the customers. Second they have nothing in stock so your ordering furniture and having to wait months to get it. When they see your not going to spend tons of money they are quick to dismiss you . Ive been told that it’s their warehouse is having problems with production and having issues with getting trucks . Funny, no issues in making those sales and taking your money !!!’ If your wanting furniture quicker, I suggest you look elsewhere.

Will lie to make more money. Bad quality furniture. Be careful do not over pay. Check prices with other businesses. In a pandemic sales manager Sissy waited on customers.. me included without wearing a mask. She had one but didn’t wear it even though they have signs up telling customers to wear them to protect their employees and the community.They do not resolve issues after saying they will. They make it impossible.I edited this do to reading other post below where a posted also complained about a customer complaining about a employees not wearing. The owner basically called that customer a liar and apparently isn’t aware of what his employees do. I was there today snd Sissy did not wear a mask with helping me or another couple she was in front of. I made it a point to ask another employee if they were to required to wear a mask and she said yes. She was the same employee I ask to see Sissy. When she pointed Sissy out I ask her if that was Sissy without a mask. She said yes.That man who was called a liar deserves an apology from the owner who apparently is unaware of what some of his sales managers do.

I had mixed experiences with my shopping, purchase, and delivery at Ashley Furniture Home Store. My shopping experience was great. I’d gone by myself to identify pieces I liked, so I was purposely not purchasing that day so I could talk things over with my husband. When I returned, the store was WILD - it was a busy Saturday! I had one piece to purchase, knew what it was, and wanted to be in and out quickly. That was not possible because you can’t just go up to the check out desk and pay - they have to find a salesperson - preferably the same one that helped before so they can get credit - to write up the sale before you can pay. Well, like I said, it was super busy that day, so it took over 20 minutes just to find my salesman (whose name I could have just given them to allow him credit because I knew his name). I was happy to learn that delivery to my location was at no additional charge, but I was upset to learn that it may be 4-6 weeks before my item would arrive. My delivery today (5 weeks after my purchase date) was seamless! Mike and Billy were kind, quick, and took great care of my item and walls, etc as not to cause any damage. All and all, I appreciate the overall experience I received, but I wish some processes could be streamlined.

I reached out to Kevin today about my Ashley’s powered recliner that stopped working. I knew my warranty was out but wanted to ask Kevin about what parts I needed to order. The part was old and no longer available, but Kevin went above and beyond to help me! He gave me the model numbers and descriptions to the parts I needed to search for online and provided all the info I needed in great detail! Before we got off the phone, he went and checked if he could find the part I was looking for in their warehouse and he found one for me!!!! Kevin was amazing and helped me get the part I needed for an old recliner even though nothing was in it for him, he just genuinely wanted to help! You don’t get this type of customer service anymore, so I’m beyond thankful our local furniture store has someone like Kevin working for them to support their customers!

I had an amazing experience at Ashley Home Store. My Sales person Jennifer was amazing in helping me pick out the perfect mattress and furniture for my bedroom. The delivery guys Micheal and Billy did an amazing job with my delivery, take down, set up, and demonstration of my new and improved goods! They were all very professional and the delivery guys arrived on time. They even asked me if I would like for them to wear a mask. My husband and I were looking to buy a new sofa and loveseat for our family room. We went to Ashley’s Furniture to just look and probably not buy on that day. The salesperson, Evelin, met us at the door and allowed us to shop without making us feel uncomfortable. We found a sofa and loveseat that we loved. Evelin answered all our questions about the furniture. We ended up buying that day because of the professionalism and courtesy shown to us by Evelin. It’s a real shame that people have to revert to measures of shaming a business but as you can see by the photos, I have a problem with the couch I bought from Ashley Homestore in Bryant, Ar. In March of this year.Around a couple of months after it was delivered, the cushion on the left side buckled up real bad. I spoke to a guy in the store about it, Kevin, and he set me up with a repair job. A couple weeks later h the repairman came out and it some padding in the couch and it actually looked pretty decent. But guess what?,,it didn’t last. So, another call to Kevin resulted in ordering new cushion insides all together, another 5 week or so wait. When the same repairman came out and replaced the cushion insides, these pictures were then taken. It looked worse than ever.We went to the store then to see about a trade in and was told that couch was discontinued. Go figure. We wanted a refund but let them talk us into trading for two rocker recliners that would cost us another $200.00.The couch was $800.00 by the way. We were told it would be 4 to 6 weeks before they got here. Not happy with that but went ahead with it. This was September the 28th, today is December the 21st, I called Kevin at the store and he said it would now be February the 1st 2021 before it got here.Unacceptable. Went back to the store and a Cissy Price said she was the store manager and she is refusing a refund because we have a replacement on order even though it MIGHT be 5 months since it was ordered.This Cissy Price is the rudest sales manager/person I have ever dealt with. Trying to get a hold of any corporate office help was fruitless. I don’t even think they exist, so after the Holidays I will have no other option than to seek legal assistance to get this matter resolved. My advice to anyone looking for furniture would be to stay away from Ashley in Bryant. One last word, the person mentioned above Kevin and the repairman I hold no grudge against as I know they worked hard to correct my problem.####This is in response to Ashley’s response of my review.##### I’m figuring this must be Cissy Price of Ashley. You have NOT done everything you can to help me. You have NOT repaired my sofa twice, look at the pictures, the repairman was standing in the room when they were taken, he even took some himself. You say I was offered a reselect, so where is it? I’m 4 days shy of 3 months since this was done and still have another month and a half according to Costumer Service there. I’m tired of waiting, I want a refund. The ball is rolling.

My family and I bought a sectional, dining room set, and a couple of bed room suites from Ashley Home Store in Bryant, AR a couple of years ago. Have had no problems with them until recently the recliner quit working on the sectional. Come to find out it is under warranty, so I call the number on the information we have and they direct us to our local store. This leads me to start a conversation with the service department at Ashley Homestore. He says because of Covid everything is slow and it will take them some time to get out. We understood this and were fine and after talking through the problem we both understood it was under warranty and they would be out to fix it. After 6 weeks of not hearing from them I call and they say the part is not in but it will be in 2 weeks and we schedule the tech to come out to fix it. He comes to the house with no part and says he usually does this because the manager at the store will not order the correct part until he comes out to verify. Thats fine, a little frustrated at this point but the service tech says it is under warranty, no big deal. He also says he is going to replace the part on the other recliner and fix the usb charger in the cup holder that has never worked as well. He leaves the house and tells me to call and set up a new appointment time with the manager at the store. This is done and after another 6 weeks the appointment arrives for him to come back out to the house. He informs me at this time that they no longer make the part and they cannot get it. He takes the recliner apart and leaves it there for me to call the manager at the store about. Call the manager and he says there is nothing he can do the part is not available and it is no longer under warranty and they were not going to do anything. They have told me through the entire process that this is under warranty and are going to take care of the problem. They have lied and done nothing! After several attempts to speak with the general manger, I have left several messages that have not been returned. I have continued this conversation through messages with Ashleys reps from their corporate office and have still not received anything from them. Just wanted everyone to have this information about how much they really care for their customers.

I really love the products at Ashley. I know this is a difficult time for many companies to get things shipped out on time. However, I think Ashley could do a better job at giving buyers an honest prediction about when items will come in. When items dont arrive on or anywhere near the date promised, customers deserve some explanation or apology -- at the very least, some contact on the matter. Some salespersons are likely better about this than others. Its frustrating to give them quite a lot of money, hear not a word, and have to do all the checking up on things myself as the customer. That isnt my job. I have my own customers to keep in touch with. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I look forward to getting my new furniture.Amendment: the owners response illustrates the point I was making in my review. Sandi was very pleasant and helpful and was likely just relaying what she was told. That said, we werent told that we should expect to wait 10-12 weeks; instead, we were told that our bedroom furniture was expected by 9/8 and that our recliner was expected on 9/28. I began checking sometime after the 8th, and have been very patient, just checking every so often. At any rate, I cant change my review to five stars as requested because I do feel this company could be a little more realistic upfront about the wait and a little better about checking in with clients as they wait. I would gratefully welcome a partial delivery and would hope for another, free delivery when the remaining items come in. I will call on the next business day to follow up on it.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I WOULD. WE PAID FOR FURNITURE 10 MONYHS AGO. DELAYED DELAYED, WE UNDERSTOOD. WE ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING ANYMORE AND WANT OUR MONEY BACK BUT THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING EVEN THOUGH THEY STILL DONT HAVE THE FURNITURE. THEY NEVER INITIATED CONTACT THE WHOLE 10MONTHS. NECER 1 TIMR DID THEY CALL US BEFORE WE WERE CALLING TO FIND UPDATES ON OUR FURNITURE.No you have not done everything you can do and no you did not deliver but 2 pieces of a 5 piece order. Then said we must have wanted it because it was still at our house. You mentioned in the BBB answer that you told us to keep them as loaners till we got ours. You can not even be consistent with answers to reviews. We told you from day 1 we wanted our money back. You want to help, then give us what we wanted since you left furniture at our home 10 months ago that we did not want.
