Highly Recommend . We were on our way to Phoenix to look into buying a car. We discussed keeping our guard up to protect ourselves from these salespersons. Hoping 🙏 would get the right deal. We passed Duncan Auto Sales and thought we would not buy there but just get a feel of what we would be looking for in a big sales dealer. Instead we saw a car we were interested in. No pushy salesperson outside. Walked into the office and met Hayden. Very professional, almost too quiet lady. She went to work immediately and explained every step. Gave us options. We bought what we wanted, not what she wanted us to buy. We found a friend in the auto business. She is bilingual and easily explains everything in English and Spanish.

Out of all the dealerships I’ve been to this is an easy going process. I’ve been struggling on buying a car and this dealership made it so easy for me. I’d recommend this place.

Went in recently when I was in the market to buy a car. They have an awesome first time buyers program. I was assisted by Haydee, and let me say I appreciated the fact that she wasn’t your traditional pushy, commission driven sales person! Haydee was kind, attentive and very knowledgeable! So far the easiest going experience at a dealership I’ve ever had. Drove off in an IS 250 😎 I would 10/10 recommend Duncan Auto Sales !

Unmotivated sales. Went to look at a car that was on their online inventory, was told an employee was trying to buy that car. They were still willing to show it to me though, but didnt have any keys for it because they were with that employee. Haydee said she would call me back to let me know when it was ready to test drive. NEVER heard back. I called a couple days later asking about the car and she stated we are waiting on the parts, they had to order them. I exclaimed I was still interested in the car and I wanted to hear back when it was ready. Again, no call. I call once more and this time I asked if she was motivated to sale, she claimed she was and that car had already been there for a month. She once again said she would call me back. Guess what..NO CALL. Wasnt even willing to offer another car. She simply lost a sale and gained a bad review.

Haydee was very helpful, and not pushy at all! Very easy to work with, and responsive. I had a pre-approval before I came in, and all of my paperwork was done in under 2 hours.
