I brought a perm box and perm rod in the sally department only. I went to Walmart for perm box, but dont have perm box. Clerk is nice person. Perm box is good price, nice curly and easy read.

Some employees are helpful some look like they dont want to be there. I am happy that they let me change out shampoo and conditioner to find the right match for me. Thanks!

After using the wrong ion color (in the wrong place)My blonde hair turned brown.I went back to the Sallys I normally go to in Buckeye on Watson Rd.They gave me really bad advice and my hair turned a REDDISH ORANGE.So I went back again the next day.A different person gave me a different recommendation. I was desperate so I do it. IT DIDNT WORK IT JUST MADE IT REDDER.HELP

Dont buy from stores that charge for plastic bags like California Sallys is charging.

I cant believe it. If you want a shopping bag for your purchase YOU MUST PAY 15 CENT.If you dont they hand you your items WITH NOTHING TO PUT THEM IT.Its a matter of principle.

The lady that helped me was super sweet and really kind. Helped me with the many questions I had. Always a good place to go to for beauty products. :)

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly sales person Amanda and, her supervisor were very knowledgeable. Deals were great too!

Their website says they open at 9:00 but they don’t, they don’t open until 10:00. When I ask questions about any products the workers are very inexperienced and don’t know anything about it.

I swear everytime I come to the buckeye Sally’s location, the employees are always looking very unhappy and don’t even look like they want to help.Tonight I walked into Sally’s to buy my favorite eyelashes and the girl working didn’t even welcome me into the store and when I turned around to check out she was leaning her elbow/ slouched looking on the register and didnt even say hi, until I said hi. Even then she just was quiet and just awkard. She mever even said anything after the purchase, like have a goodnight or anything.Im done coming to this location. The employees at the goodyear location are way more helpful, friendly and welcoming. Great customer service makes a business.

I had two employees bypass me to help other people while I was standing and waiting in line. I will not return to this store. I guess I was invisible.
