Love this place and location! Their teas and specialty drinks are fantastic! All the baked goods Ive eaten there are to die for. Just one item that still dissappoints me.... The coffee. To me it continues to taste burned and bitter.😪 I so love coffee and keep trying hoping that it was a bad batch or something. I know many people like the Starbucks taste. Im just not one of them. Hoping that maybe theres a type of drink that would be smoother. I have not found it yet. Cant say enough about everything else! Unfortunately its the coffee thats keeping it from 5+ stars Please let me know if there is a coffee drink that is smoother!👍😋

Ebb + Flow is one of the cutest coffee shops that Ive ever been to. I love their location and their vibe. We enjoy ordering our coffee and spending time sipping either inside or outside. Such a fun place!

Dropped my coffee outside and walked back in to see if they would offer me a new one again after I told them I just purchased it & they charged me instead. Maybe It’s because they’re a small business but I know Starbucks would of replaced it for free. Other then that I enjoy going there.

The coffee is fresh and served super fast and the atmosphere is relaxing. The music they play is always good and the seating areas are comfortable. The whole place is clean and the lighting is perfect.

Locally and female-owned coffee shop on Main Street in Verrado. Very relaxing location. They offer pastries, donuts, breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, as well as vegan snacks. The owners have an incredible work ethic and their customer service is fantastic. Coffee is delicious, the snacks sizable, and the vibe is one of “neighborhood” and relaxed. Wishing them luck as they expand with a second community café opening in the near future.

E n F is ALWAYS the cleanest business anywhere. The food n coffee are always fresh. Prices are reasonable n you want to get there early because it is usually busy, however, they keep the line moving quickly. I really enjoy eating outside while people are going here n there.

I like supporting a local coffee shop instead of a big name place. They have some great drinks. The breakfast bowls are delish and I love that they have oat milk.

I always visit Ebb and Flow when I visit my daughter and her family in Buckeye. I usually get the delicious honey lavender latte (wonderful hot or cold) but stepped out of my box to try the Beet Root Latte this morning. SCORE!!!! Its so good. I hope you give it a try.

Cute coffee shop with great vibe. Took a break after hiking the Verrado stairs. On Sundays theres a little farmers market next door with honey, hot sauce, crafts and other local stuff. Well worth the trip out here for a fun Sunday morning.

The egg and cheese were very good, great flavor. I would have liked more sausage. I asked that the bagel be toasted and it was very soft. For me that is one of the best parts is a toasted bagel sandwich, not soft.

Great drip coffee. They have a couple of roasts to choose from. Great pastries and breakfast items. I had the blueberry scones

Friendly staff, excellent coffee, fast service, cozy atmosphere and good selection of food... all the ingredients that make a great coffee shop. It was quite inside despite the fact that more than half the seats were occupied. Good place to sit and read or do some work.

First time visiting the Phoenix area so was looking for a local coffee shop. Ebb and Flow checked all the boxes and then some. Staff was friendly, helpful, atmosphere made you feel both relaxed and inspired, and most importantly, the Nitro Cold Brew made you want to sip on it for hours. Do yourself and favor and go here if your in the Phoenix area

My go-to drink here is the lavender honey latte. I cut the sweetness in half. The people are generally nice, and the little alleyway to hang out is nice. I just wish they hadnt shrunken hours so much. No after dinner date coffee here.

I’ve been sitting at Ebb + Flow for the past three hours watching the steady flow of people come through while working on my computer. Business is good here and for good reason (but don’t worry they work fast so you won’t have long to wait). The cult coffee roasters coffee is spot on and they have a lot of great drink options. The food looks amazing too and they have choices for health conscious individuals which is nice. Love the atmosphere and decor. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

This is such an adorable little shop! I just visited for the first time and everyone was super friendly. The drinks were great, the atmosphere was fun... There were plenty of opportunities to interact with the shop too like a chalkboard to answer fun questions and some bulletin boards with business cards. I definitely recommend this place!

Always a great experience! Never bad service, beverage or food. They have gluten free pastries...lemon bars are divine, brownies yum, and banana choc. chip muffins are superb. My go to.is a breve chai tea latte.Everything is very clean, hand sanitizer, etc.Love that they serve locally roared coffee.They also have coffee flights for tasting. Its just a fun unique place.

This is my favorite coffee shop for the customer service, good quality food, pleasing and relaxing atmosphere. It is a lovely place to take photos its cozy and the service is great. I always get an Iced Coffee with cream. The brew is a lot richer in taste. Its nice to see a coffee shop that offers a variety of food. I still have yet to try their Acai Bowls. They look delicious from photos.

Cute little coffee cafe, right in the heart of Verrado. Great selection of coffees, teas, kombucha, smoothies, baked goods, healthy food options. Friendly service. Some areas to sit and hang out, some outdoor seating as well. Water bowl outside for your dog. The sugar and cream station can get a little cramped during busy times. Currently only open until 7:00 pm, so after dinner coffee options are limited, but you can get your early morning coffee here starting at 6:00 am. Locally owned small business.

I love a good local coffee shop and this one is even better than I would have hoped for before moving to the area. They have great coffee, fun flavor combos, tasty pastries and amazing acai bowls. They also have a great rewards program. This is definitely going to be a favorite place to hang out!!

My wife and I enjoyed our first visit directly following a seven-mile hike at the nearby Verrado Trails at Lost Creek trail head. The tasty and nutritious smoothies we ordered were just what we needed to recover from our strenuous workout! The wife insists that well be purchasing a membership!

Coffee was good except someone took ours because they dont say your name just what you ordered. Hubby said bagel egg sandwich was ok. I had the matcha in heaven. Bowl is super small and was more granola then anything. Not worth the price.

Awesome quality coffee and cafe bites at great prices. The location on Main St. Verrado is beautiful with the outdoor bistro seating being my favorite when the weather allows. Inside is the perfect laid back coffee house vibe. This is a wonderful place to stop in for a coffee and quick bite as you get ready to tackle your day.

I usually go to a cafe for two reasons: coffee and pastries. This place has excellent coffee (my go-to summer drink is a short iced latte made with oat milk), but most of the pastries are average at best. The muffins from Costco might be the best bet.

This place is great! I am especially impressed at the prices (large latte for $4). They use 4 shots of espresso in their 20oz iced latte (most places use 3) and they have great milk options. I had oat milk. Espresso is great!

The place is okay, seems to be a bit overrated maybe because its only non-starbacks place in the area?... Anyway, coffee is better than in Starbucks. Breakfast sandwich doesnt look good, doesnt smell good and does not taste good, its overcooked. Ended up throwing it away and buying breakfast at Starbucks :/
