Service is slow! I been to Dmvs that move the line quicker, I wrote to quick trip telling them to buy this property and put a real gas station here jk but it is slow

This is the most sorry gas station/mini-mart you will find. Such a shame because its in a gorgeous neighborhood. They never restock and pumps are always down. Lines wrap around half the store with one (1) person at the register, even though theres four (4) working there...? Thank God Frys is here! Hopefully they sell or go out of business and a QT or quality service replaces it.

What a dump! The staff look absolutely disheveled as if they just rolled out of bed. Most always a line because all the employees leave one person alone to man the register. It appears they have to restocking schedule, shelves and racks are most often empty or near empty.

To many bad things to list. The worst run business I have ever experienced. They are in business out of convenience from Verrado residents. Given ANY other option this place would go out of business. Who do petition to turn this into a QT?

Where do I start what a nightmare. Lets do some bullet points.Air fill Station does not work.Pay at the pump does not work.Car wash is a disaster and only washes partway up the doors.Also check the pics for cleanliness.Avoid.

Rudest employees I think I have ever encountered.

This is the slowest stop. There’s nothing fast about it. The employees look like they hate their job and half the time, the fuel pumps are out of order. QT will hopefully build in Verrado.

Place is almost always a mess/filthy, constantly out of stock on many items. Many times will have 1 person working the registers with a line wrapping around the store (other employee is in the back doing something)

The executive order clearly states that masks must be worn when social distancing is not possible. Its very easy to maintain 6 feet of separation inside your store....especially when you only had 2 other people in your store. Shame on you for violating peoples rights, dont make me cover my face when you are the one who is scared! If you are scared, you stay home....I will not and will take my business elsewhere who still believes in America and our constitution and I will not be returning here again.

Worst place ever!!! Always out of something gas,ice, water. Name it and they are out of it. Needs new management. 🙄

Car wash needs better maintenance. Especially for the cost. On the verge of discontinuing my use of it. Twice now there has either not been any soap or application applied half way. Also, please start refilling paper at the pump. It is SO ANNOYING to have to walk inside, every.single.time I purchase a car wash through the pump.

Stopped in here after a very very long Lucy fare, and even at a very late hour this place was open and well lit. Inside were 2 very nice ladies who greeted me with a smile, and directed me to the most spotless restroom. Clean like Mamas house clean. As I looked around I realized the whole store was just as clean. Coffee was fresh also. This place is a keeper, wish it was my neighborhood spot!

Definitely a higher caliber store thats for sure. Clean interior, good food choices, very friendly staff. The car was is pretty bad though. Nothing that the store can do anything about, just not a very good design by corporate. Will leave a decent amount of dirt and grime on your car unlike other washes. I enjoy this location over many other convenient stores.

Came here at 4pm for some “snacks” there was two hot dogs. One dried up pizza slice. No ketchup. No mustard. This is embarrassing. Here’s a pic from the QT in Buckeye. Looks like this place here in Verrado needs to step up their game!

Went in and purchased a candy bar for my child, paid and left the store. Not one word said from the cashier. Not a hello, is that all? Thank you, have a good day, nothing. This place has great options inside but horrible customer service and this is not the first occurrence.

Went exclusively for a fountain soda, lets face it fountain is much better than canned or bottled. Got my large Dr. pepper, which is entirely overpriced compared to every other gas station in the area, got home, took a drink, and it tastes moldy. I AM REPULSED. even though I drive past this location daily I will NOT be stopping there again. Might as well brave the super busy circle K the next street over.

I use to stop here out of convenience. I realized all of their prices are higher than all other stores in the area. If you think because you are in Verrado you can act High Class think again you are a gas station. If a manufacturer charges 99 cents for something and clearly it states it on the packaging how can you upcharge that product to 1.49? That is Rude and plain wrong! I will NEVER BE BACK

The car wash is the most obnoxiously long machine I have ever experienced. If you are in a time sensitive situation and you expect to be through the car wash in a half an hour and there are two cars ahead of you —DO NOT buy. I am writing this review in the middle of my wash 30 minutes after purchase.

Nightshift employee is very nice. Greets me everytime. I usually go in at 2am great service.

The new girl Alexis needs to work on her customer service skills. She did not greet me when I walked up to her register so I said hi. She had no response, no smile & it seemed like I was interrupting her. No one else that works there is like that and I like the store thats why I still gave it 5 stars. If she doesnt like the job she should find a new one.

Great convenient location, snacks, beer, gas..

Just went to get some snacks and there was a hand written note on the locked door bathroom break. 20 minutes later nothing while customer after customer tried going in.

They should make it to where you call there store they answer and not a fax

New ownership has taken the cornerstone from a 5 star to a one store. As an example no straws yesterday, none I’m surprised the clerks still remain every aspect of the store from the quality of the coffee cups has gone a complete 360.Free advice to mgt revenue on gas won’t sustain your business.

I have frequented this has station since it first opened because of its great location. I will no longer be spending my hard earned money here. They allow large semi trucks to park wherever they want if theyre unloading for their store. They generally block one entrance. They have been so bad at getting products in that I consume that I have to drive elsewhere after going here. Their excuse is ALWAYS the same, Our supplier didnt bring any. As a consumer, thats not an excuse when ever other gas station in the city has those same products in stock every single day.

Came in, waited in a long line... no problem, it’s busy. When it was my turn, was not greeted but instead the employee Nick says “what do you want?”. Okay... I tell him and he grabs it and drops it and actually says “F***”. Really?!?Not my first bad experience, the young men who work here are always chatting behind the counter instead of helping the always long line. The owner has no idea how bad the staff is here. It’s unfortunate it’s the only gas station in Verrado.

If I could give negative stars I would. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would rather run out of gas and have to walk 10 hours to the nearest gas station than stop here. AVOID this place at all costs. #whatajoke

Sadly I have to be honest and say that I have witnessed them selling alcohol and cigarettes without requesting an ID to some customers that would definitely be questionable of age and mental state. That being said, I would dare say that it would not be a big deal to some until it became a big deal to themselves or someone close to them. Otherwise a clean store.

Got a car wash Saturday morning and it sprinkled on Saturday night. It ruined the car wash. I called to see if they would do a rain check and he said no. The car wash is $7.00 which is the cheapest and he never asked a manager. He just said no. I will not go there again I will go to the one on Estrella pkwy which is $3.00 and will honor a rain check.

The super car wash is a waste of money. The end result is about the same as hiring a 5 year old to wash your car.

Gas pumps are always out of service. Pumps hardly ever print a receipt.

This store is simply terrible, it runs out of gas weekly and if you dare walk inside you will be met with a line out the door because it takes 10 minutes to check someone out.
