Been pretty much everywhere in the United States with military. This is one of the nicest ones Ive seen. The people there were very helpful and it was clean that makes a big difference for me whether or not I will shop there so I will give her five stars

Plenty of parking and a restroom for customers. Its pretty clean. Usually there is only one cashier. They have rude staff. Just soooo rude.

They have a lot of useful products, and lots items. I live this place 😃😃😃😃😃

The Absolutely Best stocked Dollar Tree store in my area by far. It was so worth the 10 mile drive to purchase what we were looking for + more !!!!Kudos to the management of that store for having an excellent selection to choose from.

This Dollar Tree is a good, clean store with nice employees. They always have a good selection and the lines havent been long anytime I have gone.

Never has enough help or carts. I love the employees and its always stocked.

More restocking is needed but in most cases found what I was looking for!!

In and out pretty quick, cashier seemed a little grumpy but Ill give her a pass because it seemed like they were short handed. Best deal on greeting cards ever Ill never pay full price again. Lots of cute fall decor too.

My 1st time in this store, and I was pretty impressed! It was very clean and the ladies were so kind, very friendly, and SO helpful! I spoke with 3 of them asking questions about the location of items, and whether or not they carried anything resembling what I needed. They not only knew where they would be located, but actually walked me over TO THEM! I really dont see THAT happen very often anymore...They had many items I would have never expected them to have. Found some GREAT items for cheap, but adorable additions for crafts, and little gifts for family, coworkers, stocking stuffers, or just to keep on hand. Great store!! Will certainly be revisiting when I have even more time on my hands. Absolutely recommend to others!

I just to work in this store the general manager is a nice person but she doesnt see what her assistant does went she is not around which is gossip about other employees in the store i felt like I was being use went need it or as back up is not a job is just a give me a call if need my help thing if u guys understand what am saying I had it call or text every day to find out if I was going to be working next day that is one of the reasons I quit but mostly of because doesnt matter what others co workers do no one should be gossiping behind their backs i thanks Maria the general manager for giving me the opportunity to work in the store. Just giving you a advice u should choose who runs the show went u not around specifically on trucks day or any other day

I go here often, they have almost everything I need for $1 instead of $2 or $3 at other stores

Large store that was very organized. They had so much to choose from. The only reason why I gave them three stars because they only had two cashiers long lines.

The dollar store was very busy there were many people inside without their masks on I noticed. I was there a month ago and almost everybody had their masks on but today not too many. Anyway it seemed like the store was full of a lot of items, lot of new items so I was happy with that. I did not have time to stay long but I think I will go back in a few days.

Nice girls that work here. Jus get mad when I get charged for 5 items when its 3. Guess I have to check my receipt before I leave. I did purchase other items and thought something was wrong, I shouldve checked then. My own fault.

This store has a pretty terrible selection compared to the other Dollar Trees in the area. Or any Dollar Tree I’ve ever been to, for that matter. Lots of empty shelves and seems super disorganized. Big lack of art supplies, seasonal decor, and toys. I’ll probably be shopping at the ones in Goodyear instead because they have a lot better selection and they seem a lot cleaner and more organized.

I see so many reviews based on how long their line is or cashier standing around etc but no one really knows if they are even off work or barely getting on or whatever the case may be but i am rating this on the customer service and the people who make this location a great place to shop and how hard these group of employees work especially through this whole COVID mess thank you 🙏🏼

Wednesday night at 7pm. There were 10 customers in 1- CHECK OUT LANE.AND 3 CASHIERS ALL STANDING TOGETHER 8N THE SAME LANE.Just like the blonde joke says. IT MUST TAKE 3 CASHIERS TO CHECK OUT 1 PERSON.

Great place for the employees

Perfect place for cheap party supplies. Was able to get the majority of party decorations for a wedding reception. I also like that this is the only TRUE dollar store around. Even the 99 cent only store is raising their prices even though its in their name.

Its not the average size store but, it has a little bit of everything. Cashiers are always ready so you dont wait in line, no vegetables or fruits for sale.

Got in line...4 people ahead of me..another cashier called over customers. I went to that line and when it was my turn she said she was closed and wouldnt wait on me. I walked out and left my items.

I really Loved coming to this location had a wide variety of product for birthdays and art and craft projects, but unfortunately i wont be coming back to this location. One thing is being ask nicely and quietly to go outside with my child that was not having a good day by an employee and another is is being told of across the hallway so all the customers can hear. Saying thats just ridicules That was just rude and poor customers service. I wont mention the name for i dont believe in people losing there jobs. The staff is usually great but today is last day ill be coming.

Not as much variety of products as other Dollar Tree stores. Boxes are always all over the place crowding isles. The store is just way too small.

Since they put up plastic screens the workers dont wear MASK. Also only maybe two older ladies who work here are always nice other than that the ladies who work the registers always have a attitude, or just hate thier jobs. Shouldve be glad and thankful to have a job.🙏

As a new Resident to Arizona I was taken away by the customer service its Dollar Tree here from a previous resident of Oregon theres a huge huge difference in the customer service theyre happier and a lot more polite than the people in Oregon

Clean and Stocked so I gave it 2 stars but the employees are unavailable. The cashier Monique was actually on her phone at the register! This place is Notoriously Busy and ALWAYS HAS A LINE... yet only one cashier until the place gets so crowded one gets called from the office. Terrible Time Management.

The employees bend over backwards and work hard to make sure things are working properly. After the chip implementation, their dinosaur computers often crash or freeze. Its totally understandable and I just wish other customers could practice the same amount of patience the employees do.Ive also visited at night, and I apologise for getting there so close to closing, and Ive seen the lights switch off at 8:30pm. I asked and the cashier told me that they have Zero! 0! control over the lights. It was something that was out of their hands, but lets people know that closing is 30 minutes away. Id hate to see the comments of people staying 10 minutes after closing when majority of the lights switch off (save for the lights that are on for security/safety) as the employees put stuff away and clean in such low lighting!The store and the employees are great and easy to talk to, but the rude customers in the area bring down the mood. I was actually in store when a women didnt read her receipt to see their exchange policy, insult the cashier to the point of the cashier crying, and then storm out which, understandably ruined the cashiers day and her upbeat attitude was broken. The store and employees get 5 stars; customers get 4 stars. Best of luck to the employees! You all deserve the best! God bless!

The shelves were kinda empty all over but they were preparing for holiday transision. Overall you can always trust you can find great deals there.

I love the dollar store even more so that they are starting to carry a lot more name brand items. I also love that many options you get to chose from for any arts or crafts project you are planning!

Very rude and disrespectful customer service. Ive tried 2xs times now and have experienced the same awful service. I will not return to this one. I would not even give one star expect the products are great.

There were at least three people working and only one running the register. The two employees on the floor were unwilling or unable to answer any questions. Definitely not somewhere to go if you want customer service. This location always seems more cluttered then others.

I love the store. The lines tend to get a little long and it takes a while to check out most of the time but the store itself is great

The water I bought tasted badly like plastic, the bottles must have been left in the pheonix sun! I asked them to please leave the heavy items in the basket because I have a medical issue and have trouble carrying bags to my car. They told me that they are not able to let the baskets leave the store and acted like I was trying to steal it. Really??? I have no need for their dirty plastic basket. I shop at dollar tree every day and this is not a respectful way to treat a faithful customer. They let carts leave the store, and they are worth far more than an old plastic basket. This experience may change my shopping habits at dollar tree.

Its a cheap place to shop. Barely stocked and rummaged through shelves. Not quite as entertaining as Wal Mart. Staff has always been friendly

Very friendly people and you get out fast. Staff was ready to help when you needed it.

Been there a few times and quite often the cashiers walk away to do other stuff while people are walking over or waiting to checked out.

The dollar tree in buckeye on watson rd does not carry any of the small square crates that look like small milk crates! They have alot of school supplies and education and learning items for those that do home schooling or home summer school. They do not carry any good make - up either. Also..Great assortment of toy rubber dinasours.
