I bring my daughters’ jackets here, for six years now, because this is the business that our school has contracted to have them embroidered with their school logos. Every year I take the same exact brand of jacket and material and I’ve never had a problem. This time I noticed there were cuts near the logos and I was unable to go in immediately when I saw the cuts. Now that it’s cold and she’s wearing it everyday I noticed the cuts are getting larger. So, I went in today to ask if they could sew the two small holes around the stitching. The owner (male) immediately got defensive and shouted “there’s no way they could have cut the jacket, that material is the fuzzy type and it always rips easily!” I explained I’ve been taking the same jackets here for six years and have never had a problem. He then continued to deny any wrongdoings and told me to go buy another jacket and that he would redo the embroidery for free. I asked if he was going to reimburse me for the jacket that I’m having to repurchase and he said no because I don’t believe we did that to the jacket. I asked him to sew it to try and just close the holes. He said no it won’t work. After arguing with this owner for about ten minutes and him telling his employee to never accept this type of jacket again. I turn to his wife and asked if she can sew. She says yes and that she’ll sew it and then see how it comes out. I told her thatd be great!!! She sewed it and it was perfect. All this for two minutes of sewing.....TWO MINUTES. . Shame on you owner for being so rude and irrational. Shame on you for accepting a contract with a school and not giving your best customer service when you make a mistake. Shame on you for not taking responsibility for your mistakes. I will also be contacting TOPA regarding this interaction. It seems as if this business knows it doesn’t have to provide good customer service because they already have the contract. In my opinion, this business does not deserve to have this contract.

Good customer service, bad prices. I got 3 511 tactical shirts and they were 55 dollars each. Ace uniform has the same ones for 30 dollars each.

I have to purchase uniform shirts for my daughter’s school, Odyssey. This store is my only option. They are open Monday through Friday, not very convenient for working parents. Another family member took the kids to get shirts. I went back today to exchange one of the shirts for another size. The employee told me that due to COVID they are not accepting returns or exchanges. They had a sign up but I didn’t see it since I was not there when the shirts were purchased. I asked to speak to manager & got the same story. Vicki the manager went on to explain that I could have COVID in my home & took the shirt home & then brought COVID back into the shop on the shirt. If that was the case I would have COVID on my person & clothes as well. If I had COVID I would be out of the house I would be at home quarantining. The shop had lots of American themed & Trump merchandise but the shirt we had to buy for school was made in Haiti.

I was a first time customer and ordered a dozen tees. I had a little mixup in my ink choice, and they were VERY accommodating and reprinted my shirts for me at no charge. AWESOME quality printing - I am a customer for life! Thank you so much Absolute Screen Printing for making my day.

We exclusively use Absolute Screen Printing for all of our Rescue T-Shirts! They are very professional, the shirts are of great quality & the printing is fantastic. The shirts wash & wear great with no shrinking or fading! Oh & They are fast too! Cant ask for more!

I made a large order for my company. I had a small order of black shirts for office people and large order high visibility shirts. Well the lettering started coming off with the first washing. I went in and showed them, they said the would replace themThey called me and I went to pick them up and they only replaced the few black ones. So I do not recommend this business because any good company stands behind their goods. Well not absolute screen printing

The Port and Co 50/50 shirts that I custom designed turned out AWESOME!! I am so happy with this order. everything was in the box as I had ordered it. the print looked crisp and clean. Curtis is the man! I have used Absolute for about 7-8 shirts, they are now my go to printer for screen printing. I recently launched a t-shirt business, and finding a printer that can be adaptive and responsive to my OCD like requests, all while delivering a quality product at a reasonable price was a challenge. Then comes in a magical google search for Absolute Screen Printing...in Arizona. Im in Florida. I took a shot in the dark and placed an order with them since the web portal was extremely simple to navigate and the price was competitive. Best shot in the dark I have taken in awhile! Again, I cannot stress how awesome the shirts turned out. They are now my regular printer on weekly designs, and I wouldnt have it any other way. Those people that left negative reviews must be letting the Arizona heat get the better of them, I couldnt be happier with them.

They are very efficient and very convenient in meeting the uniform needs of our law enforcement department.

Over priced for ADC patches they charge to install each patch instead of one overall price to put them all on. They wanted over $30 just for name plate two shield patches, you already pay $80 for the jacket. Go to ACE uniforms better customer service and great prices...

I came in to get some embordery done on a jacket of mine for work.. while I was there had planed on ordering another jacket, some work shirts, and a handfull of ball caps.Before I went in, I called and asked for pricing.. I was told just to get my jacket with my logo done it would be $20, fair pricing I thought. So I desided to being my jacket in a few days later.. it took me forever to find the place (apparently their address is wrong on google), and when I did the lady behind the counter curtly told me that it would be $25 for a set up fee, $10 to get my name put on my jacket, and $40 to get my logo put on the back. So $75 total to get MY jacket embroidered that didnt even include tax. Thats $55 more then what I was quoted. I did bring up that I was quoted $20 but she wasnt willing to do anything with the quote so I simply left. Online for $75 I can get a brand new jacket with my name and logo embroidered on it plus a shirt or hat..Needless to say I will never be bring my business to them again.

I found Absolute Screen Printing to have excellent service. I ordered banners from Curtis. He was courteous and very helpful. My banners were ready faster than I expected and the price was less than I planned. I will certainly be using them again!

U most likely will have 2 come back to pick up your articles of clothing in 3 -4 days

I placed a t-shirt order with them a few months ago and have been happy with the overall experience. I had never ordered shirts to be printed like this, with Absolute Screen Printing or any other company, so I was pleasantly surprised with their customer service. When I was placing the initial order online, I accidentally clicked the wrong shipping option, so I emailed them to see if they would work with me to fix it and they replied to me quickly and were very helpful. Ill be using them again for my next t-shirts I need!

I have used them for a couple of years now. They have done truck lettering for me, screen printing, and embroidery. They have always been great to work with and their work has always been top quality.

Products turned out great but be CAREFUL. We were quoted half of what they ended up charging us when we went to pick up. If we didnt NEED the items immediately we would not have paid the money they charged.

We have been using Absolute for years and they are always courteous, professional, and very helpful. Their pricing is extremely competitive and their work is always perfect. I would recommend them to anyone.

Really bad experience. I had like a 5 or 600.00 dollar order and 2 dozen black shirts. The printing started peeling off after the first wash. I went back to them and they told me they would redo order. Well when I picked them up they only redid the black shirts and the 500.00 order was just tough luck. I own Sierra drywall and order tee shirts all the time. This was my worst experience.Debbie pendley

Curtis and the gang at Absolute Screen Printing are awesome! Ive used them three times and all three times they did not disappoint.The first two jobs were small, a dozen screen print shirts for my Toughmudder team and Ragnar team. The shirts turned out great. One shirt was even destroyed at the Toughmudder and they replaced it, no cost, no questions asked. The last order was 40 golf shirts with embroidery on the chest and sleeve. Though I was difficult (having to place multiple orders due to late adds) they were able to get the entire order fulfilled by the time I needed them. I will be going back!

Love going here to get my daughters uniforms for Odyssey, just hate that I have to guess what size of dickies she wears to have them ordered.

Went in to get a quote in person, they told me to go online and fill out the online quote, tried to ask more questions and they straight up said they dont need the work and walked away. They do county and state jobs so they dont need the money from small 100 shirt jobs, and we try to stay local and this is what we get.
