Now normally I give great reviews and normally I would have for this location. There is a new girl who forgot the topping on my ice cream when it was delivered. This is understandable being that she is new but I called back a second time (after my boyfriend wont to swap it out) due to theyre not being any banana in the banana split (hence the name) I explained to the Abby, who was very rude, the situation and she tells me with attitude that she doesnt know what I want her to do for me . The customer service was horrible today and they have lost my business thanks to ABBY.

Didn’t catch her name but she made a good chamoy shaved ice without any chamoy 👍Appreciate it will be back, water is good too.

The girls who work here are so sweet and everything is reasonably priced . I come here for my Chamoydas and pay less than half the price of other places.

Water is the purest Ive found around! And the thrifty icecream and banana splits are phenomonal! I also like the idea of supporting a local family. Definitely recommend this place!:)

Came about two weeks ago. Husband tried to order and the girl said she had already put the ice cream up and won’t serve icecream anymore. Husband asked for a managers card or card with a phone number he can call, girl gave a reward/stamp card. Last week we came and saw the girl was not wearing a mask. We walked out and went to Culver’s 😷

I was here earlier this week and the customer service was great. The staff, Alyssa, was very nice and patient while I was indecisive about an icecream flavor. 100% recommend strawberry shortcake!

Went here because it was close to where we were at the time. I am glad I did. I thought the ice cream was very tasty and the girl helping us out was friendly. Would go back and would recommend.

Very rude staff, didnt know what they were doing. One staff was eating candy while working. The other staff forgot to ring up oneof my items and made me come back into the store after I had left, wanted me to prepare my own food and was overall very clueless.

Let me say before I always liked taking my kids here but after these last 2 times I wont be back.One time couple weeks ago I came and the cashier argued with me when I said she was not scooping birthday cake that it was the wrong one. She said the sign says and it is until back and forth and she checked the tub and said oh its in the wrong place then after that handed my son a cone with ice cream falling off and told him to grab before it falls off instead of fixing it. Then this Saturday we came before the close time of 830around 815 and 3 others came after us as well and door was already locked after the signsaying close at 830.

I just bought 2 double scoop waffle cones and a tostiloco for $13. and some change, and this girl gave me a bag of tostitos with Japanese peanuts and a squirt of lemon and chamoy!! The picture showed it comes with corn,I have never seen a tostiloco without corn,why on earth would I pay $4.00 for a small bag of corn chips just because she squirted lemon n chamoy on it???? False advertising,I will never come here again!

I walked in the store for the 1st time with my new bottle and told the lady I was new to this and started to fill my bottle. She was telling me how to clean the bottle and when. ( this would have been a good time to ask what kind of water do you want?) She rang me up and it was 2 dollars, I thought alkaline water cost more. This is when she tells me where the alkaline dispenser is, I was annoyed and she did not even offer to fix it. It wasnt all her fault but she just stood there,

I love this place and so do my kids. Usually they have great customer service and are quick to serve you with a smile. Unfortunately tonight was not that great. super slow, confused by 3 simple 2 scoop sundae orders, with 4 toppings each. All the same ice cream and toppings. We stood there waiting for 10 minutes for them to ring up a guy who had ordered 2 cones....yeah. Then it took them 20 minutes to finish our order and she forgot a sundae. No offer to comp it, no apology, no nothing. It was kind of upsetting.

I do my grocery shopping at Frys on Sunday. I would find it very convenient for this location to be open that day as well, but it is not.... Great water & great Ice Cream!

Only place I can find that sells Thriftys Ice Cream. Grew up on Thriftys Ice Cream living in So Cal and was bummed out when I moved to Arizona since there arent any Rite Aid(fomerly Thriftys) stores around. There is nothing like it.

$20 for a sundae, large snowcone and kids snowcone. More expensive than cold stone 🤷🏼‍♂️

Now closed on Sunday. So I had to use the external machine and it took two dollars and gave me less than half a 5 gallon bottle of water. I tried to call the number on the website to report it and the voice-mail isnt even set up. I guess Sparkletts is going to be my new water supplier.
