After going to five different dealers and a dozen phone calls I finally found this location that actually explained how a land+home package works. The models were magazine ready, impressive. The fact that it’s the only place that can get me a home in less than 10 months really helps too. 😃

We are going on three years and are still waiting on our home to be placed on our property. We even purchased a home that was already built for someone else, but their purchase fell through. We thought that would even speed up our process, but as you can see, it did not happen as planned. Their first contractor took the construction loan money, came onto the property and begin to dig the hole for our house in the wrong place on the property. The next contractor came out to the property, and they havent been there since. We have spoke with the Ioerations Manager, and still nothing is being done. We just recently contacted the office, and they didnt know who we were.Get out while you can, please do not waste your hard earned money and time with this com p any.

Overall great experience and they made the process easier than I could ever have expected. Great people and great service.

We went in open minded. They said you can stay in your home while this is being built. That was a lie... They made us sell before they would start. Then they said choose your contractor that was a lie.... They choose for you. They only have one. We started this process a year ago and still have not gotten even a permit submitted. We are now going to be living out of our camping trailer because we thought we would be in our home by now. Not even close. So unless you have a place to live that is not your morgaged home forget it not worth it. Wish we never never choose this. They have the money but move at there own turtle pace. Take it from me. Dont do it.

We started our process Sept of 2020, we’ve had so many change of staff, no one has a clue as to what is going on. We have been lied to by multiple staff members, and promised time frames, etc. We only stayed because we really liked the contractor and he promised us this would not take a year like other have. Now according to our portal that’s exactly what’s going on. The office manager does not return phone calls. I’m receiving bills for interest only payments on a draw on a construction loan, where no draws have been made. They are all a bunch of crooks. At this point we’re gonna consult an attorney.

Good luck with this company. We have been waiting for 5 months for a new home. They are quick to get your money but terrible at customer service. We get a different excuse every time we talk to them. They never return phone calls. At this point we have had 3 dates for delivery and still no home. We paid cash big mistake. Filling a complaint with the state is next step.

First while trying to feel out an application a woman is screaming at some guy. Unprofessional. I dont need to hear an argument. Staff didnt even shut the door. Then the price you think your paying add 50 grand for the fixtures. Tubs cabinets. So the price is for the foundation. You even pay extra for air conditioning in Arizona. Then I am told up to 2 weeks to get your 500 back. COVID19 of course. Post that. Some of us were honest and entitled to honesty in return. I stated I was an Uber / Lyft driver. I stated i was in litigation over something on my credit. An appropriate response is come back when you take care of this. Well when I take care of it I can get approved for a home that appreciates, not depriciates.

Bought a home thru them. Great service, general manger Jim Castle is a great help to work with very understanding and very helpful.. would highly recommend.

Its been a few years but what I remember when we visited this dealer was his unprofessionalism and rudeness! We were ready to buy one of the homes we had seen there but I refused to buy home from this slob of a Salesman.
