I work with a moving company and we go everywhere. This storage place is so clean. These girls were running around with a broom every time we saw them. One was even on their hands and knees scrubbing a unit. If I needed storage I would store here

The communication between the office team and customers is incredible. Love the location, the safety and the cleanliness gives us such peace of mind. Everything you need for packing, moving and moving into a unit is there too-including carts for the elevators! Worth every penny!!

Not use to storage places that aren’t riddled with dirt and bugs, very nice facility.

Renting from here was so beyond quick and easy. I did the process all over the phone and it took less than 10 min. When I got to the office to pick up the key, Randi was awesome. She already knew all my info and was super quick but thorough to give me any info I needed.The facility is really clean. I love that it has a covering over the unloading area. (Definitely a perk in this heat). Units are air conditioned and I feel pretty secure with my stuff here. Thank you again !

My husband and I showed up with a 20 ft trailer full of our belongings from another state. Last weekend, I found myself in need of storage. Two bedrooms, a living area, and a kitchens worth of belongings were now in need of relocation. I found Storquest online, so I decided to drive there and check it out. From the moment that I pulled into the parking lot, I could tell that this facility was very well kept. As I entered the office, I was welcomed by a representative named Randy, some cold bottled water, and some much needed air conditioning. We discussed what my needs were and she had me in a unit in mere minutes! I was even more delighted to see that the entire facility is Air Conditioned like an ice box. I can’t stress how much of a life saver this was! After that, I grabbed a few of my strongest buddies and we loaded everything up to bring back to the unit.We ended up needing an additional unit, but that was no issue at all. Randy was quick to set us up and answer any questions that we may have had. Great customer service and great prices. Someone here know what they are doing! Thank you!

A friend and I recently visited this facility to rent a unit. We were warmly greeted by a representative named Randy, after which we explained to her what our needs were. As Randy was showing us to our unit, we were very delighted to be met with some ice cold AC! A true blessing, as my friend and I were moving some very heavy couches in 109 degree weather!Upon inspecting the unit, I found it to be spotless. The level of cleanliness that is found here is very reassuring, especially, during these trying times.I was happy to see Social Distancing efforts being put into place by the business and I will definitely be returning to StorQuest Self Storage for all my storage needs in the future! In fact, the very next day, it turned out that I needed another unit of a different size also. I went back and the same representative was working and was able to help us out in no time at all! 5 Star service and 5 Star employees. Thanks for all of your help, Randy!

Nice and cool inside.. Clean and quiet.

A few years ago I chose this facility for its location, cleanliness and pricing. At the time it was called Dominion self storage. Everything was great until StorQuest took over. There was an immediate significant price increase followed by another in January 2020. Today I was informed that there will be yet another increase in January 2021, this one to the tune of 35% or $70. So the total unit increase in just over one year is more than $100. I did my homework and called around to compare pricing. Other comparable units in the area do charge much less. I will also say that since StoreQuest took over I have started to see bugs in my unit. It is not as well kept or clean as it was before. If you are considering self storage here, just be aware of these things and do your homework first.

This entire facility is always extremely clean and squared away. Randi, the manager, is professional, efficient and accommodating. I highly recommend this storage facility.

If I were building a list of businesses where I would expect to receive above and beyond customer service, I highly doubt I would have placed a storage facility.A few days ago I found myself needing to store a small amount of personal items while also trying to find a new place to live for my family. I found StorQuest mostly on chance because this was the closest facility to my previous residence. This situation happening on a Sunday morning prompted me to move as fast as possible, so the quick trip to the location was ideal.Randi was the onsite contact I met with, and she showed me the basics. Storage unit sizes, a tour of the facility, simple tricks for the location, etc. but where my experience differed is during the day my plans changed at least twice, and with zero loss in my ability to be productive in my move, Randi was able to deal with my changing needs and provide excellent customer service, with genuine empathy that is often forgotten.Overall, the site is exceptionally clean.The climate control is great.And I would highly recommend the site.

Searched and reserved unit online. Received and printed reservation with unit size and location of unit. Drove directly to the location noted on printed reservation and was advised that the unit was not available. StorQuest staff did locate appropriate sized unit at another location. This was the only glitch on our use of web site.

I just visited my storage unit at StorQuest Self Storsge and Google asked me if I wanted to post about it. So I will! This place is great for climate controlled store it cool storage. Units are available in many sizes and reasonably priced, I think. The place is secure, well lit, and well maintained. The guy in the office is real friendly. All in all, a great storage unit!

I just want to start with how amazing RANDI is! She went out of her way to help transfer into a smaller unit so I could save some money for my family! Her upbeat, caring, and amazing sense of humor is such a treasure for all of us tenants! I absolutely love being able to go in the office and ask for help as she is always willing to help and go that extra mile! Unfortunately I need a larger unit than this location has open. However, the girl there was so polite and just full of good energy, I think her name was Randi -sorry if Im wrong. She had a smile on her face the entire time and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. I really wish they had a 10x30 available because I really like this location. It would have been conveniently close to my home and it is just so clean and well maintained! My only complaint is that they dont have any openings for me, but thats just a testament to how lovely this place really is.

A beautiful newly built storage units. A Convenient elevator to take your items up to your unit. Friendly and helpful employees. Easy access parking in front of the elevators. They have all kinds of items for sale in case you need a new lock or boxes and tape.

Never had a problem until today when I handed in the keys. A week ago I was there no mask the attendant had no mask today when I walked in he kicked me out for not wearing a mask. I was 10 feet away from him. What changed between last week and this week. The CDC is a guideline and if they are to be believed about masks or anything else they would have recommended this in February. I did not appreciated being treated as a leper. Anyhow I threw him the keys on told him he is number one.

StorQuest was perfect to me with the security and carts available for a not very strong mother moving things around with no help. The only thing I can say I really didnt like was how the units go up each year when you get it for a decent price and/or the unit prices change as the days go by. If there were fixed amounts that never changed, it would be more beneficial for others in the same situation as myself. Overall, the customer service is excellent!

Rented a 5X10 unit. Setup of our agreement was fast and easy. The facility is remarkably clean and easy to access. Only gave four stars now because we just started with StorQuest. In the future, I expect we could go to five.

I found this location online, called made a reservation. I later received a call personally from Jason to ensure that I was given all the instructions needed regarding the unit. Jason also helped me to make SURE that I had selected the correct size unit for my mothers belongings. He was an excellent communicator, easy to work with, and the facility is very CLEAN & SECURE!
