Everytime Im at the OC Source this place catches my eye. Im happy i finally tried it out. I only purchased the Taiyaki. It was very delicious! I cant wait to go back and try more items. Staff is friendly and place is very clean! Check it out if your in the area.

Do you enjoy mediocre but overpriced desserts served by staff that don’t really care about the service they give? In a setting thats unapologetically lacklustre and, bottom line, depressing?Boy, Do I have a place for you! Right on the bottom level of The Source, in the heart of the hustle and bustle, from the outside looking in this cafe ALWAYS looks like a hot spot. It’s only from my recent visit that I’ve now come to terms that the only reason why the outside looks packed is because the seating is outside and there is Gong Cha right beside. We visited The Source a couple days ago and got there early in the afternoon. Prior to walking in, the signage caught my eye. A strawberry yogurt latte. I mean, need I say more? Walking in the music was non existent. Like 0 effort into trying to make it seem lively at all. With the added bonus of me being the only one inside, the dead silence was deafening. The two girls at the counter barely acknowledged me, so once my order was through and I received my buzzer I opted to walk out of the awkward cafe to hang outside for my drink thus concluding my uncomfortable experience in the brick and mortar of OKBINGUL. Now the drink, Strawberry Yogurt Latte - ($6.26) - it’s like strawberry concentrate with yogurt. I didn’t finish even though my wallet was screaming at me the whole way down the trash can.

You’ve got to try the Taiyaki here for sure.

Tons better than icy cream roll. Very warm and friendly restaurant. Tayaki and Okbingsul shaved ice is very tasty and artistic.

The facility looks very modern and clean with relatively larger indoor seating. The staffs were friendly and the services were prompt. My personal favorite is the shaved ice with bean powdered rice cakes and red beans. This place is located inside The Source mall.

Really amazing and unique bingsu! Had the cheesecake and watermelon! A little pricey but great to eat on a hot day and just relax. Some of the portions are large though so best to share! 😊Staff is also very friendly. Would come back again

I paid for a Ice Milky Bean Latte with boba for $6.50. Was given a cheaper cafe late and told they didnt have any more milky bean. Additionally coffee was very poor tasting and boba were overly chewy. Wont be coming back

Food was delicious, we got the strawberry and the cheesecake with a 5 pack of fish (2 Nutella 3 custard). Took so long the first ice treat half melted before the order was complete and served. The 2 Nutella fish had so little Nutella we could only find about 1 teaspoon in the tail if each.Again flavor was amazing just slow and stingy with the Nutella

Enjoyed a yummy strawberry waffle dessert a iced coffee with my hubby at this quietly sophisticated spot! Cant wait to come back and try other treats.

The shaved ice is not fine out of 3 bingsu around the area sul &bean korean is the good one. Big serving too!

Terrible customer service, ordered two milk teas and one Red bean injurmi snow flake, waited 20 minutes and asked when it will be ready, told me that I would have to wait another 10 minutes. Asked for a refund for snow flake but server said it cant be done and I have only waited 5 minutes for the order. Showed her the receipt, I was told that I just had to wait. Had to talk to manager to get my refund. None of them had apologized for being late, terrible terrible service.

Its a terrible place, two male employee seems like they dont want to work there, service was terrible, they never say hi to customer, They dont apologize for their mistakes in ordering, dont want to visit again...

Fish shape bread 붕어빵 is extraordinary, especially the big one.There are two different size, big and small. Try the big one.There are 4 different taste, red bean, nutella, cheese and cream. I think red bean is the best.

This is the worst shaved ice I have ever had

Went out of my way to come try this place out, store hours said they close at 10:00, got there right at 9:30 and they said the kitchen was closed. Figured 30 minutes was plenty of time left especially since I was planning on taking it to go...I wouldnt have minded as much but they were rude about it.

Would give ZERO stars if I could because of a rude staff named HAILEY.When my 2 friends and I arrived on a Wednesday night, we were the only customers in the store. The sole staff member working that night, Hailey, completely ignored us upon arrive. She did not even look up from her phone when we entered.Throughout my short interaction with her, she remained rude and unhelpful. Upon asking her to describe what some food items were, she only offered vague descriptions in a condescending tone.After finishing our shaved snow (which was very average, Sul & Beans is way better), we neatly put all of our bowls, utensils, and napkins into the plastic tray the order comes in. We didnt see an accessible trash can so we left our tray on the table. When we were literally out the door, Hailey called our to us behind the counter and told us to bring her the tray before we leave. I found this to be incredibly rude: she made us walk all the way to the back of the store to give her the tray rather than walk LITERALLY 2 steps from where she was sitting to where we placed the tray. And the whole time we were there she did not have a single thing to do besides leisurely browse her phone.They should honestly replace her with a robot because even a robot would have better manners than her. I honestly do not know why she was so rude to us, we were not messy, loud, nor unpleasant during our short stay. This leads me to think that she may have been RACIST. Other reviewers have stated that they too have faced DISCRIMINATION here.

It is not a shaved ice nor shaved iced milk. It is snow made from milk! Youll love it. I gave 4 stars because some parents dont care when their kids are running or shouting.

Ridiculously over priced! Look at the plate they use for shaved ice. They put tiny bit of shaved ice in that small tiny scooped bowl and top with old and almost gone bad watermelon balls. This cant be over 12bux!

The red bean shaved ice here is soft and delicious, especially Injeolmi red bean shaved ice. If theres one thing thats unfortunate, its a pity that the boss is too heavy and he doesnt have a service mind.Please smile a lot from now on!
