I ordered a kitchen sink 6 months ago and they could not deliver. I understand that covid has messed up a lot of things with construction nowadays but I kept in constant contact with them making sure they could still get me my sink. I had my new counter tops cut to the specifications that they sent me so my new sink would fit, now I am trying to find a replacement! Dont purchase from them if they dont have it in stock!

Just finish my bathroom and I got some stuff left what I was not able to use call them today and ask if I can return it they say there is only 30 days return policy there was nothing on the receipt saying theres only 30 days to return stuff it took me almost 3 months to complete all my fixtures .Now Im stock with it .Its not the way to do business those days Im very disappointed

The service has been great and I really like the style of their merchandise. I purchased several items from them. Most of them were good quality, except for one. I submitted a 2 star review that has not been allowed on a website. Interestingly though, they accepted my other 5 star reviews without hesitation. So, when you read the merchandise review, pay attention that most are 5 stars. That is because they do not allow negative reviews to post.

Cabinet instructions were incorrect: following them ended up hanging the cabinet below 30 inches since the instructions tells you to put the screws at 27,5 inches from the floor. Had to take it out and put it back up. Then the counter top seats back on the cabinet not flushing with the cabinet front. Presented this issues to Megabai and not happy with their support.

I got all my shower systems from them, a toilet, sink with a cabinet and now Im thinking to buy a LED mirror as well. Their products are very stylish, contemporary and reasonably priced. The shower system is very easy to use. Regulating the level of hot/cold water is done very smoothly. No more burning your skin or freezing to death. I read a review about toilet leaking and asked them if we can return it in case it leaks. They said definitely as long as we have the receipt. Keep in mind that the toilet filler valve had to be tightened to the tank, which we did. (May be that was the reason it leaked for the other customer.) Even my plumber was impressed with their products. Highly recommend them!

I bought 2 toilets from this company. I installed both which both ended up leaking. I tried to exchange them, but they refuse to because they never gave me a receipt. Now I am stuck with 2 toilets that dont work and no money to buy different ones. This will be the last time I will buy anything from them. The products they have look nice but the quality is absolute garbage.
