Right around the corner CVS. They have minute clinic within the CVS and it is a great blessing during the flu season. There is hardly any wait time for visiting the on duty doc. As far as the regular store item goes, make sure you are a extra care member, watch out for mails and add the coupons to your card before you shop, so that the coupon price gets applied while you shop. Staffs are friendly and helpful. They have great deals on Cosmetics brands and other items. Photo service is not that great and certainly needs improvement. The store is open till midnight

Shockingly negligent and dishonest pharmacy staff. After wasting my evening, I was lied to twice about a prescription and no one ever followed up by phone to let me know there was an issue. The pharmacist, Amanda, even admitted they were negligent while being utterly rude. Unacceptable and I will never return.

Waited in drive thru line for over 25 minutes! Both cars in front were doing the drive thru Covid testing. I understand thats important but the cars should be able to pull ahead and park. Move the collection box to the front of the store. Which by the way the box was full and the person in front of me, opened the box and was using their bare hands to push down other tests and shoving theirs in the box.

Their pharmacists and drive-thru have been really helpful throughout the pandemic! Employees were always patient and willing to help even with all the hurdles the pandemic put up.

Bravo on CVS offering Covid testing. 1 star on handling anything related to results availability, posting, minute clinic results. My elderly parents are waiting (9+days now) on their results before being admitted to an assisted living facility. Yesterday on hold for almost 2 hours, still didnt get through. This is unacceptable for a company this large not to have thought through the ramifications of taking on Covid testing. Seriously will consider other options from here on out.

Need to upgrade the photo kiosks. I wasted 40 minute to print 1 picture. Tried printing through the CVS app, kiosk app, cable and flash drive... Didnt work. Let with frustration. Went to wallgreens, plug in my flash drive.... Boom printed my picture and was out in 2 minutes.

The worst service. Medication supposed to be done in 1 hour. Didn’t happen. When I got message from them after more then 3 hours, my husband went to pick up Farmacy was close. It was 8:00 pm. On their hours On the door they support to close 9:00 pm. The worst!

Been going to the store for some time now.The pharmacy is awesome, always there, always good advice, good service. Ed the pharmacy tech is amazing. Came in to buy pull ups and triple aaa batteries. Female clerk followed me in the store and kept asking what I was looking for. 2nd time she has made me feel totally uncomfortable. My spouse and I will find our pharmaceutical needs at Walgreens.

Everything was great. I only went here because it is basically a two minute walk from my house but ended up having a positive experience as the prices were cheap. Ive went multiple times after this and had great experiences except for one time when there was a big line with only one worker on the register.

Initially I was told to wait 15 minutes for my re-fill. The Pharmacy tech, Usman, added that the re-fill had to be first approved by the Pharmacist. I asked why and he couldnt give me a reason. I suspected that the re-fill was too soon. Anyway I told him it would wait for 15 minutes.I waited, waited, and waited for 50 minutes. I finally approached the counter and asked Usman on the status of my re-fill. He said that it was being rejected and didnt know why. I asked him why he couldnt tell me earlier as he had told me to wait 15 minutes. He said, I know, I know, I know... He then brought me another Pharmacy tech. to whom I had to explain the situation. She told me that he was new (which was somewhat obvious as he was running around confused in the Pharmacy). She apologized, but he didnt say anything and resumed what he was doing (running around confused).My issue was NOT with the re-fill. If it is too soon, it is too soon, and I will wait until the following month when I can re-fill. My issue was WITH the pharmacy tech. who failed to inform me timely when there was an issue/ delay and then decided to have his co-worker own his error.On my way out, I spoke with the floor manager on duty, Cary, who said that he will speak with the head manager about the wait-time because it wasnt the first time that they had made an error. Cary was professional and listened to my concerns.

The Minute Clinic staff is excellent. Went there to get sutures out, because, believe it or not, my internist doesnt remove stitches. The whole procedure took just a few minutes and was carefully done and painless. Have referred this location to friends.

Worst CVS store, they won’t apply our extra care coupons, if we asked to do, they don’t do it properly and cheat the customers. It happened to me many times in this store .If we want to return the product they only give store credit. Store Manager Is a crook and very commercial. Staff are not friendly. Prices are very high compared to other stores. Check the product price in the online / other stores before you want to buy anything here.

I like the many choices CVS provides, they have some things I cant find at other stores. The only issues I have is the prices are way to high and the Pharmacy messes up alot and the people working in the Pharmacy are rude! I love the milk prices, CVS is the only place I go for milk. The cashiers in the front of the store are always friendly and helpful!

Terrible! I would not even give one star! I spent over a week going back and forth with this pharmacy in regards to my medications and insurance. Every time I called, there was a different excuse and I spoke with someone different. I was told originally my insurance was questioning one of the medications due to a generic being available but that the generic was not technically on the market yet. (Finding out later from my doctors office that this is an old medication and the generic has been on the market for several years and it was no problem to order this other medication instead if needed!!) I called and spoke with this same individual several times, each time ending with her stating she would call me back and she never did. I would call to follow up. Then my doctors office called to question why this was taking so long and why I did not have the medications yet, and they told the nurse that my insurance was expired which was no where near the truth. So I called immediately after and was told there were two medications that were not being covered but my insurance was fine. I then started to question their practices a little more and was transferred to another individual who then didnt know what to do and was again transferred to another individual who also informed me, after holding for 45 minutes, that she in fact was not sure what to do at this time. In the end, after I had a complete melt down and was told that they understand my frustration I called my insurance company Wellmark and they called via conference call after seeing the notes that I had in fact been on the phone the entire day with Caremark, interestingly enough, the medications were overnight-ed to me without incident. Prior to this I was able to use the University of Iowa Hospital pharmacy and was able to pick up all of my medications easily without any confusion or problems. Now I am forced to use this pharmacy which has caused a lot of added stress in an already stressful situation! Very disappointed!

This cvs pharmacy needs a whole lot of improvement when it comes to customer service. The heavy set woman ( pharmacist or tech ) behind the counter was very rude and I wasnt even dealing with her. She just interrupted my conversation with the cashier and condescendingly remarked something I didnt comprehend. CVS, better screen your employees better to deal with customers. The manager told me that he will talk to her. I switched pharmacies to Walgreens.

I went in for a few things today and while i was at the register the two cashiers were whispering to each other. Gina asked me to enter my CVS number which i did and she finished my transaction and again asked for my CVS number...clearly she didnt pay attention that i already entered it. after she bagged my stuff, half heartedly she didnt slide them my way or anything. Things were going everywhere. I always remember why I dont go to this CVS each time i do go in. Very rude employees. Im surprised Gina is still employed there.

The pharmacy is no more a 24 hour pharmacy which is inconveient to us. It would be great if CVS can make the pharmacy hours to 24 hours. It will be very helpful. Store is open for 24 hours.

I dont really understand what is wrong with this pharmacy. On three different occasions, I called in an RX for refill. When I went to pick it up, it wasnt ready because they had to order the drug. Would have been nice if they called to let me know it wouldnt be ready and when I asked why they didnt call they INSISTED they did. Okay, maybe I missed the call, but they didnt leave a message nor did it appear on my caller ID. A month or so later I call in another RX for refill. I now pay attention because I want to know if they will call...they didnt, I went to pick it up and it wasnt ready, and they insisted that they called. Again, they did not leave a message or did the Caller ID pick up their number. I complained to the head pharmacist who insisted that they always call. Last week I called in an RX. This time I gave them 3 days to get the medication into a bottle ready for me to pick up, order it, do whatever is necessary to have it ready for pick up. Three days later I get there, they did not have the RX ready, NOR had they even received my phone order. I left WALGREENS because they never had the drugs in stock, but AT LEAST they called to let me know. I am going back to Walgreens cause CVS DOES NOT understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Plus their Pharmacy hours hare HORRIBLE!!!!!

Worst pharmacy! Our health ins. changed and I had to go to CVS, plus, they are convenient. After 7 years, our ins. plan change again, and Im finally bolting back to Walgreens. Thank God, b/c this pharmacy is an utter mess. From a pharmacist who was belligerent to me (corporate heard about this one), techs acting arrogant or having diminished mental capacity, Im done! Ive been on the same meds for several years, and every month, Ill have 2-3 techs give me different fill dates. WTH? No Im sorry, no nothing. Just mmm...hmmm. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Not to mention the Indian lady at the check out acting like I was robbing the place when I presented my iphone with the coupon code. She stated their new policy is to not honor them from the iphone, while pointing to a YEAR OLD taped policy on the counter, where no one could see it. She said she wasnt going to lose her job giving me 25% off, lol. Thats okay. Im done and off to Walgreens where they may not be perfect (no one is), but it doesnt feel like I repeatedly enter the Twilight Zone.

Obnoxious pharmacy staff. Happy to answer your serious questions with jokes, as though youre the idiot for asking. Some of them seemed to take their jobs seriously. Unfortunately, they were helping other people. Would rather pay full price for my flu shot at a pharmacy that doesnt take my insurance than deal with these jerks again.

Horrible, I just got out of ER with severe bronchitis, find a 24hr cvs to fill 3 prescriptions ...closest was this location, I called pharmacy to have rx transferred from my non 24hr cvs 2 mins from my house... i asked when I can pick up, they say youll get a text when its ready were 24hr. (Never received texts).. its been 4 hours since I called cvs initially, so I decided to come get rxs figuring they would be ready.., I just got here, its 9:45pm, drove 30 mins to get here and am told by the quite rude cashier that the pharmacy closed at 9 oclock .... Seriously!! I politely ask for the name and number of the manager because they need to know the breakdown of this experience and she proceeds to argue with me about giving me the number. Really!?Thankfully I called the hospital er i was released from and the on call dr. is writing new rx forms for me to get filled at another location so this doesnt go into pneumonia.Dont use this cvs. Find a different location. Employees obviously dont know proper protocol or how to treat customers. And they are NOT 24 hours... cvs pharmacy... if you need rx filled go during day hours, if you need non pharmacy items, go to 24hr walgreens or Walmart right up the way..
