Great location. The person who helped me, Dave, was very friendly and ensured I got everything I needed.

Had a Parking space and a storage unit rented at this facility and it was a pretty good experience and when I moved out, it was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this public storage. Dave was wonderful also, he was very polite and helpful.

I am very happy to give a five star review to the public storage company located in Buffalo Grove Illinois. Dave Liggins was the gentleman who assisted me with getting a unit on the main floor in the timeframe that I was looking for and for the best price that I was able to find between three different storage places.Dave was very accommodating to show me the different packaging I could purchase and also what the space looks like and where it was located from both areas for unloading my things. He’s been very good with follow up and I asking if there is anything else I need to make this next phase of my life easier for me.I really appreciated that the first time I was coming to the location and going through all the information that was there he stayed a little bit over his closing time to make sure all my questions were answered while I was there.He is obviously a man who understands CustomerService and is always looking for what else the customer needs to make their experience with public storage always a five star experience.

Both Kayla and Charity have always made me feel welcome with a smile and offering above and beyond service each time I visit my spaces. Ive know Kayla only a short period of time, however, I feel very comfortable because she knows her job very well. On the other had, Ive know Charity for many years at the Buffalo Grove location. Her service is consistent and thoughtful. She gives gives me a courtesy call when noticing anything related to my spaces. Kayla does as well. Thank you both for jobs well done on the daily. I have never experienced such care at a storage facility which makes me feel that my belongings are safe.

I can add to many pictures of this Horrible service. Id give no stars if google would left me take away the one star i accidently put there. the manager charity for 3 years now (who lives in the unit or apartment abovethe office with her 5 kids) and the property managers have no idea what they are doing. Or maybe they do and its definitely considered scamming nd/or embezzlement. I am filing a lawsuit. I have picture of proof of payments made on time and still my unit is once again still locked and my own lock even taken off taken off. This company has got to be bumk and I can now afford to get down to it. This has effect my family greatly. I didnt lose my artwork my paperwork my social security card birth certificate everything including my grandmothers furniture/ valubles. This chairty makes false promise and then takes checks from you with out handing you a receipt that my township even pays for every month. The has cause my life so much stress if has effected my finances because all my material are in those units as well. I feel munsafe there. I have tried to contact property management multiple times. Ivebeen storging there for 3 years. Since my grandmother first started getting sick. This is a horrible place. Leave nd move out advice anyone to move there unit. Or dont make friends with the people who work there they will trwat u nice and help you but one thing goes wrong on ur behave and they will treat you like skum and play childish games with you. They never answer for me or my township to speak to a property manager. They are not always in the office when they shouls be. Some empolyees dont even know where to find an extension cord. There bathrooms arenot taken car of and i had to use the mens for almost a year. No one vacuums. U cant even pay for dumpster access instead if you use it they will ticket you... I dont need to continue.

The storage spaces are clean and there is ample space. The spaces are also very well lit. I recommend this particular location at 555 Aptakisic Rd. Buffalo Grove!

Great facility. Perfect for my location. I live and work in the Buffalo Grove/Lincolnshire area This storage facility is much better than the dark, dusty dungeon that was my previous unit. This facility is nice, well-lit, clean, with working elevators. My other unit was on the 2nd floor. The staff is also very friendly and courteous. 5 out of 5 stars. Will recommend to all my friends and coworkers.

Came in to check out a unit. My mother has a storage unit here so I had some questions. Jovani was thorough and polite, and had no issues with assisting me despite the heat. I was more than please with the facility and the attitude of their staff. Clearly they know what their doing. I plan to check out other units in the area, but the great service alone is enough to make me want to come back.

I had a reservation at this location and realized my movers would be there before I would so I called and Charity was so helpful she explained that I could have my friend rent for me and she would explain everything to him and make sure we both had access to unit. My friend just rented space for me and said Charity was great

Charity, the property manager, is great to work with and very helpful! Public Storage is very lucky to have her. We ran into a corporate problem which I have about a 1/2 star for their district manager and response (carts are only accessible during business hours) but thankfully we found another place and were able to move our stuff out. I would rent from this facility again based on Charity alone and the clean facility she keeps but not under Public Storage corporate that is out of touch with peoples needs. Charity is very easy to work with and knows her job. Maybe the suits should revisit their cart policy and give some consideration to the customer pulse on this issue.

This is Cheyennes Grandmother reviewing our experience at the Buffalo Grove facility. We have been very happy with our rental there and for all Charitys help...shes a wonderful woman!! Today when I paid our bill for next month, I met Alma for the first time. She was very helpful and friendly. Both women are very kind and pleasant. There have been others there too to accept my payments and they have all been very nice. Weve rented there for the second time for a year now!! Dear management of Public Storage Buffalo Grove. Thank you for being extremely incompetent in running this facility. Ive been a loyal customer for over 14 years and recently the CC I had on file expired. You claim you left vm on my house phone but non were to be found. In addition, Jerri, the property manager confirmed that the facility was having and still has phone issues. I was assessed over $110.00 late fees. As soon as I was aware of the situation, I came in to the location and updated my CC on file. I asked for a waiver for the fees but was denied, without even notifying me. The facility is dirty, dark and the back gate is broken for almost six months. Anyone can come into the facility because the locks on the back door are broken. Because of your ineptness, I priced out the same size storage space (5 X 10) at Metro Storage on Deerfield Parkway. Guess what? It was $114 per month less than what I was paying at your location ($183 to $69), thats a savings of $1,368 per year. Marty the property manager at Metro was very nice and accommodating.

Went to this location looking for boxes, and Charity was very helpful. She asked what I would be packing, if I was just starting or in the middle and if I was storing or moving from one house to the next. She told me what I would need and I was very grateful for her help. I will definitely be back for more boxes.
