When other reviewers warn you about this place doing unauthorized work and bullying you into paying for it, listen to them. It just happened to me. Took my vehicle in for a state inspection; there were very minor issues found, which is fine. Instead of letting me know about them and giving me the option to fix them myself, Rich (owner) decided to do the work anyway, drop a $90 charge on the invoice, and have the audacity to call that doing me a favor. He went further: So, what, Im supposed to call for every little thing that needs doing? Yes sir, you are! Why dont you understand that? Ive been in business 40-some-odd years, blah blah, you know the rest. I paid him, because he wouldve held the vehicle hostage if I didnt -- over a charge he himself described as nothing. That nothing charge was worth him losing good customers, I guess. Any mechanic who doesnt understand that work needs to be authorized shouldnt be in business at all, and he certainly wont be getting any more of mine. Pretty simple stuff.

This place is criminal. Do not do business here. They took complete advantage of my son. Diagnosed his vehicle and performed the work without permission. They held the vehicle hostage and charged my son a ridiculous amount of money. Save yourself from this bully service to make a buck.

Rich and his team are awesome! Not only are they an outstanding shop, but they helped us navigate insurance estimate issues and as a result we got the best deal on collision repairs. Great people to work with!

To begin the listing here is inaccurate. The business is no longer affiliated with Carstar and is now a private entity Autostars. The paint on my vehicle is so thin my bumper cover has more rock chips than my previous car with 100,000 more miles on it.There are flaws everywhere on the car body. From drip marks to tape lines visible on the outside of the vehicle. Discovered more recently are over-spray marks on the inside of the car. Physically on the interior there is car paint where it wasnt properly taped off.Every tape line on the door jam is visible and there are numerous areas of orange peel and other less that perfect textures. The people that work there are plenty nice, theres no questioning that. The issues develop when you want things done correctly. It took 2 tries to get the paint nearly correct on my car and the second time through they painted right over my factory 3M protection and right over the stone guard they applied the first time through (which incidentally has a rock chip in it already) Its pretty upsetting each time I find a new flaw and deeply deeply regret ever considering this shop for collision/paint work. One would imagine $3400.00 would go a lot farther towards a job well done but I was really really mistaken. The paint wasnt even attempted to be blended the first time through. the panels where entirely different as if there was a few mixes attempted and some one said yup good enough.Recently checked around mud flaps and the original paint is still behind them. Please learn from this unfortunate transaction and be wary of giving this business your work.

The owner Rich Littlefield is a 100% scum bag. He cuts corners just to make a dollar. I was there 3 weeks ago with my girlfriends car and his shop is so outdated and Id never go back.
