The staff was friendly an very professional, and the work was done very well.

The team is the perfect combination of professional and personal. My repairs were finished quickly and correctly and my vehicle is looking better than before.

Never take your car here to get an estimate if your insurance sent you. if they know you will not get the work done there they will low ball the estimate as to not allow you to get the amount that is needed to fix your car.This place had another name recently. stay away.

Everyone at this location is extremely kind and professional. I had never had an accident before and was quite shaken up when I arrived, however Irene, and the gentleman next to her at the front desk were extremely patient and kind during the entire process. My car was fully detailed at the end and looks brand new. Great great staff and I would highly recommend should anyone ever need their services.

Not satisfied with quality of service. Many things done incorrectly and it took two weeks. They guarantee their work but Ill never bring my vehicles back to this place.

The only good thing here is Nate. Got no updates on my car. Had it for two weeks BEFORE they ripped it open so my insurance company could then say its totalled. The wait to even drop off the car was over and hour(including rental service)

He found ways to help me get back on the road and was able to get my car fixed. He fixed the things that werent even on the estimate to ensure my vehicle was in best shape possible. Gerber did a bad job

Was lied to from the estimator the service guy who was working on the car never returned my call and I had to call repeatedly to get an answer did not get a printed copy of the estimate until I picked up my car. Took way to long to make the repairs and was not compensated for the delays. Would never recommend them to anyone or go there again!!!!

Unfortunately I have had to have a vehicle repaired at Carubba a couple of times in the last few years. My daughter also had to have a repair done recently. Each time I experienced professional and courteous service--staff (including Irene Kritikos) always responsive to our concerns.

Not only was the service timely and precise, their customer service is OUTSTANDING! Irene and Nate know how to run the show. Way to go Carubba for hiring such an awesome staff.

When I left my car for repairs I told them for every part they just painted front bumper small part corner side and repaired windshield half foot tiny crack and charged me 800 and not done professional work please go any good body shop

They took 12.days to do the dented bumper and fender on a 10 yr old car. Tape marks are showing in the paint. But they did an excellent job matching the paint color.

This location is very friendly and responsive. I called to have the car towed, and within a day they picked it up to take to the shop. Both people at the desk were great. Irene took my initial information regarding the repairs and I was in and out within 10 minutes. They provided updates and helped me get things out of the car when I needed to while they were working on the car. Upon pick-up, again I was in and out within 10-15 minutes. When I noticed an issue with the door making a funny sound, they immediately took it back in the shop to discover and fix the issue. The greatest benefit was that they handled the insurance company when the costs exceeded original estimates and I needed to keep the rental for longer. Car looks great, like new!

The paint was visibly missing when I picked up. The Newer vehicle broke down due to not using the proper grounding bolts when my bumper was attached. The shotty work caused electrical failure and left me stranded with my children. Jump starting was a hazard and was almost shocked because it arched. To quote the Manager when I called, Its not really a big deal.. I mean.. it may be to you.. You know not a is a big deal to me? Making sure my insurance company is NEVER recommending you again. But it may be to you.

I was taken care of by Jenna and it was a great experience. She answered all my questions and was very helpful and patient. My vehical was ready sooner than expected and repaired flawlessly!

I brought my PT Cruiser here for repairs, at the Delaware Ave location. And I was very pleased at the service I received. They called and left messages and also emailed me on all the updates on the repairs!! Hopefully I will not have to visit a repair shop anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely bring it to Carubba Collision!

I cant thank Irene enough for her attentive service throughout my car repair. I dropped my car off but later realised Id left my EZPass inside. When I went back a few days later, I didnt even need to give her my name — she knew who I was and which car was mine. Come on - thats amazing, right? While Im waiting to hear from my insurance company and having to beg to get information from them, I get regular updates from Irene letting me know exactly where my car is in the process. It saved me a lot of money on my car rental to know what day my car would be finished, so I could book it for the whole week!

Horrible experience!! Would NOT recommend family or friends to this company at all. By the way my name is Jennifer but I am posting this off my boyfriends google account. Employees were disrespectful...They never kept me fully updated on my car. They gave me the run around for 3 days!! Upon cancelling my request for repairs within a day of it being there I expected to pick up my car in the same condition I brought it in since they told me all they did was take off my bumper to assess the damage. NOPE In fact they put more damage on my vehicle. They did not call me back till day 2. With just a bumper replacement they wanted to charge me 650 for a painted and 415 for a non painted bumper. I told them no, just put my old bumper back on because Mechanical issues were more important at this point. Two hours after that conversation they called me and told me that they could not put my bumper back on because they CUT IT OFF. They did not bother to inform me or call me to ask if it was okay...I found out they cut it A day and a half after they told me they took it off. They told me that they would put my car back to drivable condition which took another day....What could you have possible done to my car to make it NON drivable if all you did was remove my bumper. On the third Day I went to pick up my vehicle I just fell into tears when I seen it. It had no bumper, everything that was behind my bumper just dangled around and they actually broke my right side headlight and decided to attach it to my car using what looked to be a bended metal hanger. When picking up my keys (my eyes were tearing up) I asked the woman behind the desk if they still had my old bumper... before asking I saw her go behind a cubicle (their office) and actually start laughing at me. If I could give them double negatives I WOULD. The man named William (Bill) a woman named Kelly and another woman put me through nothing but hell those three days!! The only good part was enterprise and their awesome rental!! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Excellent and quick and thorough service

From a recommendation from my insurance company, my husband dropped off his car after an accident. He recieved a text saying his car was ready so he went and picked it up. When he picked it up they didnt even clip in the bumper that they replaced, the check engine light was still on (which came on right after the accident) and the entire car smells like gas and was making horrible noises. I actually had a bad experience last year when they replaced my bumper after somebody backed into it overnight in my apartment complex parking lot. They replaced the bumper with a semi rusted replacement and try to claim it was brand new. Only after I showed them my before and after pictures did they agree that it was their fault. Do NOT take your car here, they clearly half-ass everything

After being rear-ended and sustaining significant damage to my 2007 Honda Odyssey( Rear and front bumper damage) I took my vehicle to Carubba Collision on Delaware Ave. I was met at the front desk by Nate,collision specialist. He kindly introduced himself, took my insurance claim info, assured me that that they would take it from here After a quick efficient perusal of my van.,he explained to me in a very complete and comprehensive manner what needed to be done. He exuded confidence,without appearing cocky. Directed me to the walk-through to Enterprise Car Rental, Displaying exemplary proficiency and efficiency, Pam kept me updated in a timely fashion in regards to the progress of the repair. She called me on a Monday and Wednesday to advise me that my van would be ready by mid-week of the following week. To my surprise, she called me that Friday to tell me that my van was ready to be picked up (4-5) days ahead of scheduled completion !!!!!. These folks dont play around. Well, I went that same day to get my van and I was simply amazed at the work they did . I mean talk about craftsman these guys are the real . Without a doubt Carubbas Is The Real Deal. Dont try the rest just go to the BEST and get the work done right the first time. Be sure and ask for Nate. I highly recommend Carubbas without reservation.

I am writing in regards to my car and what turned out to be a very disappointing experience with Carubba Collision. I realize that repairs may not go exactly as originally planned, parts may get delayed and other various things can happen that will cause a repair to take three times longer than first planned but I was without my car for 5 weeks. Repairs took a lot longer than what I was told - original repair estimate was 7 days, 20 days later it was changed to 11 days for repair. There was a complete lack of communication with me regarding these delays - I left messages that were not returned, I was promised calls regarding the state of my car and received none, I was not once called by a representative of Carubba to let me know that my car will not be ready on the day quoted until after I reported this behavior repeatedly. The only communication I have received is from the person who recommended your company in the first place - otherwise I would be completely in the dark regarding the state of repairs to my car. He informed me that repairs should not have taken them 5 weeks to complete and on numerous occasions no attempt was being made to repair my car in a timely manner. No one at any time apologized for the delays or lack of communication and everytime I brought up the delays they were quick to shift the blame elsewhere, like the additional damages found, or dealership delays etc. I would not recommend anyone use Carubba for any reason.

So far this is a horrible experience, it took them 5 days to get my car in and now its been 4 days with no follow up nothing. ive called and no one picks up, finally get a hold of another office and it was like a guessing game as to which vehicle was mine and all the woman did on the phone was laugh...i wasnt laughing...i will not advise anyone to deal with this company anymore.
