After a recent car accident my car was towed here. The insurance company people were a bunch of idiots, still are, but the man who took my calls at West Seneca Auto was wonderful! He treated me very kindly every time we spoke on the phone, and when I went to get my belongings from my totalled vehicle he was just as nice in person! Great customer service!!

Driver was Friendly, knowledgeable and fast with loading up my truck. I had to have my F-150 towed back to dealer. All arranged by Ford roadside assistance. Flatbed showed up within time I was told. I also got a ride back to dealer with driver. Huge help and thank you for the ride! Truck died in Holland NY. Truck and I were taken back Dave Smith Ford on Transit.

Amazing customer service, tow truck showed up within 15 minutes when I was told 45 minutes to an hour and a half!

I had my 2014 Dodge Ram told yesterday buy a older gentleman home loss my smart key which is going to run me over $250 to replace I watched him throw the key into my front driver side window he just threw it in there randomly, he did not place it down any where as he should of . I called dealership first thing in the morning to tell them my truck had broken down and to take a look at it I told him the key should be in the Dropbox as I told the truck driver to do so as I handed him a tip. They said okay they would check the truck out and give me a call back with the diagnosis when they called me back they said they cannot find any key in the Dropbox or in my truck so thats when I contacted the dispatcher asking him to ask the driver where has he put the key the driver said that he gave it to the owner of the vehicle that let him at the dealership I am the owner of the truck he met me personally and I did not meet him at the dealership the dealership close hour and a half by the time he got there. I called back to dealership and tell them if they can please double check the truck and drop box they did and nothing I called back the dispatcher and now he said that the driver said that he seen me take the keys out of my truck I have a smart key truck and the key must be with the truck to put it in park and neutral all I did was raise the window so all my paperwork does not blow out when he is Towing my truck on the Thruway and when I got to the dealership I notice of Brand New Bag of chocolates have been opened the driver stated he does not eat candy and that is where the situation has been left I have owned a truck for 2 years and thank God I had a spare key if not my truck would just be sitting in a dealership lot not being repaired as soon as I would like it now Im going to have to shove out $250 for spare key**** update they called me back 10 hrs later and found my truck keys in the tow truck drivers cabin!

Terrible! Guy who came to tow my car was very rude. I did not call them, this was set up by Kia since my car is under warranty. He proceeded to lecture me that all the car needed was a jump since I left my lights on (which is not at all why the car was being towed, nor were the lights ever left on). Took him three hours to drop my car off at Transittowne Kia which is less than 10 minutes from my house.

Left me waiting OVER 6 hours for a tow in 6 degree weather and didnt even call to keep me updated. Worst tow company ever! Horrible experience!!
