Everyone I met at Bison Fleet Specialists was great! Not only were they knowledgeable about our RV, they were quick to serve, and willing to answer any questions without rushing me out the door; that was refreshing. I’d recommend them for RV repairs/maintenance every time.

Over priced and unprofessional. Charged me $80 dollars for windshield wipers and 1 of them fall off middle of the highway. Almost hit the car behind me. This is scary stay away from this place.

John and his employees are courteous professional and do a great job. Any problems they take care of right away. I would recommend them to all the RVs out there.

Great local company to work on trailers and trucks

They dont have their stuff together. And they have too many excuses and they want to blame everything on covid-19. Their prices are not reasonable nor feasible they charge you a high end dollar even if youre a mom and pop business! Their work isnt substantial because you have to keep bringing your vehicle back to them for repairs. Im just starting to believe that they rig the truck up so that it can work for a little bit and you have to come back and spend more money..... Theyre just too full of excuses and dont want to take the responsibility of their work!

I’ve been taking my rail trucks to Bison for a few years now. They do vehicle, annual crane, and annual hi-rail inspections, as well as other repairs. They’re alway very professional and courteous. They’ve given me rides home after I drop off my trucks for repair. Recently, after a particularly messy hydraulic system leak, my truck was absolutely covered in atomized hydraulic fluid. Upon picking up my truck after the repair was completed, I noticed that they had de-greased and pressure-washed the entire truck. I couldn’t believe it. That effort went above and beyond, for me. I’d highly recommend their services.

Fantastic, I was visiting my Son in Lockport New York so we drove our Motorhome from Alabama when I felt some vibration on the way up, so I sent a msg on Sunday they answered me back in then 20 minutes they told they would call me back on Monday Morning in which they did asked me a couple of questions and said bring it in, after I told them I was leaving that Friday they got me in, called me explained what the problem was on Tuesday had me ready to go that Wednesday. I Recommend this Company Theyre Very Friendly and Knowledgeable of Rv and anything else thats on Wheels. Now I know where to go for RV services when Im here Visiting My Son here in Lockport New York. We started using Bison when one of our work vehicles needed a new motor. They were quick, professional, and on top of the whole process. Weve since used Bison for more work van needs and have been extremely satisfied with the service from Tony, John, and the Bison team. Well be back when the next van needs repair!

Made appointment to bring in my Silverado.Engine was making a noise.The appointment was on a Thursday.Did not get my truck back for 5 days.I own a business and use my truck daily.You would think a fleet specialist would understand the value of a work truck.

I never got a call back about scheduling an appointment for motor home.

I bought a snow way plow from bison in Dec 2018 I must say that I was treated like family when making the purchase ( like it was uncle john selling it to me ) . fast forward to march 2020, my plow would not work so I called for tech support . instead of giving me tech support they sent Gary out to repair the plow at my residence. An hour later he had it working & asked for nothing other than a thank you . I must say that is top notch service that all other companies need to strive to achieve.. When I was in the market for a new mower I wanted to try out a Scag Turf Tiger. Another local Scag dealer pretty much blew me off in January! I guess they were busy. Anyway Joyce found one and brought it in for me to try, and I liked it. Well guess who made a sale??

I recently made a purchase at Bison. I have dealt with many businesses this was by far my best experience yet. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. At the time I didn’t know the owner John was taking care of me. Another employee Sean was taking my information down. He had asked me how my experience was at Bison. I told him this John guy was very helpful and polite and treated me exceptionally well. His response was he was well trained, John is the owner. Listen, if you get treated like that by the owner, you know that’s the place you want to give your business to. Totally awesome. Well done Bison!!

I have been a customer of bison for close to 15 years and have never been disappointed. Their customer service is outstanding and every customer is treated like someone special. John, the owner is always approachable and goes out if his time make sure your vehicle is properly and promptly serviced. I for one would never go anywhere else.

The worst ever. After they replaced main rear seal, I had to get the main rear seal replaced AGAIN. Also charged me labor for water pump work when they had to take it out anyway to fix main rear seal. Asked for old parts back and was ignored. Just the worst customer service around. Thank Scott I have a Jasper warranty ( which gave me a new created motor these hacks wont be near) and will be going to a real shop this time. Thanks for nothing.

While driving my car late night during the week I realized that my car was overheating. After carefully driving to advance auto part to assess the vehicle and add some coolant the issue persisted. The situation was extremely stressful as my girlfriend and I were essentially stranded. We dropped it off at bison fleet as it was the closest shop available and we hoped for the best. We dropped off the keys the following morning and were greeted by a very friendly staff. The owner even had one of his dogs in the shop which is always a plus. I received a call with the diagnosis which was for a bit more repair work than I had anticipated. However the repair cost was reasonable and it was evident that the mechanic was well knowledgeable after conducting a multi point assessment. While the situation that lead me to the shop was unpleasant, I can honestly say that the experience offered by bison fleet was a positive one. I have struggled to find a reliable auto servicer in the area and would strong encourage anyone who has yet to find the right shop to check out bison fleet!

Went to the classic car cruise there was almost as many new cars as old ones.i can see new cars driving down my street.guys spent years restoring their cars not too park next to a new one jope they fix.otherwise great cruise.great people

Had our engine replaced here and not only did they have it sitting in the lot for 3 weeks w a flat tire, it took 6 weeks to get it back. We had to have a rental we paid for ourselves, despite being told we’d get a loaner. After all that, the engine blew in under 6mo

I had a very fortunate opportunity to have John and his crew help me with my RV. I had been promised a repair at another shop, that had let me down after being stuck for 4 days. I explained my situation to John that I was broke down here from Texas and needed his help ASAP. I dont want to get into specifics about how they helped me so no one else takes advantage of their generosity but they made sure my wife and I were accommodated more than any other shop that Ive ever been to. Honestly the best experience I have ever had at a auto repair shop. My car didnt pass inspection because it needed two new outer tie rods replaced then an alignment in order to pass and I had four shops quote me at around $400 to do this... Bison Vehicle Repairs did it for half that!! Thanks to their voucher and coupon I also saved $55!I found them on yelp and messaged them Thursday evening and the shop owner, John, immediately responded and the next day I was messaging with him on yelp and I dropped my car off around 12:15 and then the owner drove me back to my work downtown by 12:30, he was so personable and deeply cares for his customers. At 3:30 the general manager, Shawn, called me and offered to bring my car back to me at work downtown and ended up parking it for me in the parking lot I use for work.I highly recommend going to them for your repairs, I wont go anywhere else from now on.

I have been taking my 2008 Explorer to Bison for all of its needed service and maintenance work for a few years now. All of the positive reviews you read here are true!Lets face it, car repairs are necessary, but can be a reaI $$ drag. I find the whole experience with Bison a pleasure when the otherwise cost of car repairs could put a Saint in a fowl mood.There are two very friendly dogs to greet you. Melissa and Andie greet you next and do intake, appointments, etc. and are super. Shawn does operations and estimating. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, easy to understand, and most of all fair. There is a further, kind and courteous support staff that have frequently picked me up and dropped me off. All smiles, all the time. Happy employees are a great sign of a great business.Most recently, I have had one of those annoying re-occuring noises that proved difficult to diagnose. I have a long commute and it was driving my nuts. John, the Owner, took an exceptional amount of time to help diagnose what was wrong. I know few, and I mean hardly any, business Owners that would take so much time as he did. In the end, the issue was a bad set of new tires, which I purchased from a big warehouse store; so there wasnt even anything that his shop could reasonasbly even bill for.That folks, is the kind of good will I try to foster in my business, and REALLY respect in others. Was it because I had been bringing my car there for so long already? Maybe ... maybe not. Either way, these guys really set the bar high in strong ethics and kindness. John, Im a lifer in taking my auto repairs, maintenace/oil changes, and rust prevention to you all. Normally Im not one to complain about a bussiness. I stopped at bison fleet the other day I found them on Google and they had great reviews and I was interested in trying to find a shop to work on my vehicles as I own a local landscaping company. When I stopped in they seemed rather busy at first glance a very clean professional looking establishment. I came in and the ladies at the desk where assitanting other customers so I sat down to wait my turn. While I waited I played with the two very friendly dogs nice touch by the way. So far everything was great. Then this is where things started to go downhill. The young lady that sits towards the left definitely was great she was helping someone and had to step out looked at me and said very sorry sir we will be right with you and stepped out. The other young woman there, finished with her customer then got up walked away without saying anything to me. I thought to myself rather odd since Ive been waiting but thats fine. I waited. She then returned on her cell phone looked like she was texting.... hmmm again not really that big of a deal I let that slide as well. I asked her what I needed to do as far as setting up a bussiness account to have my vehicles serviced there and without looking up from her phone says hang I need to finish this text. Well um ok not the answer I expected. Even the other gentleman in the lobby looked at me in disbelief. I said Im sorry miss Im trying to have my companies vehicles serviced here.... then with attitude huffs and puffs puts her phone down and says again without looking up from her phone....well you will have to wait for melissa to return I cant help you with that rolled her eyes and then went to the back and started talking to a bigger gentleman laughing and having a good ole time. I left and took my bussiness elsewhere. Now again not really one to complain but as a bussiness owner and wanting to bring my 13 vehicles to you for service to get treated like that by your woman who is the first impression on your company is not very good for bussiness.

I had a lot of work done on my car here. After spending thousands of dollars in repairs I seem still have leak. I have contacted owner via email several times no response. I trusted the ratings reason took my car here. More hassle for me because had keep taking my car back to date still not fixed.

I give Bison Fleet Specialists in Buffalo Ny 5 Stars. My Freightliner’s radiator needed replacing. I arrived at the shop a little after 1:00 on Thursday. They promptly checked it out and ordered the radiator. By 3:00 Friday afternoon I was repaired and ready to roll. While replacing the radiator they noticed and fixed a problem with the AC.
