Very disappointed. Covid awareness is terrible. Person behind counter was not wearing face mask over mouth and nose. A pen was given to me to sign for charge. Should be given a fresh pen and a used pen cup should be used for used pens to then be cleaned. Or a non sign credit card system should be used.

Great place to go and get your cake decorating supplies, ingredients, equipment and a lot of other things for your baking needs at home. Cheryl, the manager and her very knowledgeable, friendly staff are extremely helpful if you need assistance or with any questions you may have.

Going to Federal Bakers is ALWAYS a FUN time. Everyone is so helpful, full of energy, with a great positive attitude. When you leave you always know you have everything. Even great suggestion, good conversation, with employers and even customers. Its nice knowing youre going to be welcomed, and find help if you need it. So stop in and enjoy the atmosphere.

I come here every couple of months to replenish my supply for baking. They have such a large variety of baking essentials. I love the large size of pastry fillings & theyre in so many flavors! The best part of going there is the people who work there. They are friendly, nice and very informative. They will answer any questions you have. They know their stuff ! I love this place.

Always go here whenever I have a small important dinner or a large impressive party. I’m very handicapped and can’t do as much as I’d like, the delicious treats from Federal make my get together special. I just sit in my chair and let my family do The entertaining, knowing Federal Bakers has it covered.

Staff is great. Super helpful. This place had a lot of unique things bakers would need. This spot does not have everything....but they have a big selection of essentials for baking and super cool unique baking supplies. Hi-gluten flour for the peeps who wanna make Za at home.

Interesting place. No bathrooms so if you are driving 3 hours and need to use a restroom make sure to stop before. If you are looking for boxes it a great place.

Great selection of baking and decorating products. I havent been there in years since I stopped baking and I wasnt disappointed returning.

Sad to say that the once one stop shop, my go-to place for decorating supplies is shifting to disappointing. Most times they are out of what I need. Their item options need to be updated to compete with the variety you can find at your local crafting stores and the prices are a bit over the top. If youre in a bind and cant find it elsewhere, naturally youll pay the price. But, with the availability of stores that supply decorating needs and provide discount coupons, they should update their retail model.

In response to Mike Thorn, you failed to mention that the date is clearly marked on the cases and the minor fact that they are selling for ONE DOLLAR for a case of 72 K-Cups. That works out to less than 1.4 cents per cup. My four children drank these continually over the holidays in Buffalo. The ingredients are cocoa and non dairy creamer, nothing to spoil, I just shook them up a little before putting into the machine. You are complaining over a dollar for 72 cups??????

Very disappointed today. They didnt have the cupcake inserts that I needed, and since this is the only place that sales then, I hope the boxes alone are good enough.
