I had some flyers for my church printed by Minuteman. They did a fantastic job, communication was great, end product is just what I was looking for. They even got it done in 2 days because I procrastinated coming up on Easter Sunday. The price was a little higher than I was hoping for, but the job got done well.

We have been working with this location for quite some time. They always respond quickly, get our product in on time and in great quality. They are great about last minute changes and rush orders, even when we constantly do it or constantly make mistakes and require them to change things. We can send them 9 things at once and need it in a day and they respond with no problem. We have never once heard them complain or moan or made any of us feel like we were a bother to them. They make us feel like we are their only customers every day with the amount of work with do with them and how quickly they get it to us and we could never imagine doing the type of jobs we do with anyone else. This location and this team, Wes, Kyle, Donna and Graham and anyone else that we havent met before are outstanding and we thank them for everything they do! Highly highly recommended!

I’ve had good results with the print and paper quality from this business. They are easy to communicate with via email, which is nice for sending orders from home/the office.I ran into one hiccup after ordering two similar orders about 1 month apart from each other. A small number of prints in the second order were misprinted with a mixup of the first order. The associate I worked with was very kind and concerned throughout the process. He confirmed that somehow the mistake was made, but it was rare and offered a reprint. Another associate, however, left a voicemail saying it was “not possible” there was a misprint and stated that I must have mixed up my two orders, even though my first order was still plastic wrapped from when I picked it up. I didn’t appreciate this response, but received an apology afterwards.

I needed a document printed and delivered and I only had 45 minutes to do it and Sarah came thru for me!!! I had a project dropped into my lap at the last moment and I needed in Buffalo in a customers hands at 11AM. I am in Orlando,FL so you can see the problem I had...i called Sarah and she took care of the whole thing for me and still had 6 minutes left to spare ...if only all businesses had people like Sarah working for them this world would be a better place.
