Ashley was awesome! She made the experience very easy and simple! She was able to piece together a show board showing what all the plumbing fixtures would look like with one another. The selection was pretty good despite the supply chain issue. Biggest issue I had was the prices… I get it… they have longer warranties on some the product than the big box stores but it’s just not worth saving so much more money.

We worked with Ashley, and she was very educated on building our new shower! She worked diligently and helped us through some bumps. Excellent customer service from her. A great employee, Many Thanks!

Visited the showroom, fell in love with a particular Moen set for our new bathroom. Katie was very nice and helpful.Went home and found ALL of the same pieces on Amazon for a few dollars cheaper and much less shipping time. Called Katie to see if we could work on the price, she came within $10 so we decided to order thru her, she deserved our business. (and commission if anything.) We paid an extra $10 to have shipping expedited. On pickup day, our entire order had not come in. Katie very rudely stated that it was out of her hands although when we spoke with her the previous day, we were assured everything would arrive the next day AS KATIE PROMISED. Like, once she placed our order and got our money she washed her hands of us. Very unprofessional. The people at the part counter in the back from Irr Supply were extremely nice and pleasnant to work wirth. They refunded us the extra shipping expense. Unfortunately because of the rude way we were brushed off in the end by Katie, we will just order from Amazon next time. Thought we were doing the right thing by helping out a local business, but....I guess we were wrong.

They are actually open till 8 on Thursdays not Wednesdays at this location on Harris Hill Rd.
