Management is unprofessional and made ny friend feel judged for something she could not control. Would not recommend them for purchasing nor services.Go to a professional piercing and tattoo parlor for safer, friendlier service!

Terrible customer service... I walk in at 640 (they close at 7) ask about an ear piercing, the girl shows me where the earrings I can Pierce my ears with are, I choose a pair, and then the other girl who was putting the earrings away tells me they cannot Pierce my ears because they are closing smh 🤦‍♀️

Went to mckinley location today. Two women working were incredible. I don’t usually write reviews but they literally went above and beyond with customer service! So nice to actually go into a place and be greeted by friendly people. Don’t see that too much anymore. Great job ladies. Thank u!
