Got my truck buried in snow. Within 30 minutes of my dispatch contacting them, they arrived and pulled me out like a hot knife through butter. The driver was Jason. VERY professional, VERY knowledgeable, VERY skilled at what he does. GREAT job. 👍 I highly recommend these guys.

Well over $100+ to repair a steer tire, few miles down the road tire went flat. They refused a refund. Guy on the phone acted like he is deaf and hang the phone up. Void of shame and anything even slightly resembling dignity. Very parasitic. TA charges about $55 for a tire repair.

They arrived to fix an air leak on my trailer. The line snapped and I didnt have trailer brakes. Oops. They did fix it but didnt have the proper parts to do it on the road so I have to drive to the shop after he rigged it to be safe for 6 miles. They were kinda pricey too but did a good job

I had another outfit come out for 24hr repair . they installed the wrong starter for my semi. And these guys were great figured out the problem very quickly. And the boss and his employees were very attentive and nice to deal with. Not only did i get back on the road same day. But they took the time to do a good job . this is defiantly a place i will be back to if i need a repair done in buffalo NY

Had a broken equalizer on a tank trailer, basically on the roadside, they came out, evaluated the situation, got the parts needed, fixed it up, back on the road in no time, I definitely recommend MERJ Fleet Service for any repairs you msy have, i was impressed with how quickly they arrived and got it done…

Even though they were unable to fix air supply issue with the truck, Alex was incredibly professional and didnt give up. The kw dealer in buffalo wouldnt touch my truck until the next day. Hopefully i dont have future issues, but would definitely call them in the future. The docusign thing was a bit awkward, but it worked out. Not everyone carries phones capable of email yet these days. I understand why they use it, but can see some issues with less technically capable drivers in future.

I had a appointment for 230pm and showed up a hour early they got me right in did terrific work got me back out on the road fast. I would recommend any semi drivers out of state to come to this place for there quality and service

I call this shop last night around 10 pm I asked them to fix my truck alignment/mud flaps they told me come in the morning then I came first in the morning,fixed all problems,the owner and his Machanics are very nice and respect people,I recommend you To take your truck this place.

I initially contacted a local rental/repair agency due to a lift gate hose issue. It was after hours, and the shop told me they couldnt make a hose and didnt know anyone that could. Luckily, I remembered MERJ was able to. They literally got me in within 20 minutes and the driver was in and out in less than an hour with a fully functional lift gate. Outstanding service from Dispatch to the Technician that made the repairs.

We were passing through the Niagara Falls area in our RV when a coolant line developed a leak and lost several gallons of coolant. We called a half dozen truck repair shops and their next availability was in 1-2 weeks. MERJ, on the other hand, said no problem and to bring it in. I limped it to their shop 30 minutes away, and they dropped everything when I arrived and they had me in and out within 45 minutes. The coolant line was replaced on the spot, and their pricing was fair. Id highly recommend and trust these knowledgeable gentlemen again in a heartbeat!

Afree I was out of service by NY DOT cause my bus had a 1 cm hole on the exhaust pile, I called them for emergency service at 4:14 pm I waited at 2 nd st where is 35 mins away for this company for two hour, and a mechanic came and check my pile and looked for the parts to fix it. And the American style slowly job took 3 hrs. And then I got the bill $785. $100 for calling fee what the hell fee, and the 3 parts cost $216, I don’t know how to get these price!

Was in an accident and they supposedly did over 20k in repairs, after the fact I find out that they were paid for OEM but used cheap aftermarket park, the say they used they extra money for other OEM parts but the job wasnt completed and when I took it to a dealership they immediately pointed out the aftermarket parts and told me Id have issues down the road which I already have, came back to address my issues and concerns and spoke with the owner Joe and shop supervisor Jim who was addressing the issues until he realized the extent of the issues then Joe told him to stop theyre done even though they are they reason Im having issues in the first place....

Merj is one of the most dishonest roadside service assistance provider that we ever encounter, they double charge us for the same service which they claim they have done on our truck, and when we asked them why are we being charged for the same mechanical issue that we have paid for already when we first call them to come out and fixed our truck, which didn’t fixed the original problem to begin with, an I also I ask them if the truck was actually fixed, how comes after only 10 minutes of driving the truck same engine check lights came back and their crooked mechanic claiming it was a different engine check lights, which was all fabricated lies, but anyhow, I told him I was not going to pay them twice for something that they didn’t even fixed, which then lead to their mechanic going into my truck and stealing my keys to prevent me from leaving on the side of the highway road, which then lead to him assaulting me after I told him to return back my truck keys, so I called the police and report him and thinking that the state side police would see through these lying crooks, but obviously this company knows how to lie, scheme and twist the truth to extort money from you right underneath the police nose. This company have bold face lied to the state authority stating that they fixed our truck when they didnt, which end up with us having to pay these crooks money for service that they didnt even do, which was very upsetting, so after spending $586.63 dollars on engine check light code clearing service which didn’t fixed the problem, only to have our truck brake down again in less than an hour, which end up with us having to pay another truck repair shop a lot of money to get the truck fixed correctly, due to the fact this company didn’t diagnose our truck correctly. Both management and mechanics here are a bunch of dishonest people, they will lie to the authority to extort money from you, so be aware of these people and this type of scam they will pull on you.

My truck stalled out and wouldnt start got stuck on side of road. They were friendly and profesional from the first phone call till fixed. I would def come back if i need work done. All the techs were professional and kept me up to date with issues. The 2 hook guys were great as well.

Had an issue with the DPF filter on a Volvo, and I thought i needed to clean in the oven (which they have). They told me it would take 24 hours, so i took the truck in. The truck also had the check engine light on, so they diagnosed that as a NOX sensor which then fixed the issue and regeneration went smoothly, so the truck was ready to roll earlier. Now i say this, because other shops, will probably have cleaned the filter first, and then check the engine light, just so they could charge you more.Great customer service from them as well (Patty and Michelle, if I recall correctly).Either way, will definitely stop by if im in the area and will need something done on the truck.

Terrible service, charge double for simple service not done right, provide with the false estimate. After questioning the invoice driver was inform- he dont have any rights and he have to pay ether he like it or not. Avoid if possible there is many honest services in the area.

Check engine light came on, ran diagnosis on dash, called dealer who said code showed actuator/turbo☹️🤑. Friday at 1:45 I stopped in at MERJ. They put the computer on to confirm. First estimate was both for $9300! Long story short, by 5:15 I was rolling $1893. So, yes! SHOP OF CHOICE. 225 miles from my house, on a Friday afternoon. Could have been a lot worse to say the least.

Had a generator go down on one of my units this past Sunday morning (3-10-19) Ran through the entire troubleshooting process, but I was not able to identify the problem over the phone. I know from experience, it is very difficult to find anyone on the road to work on a generator, but let alone on a Sunday morning... But I have to try something, so I found Merj Fleet Services on the web and gave them a call.As luck would have it the owner of the company (Joe) answered the phone as it was his weekend on call. Without hesitation he agreed to go to the unit and see if he could help. In less than 2 hours Joe called me back to inform me that my generator was running.The bill was reasonable and we discussed other opportunities to do business in the future.Merj Fleet Services is now my go to contact in the Buffalo NY area.

Bla bla bla”Guess what ?
