Excellent Service procedures and actions! Phone calls were received as a reminder, and before the technician arrived from Rochester, with an approximate time (within 15 min).He was polite, professional, well spoken, and explained each aspect of items that I had chosen for security. We discussed the best locations, and why they were, based on his experience. He was organized, cleaned up anything needed, brought all of his own tools, and kept in contact with me in regards to what was being done, explaining as needed by me. Based on other Smart Home devices that I have, he mentioned other items that might work or replace what I have ( as one, not from them, wasn’t reliable in my experience). It was not, however, a sales pitch...just info. All aspects of the install were carefully completed, checked, and rechecked with the company before he ended the call. Hours....to make it work in my older and odd floor plan, were used to install with professional work ethic. The technician ( so sorry, I forgot his name), even stayed after calling his time in, on his own, to connect one more item that I needed. It is difficult to find a company who has the personal touch, professionalism, timeliness, and concern for quality ...OMNI Security did.

I hired Omni to install security cameras in my home. Im very pleased with the companys customer service and the overall experience. The technician David L arrived on time on both accassions he was scheduled to be at my home.He was knowledgeable, amiable and seemed trustworthy which are qualities I want in someone Im leaving alone in my home. He was very helpful and even when I wasnt happy with something he quickly came back and fixed it and did not make me feel bad about it or have an attitude. The pricing is a bit much in my opinion, but if you want something in life you have to be willing to pay for it I guess. I am pleased with the work.One suggestion is that the plastic casing that covers the cameras wires that run across your walls be included with the cost, it makes the job look more professional vs leaving the wires exposed.
