Nice layout, very conscious of COVID best practices, good meat and friendly staff.I didnt see much by way of higher quality cuts, but perhaps in my quick look I didnt see them (was looking for USDA Prime steaks), but what they did have looked good.Not their main product of course, but dont buy the pierogi, they taste very pancakey. Pretty disappointing, but theyre a butcher, not a polish restaurant, so I cant hit them too hard for that hah.
