What a great experience in a stressful time of buying a vehicle. Everything went great and smoothly. The used car sales mgr. gave me a good price on my trade and my sales rep was knowledgable and really informative about the Ram 1500. Reece was great from the test drive to the information download upon delivery. He knew the truck and its features. The truck was clean and ready upon delivery. Its my 2nd vehicle from Ryan in Buffalo.

So disappointed. Had an oil change (at least I think I did) Ive loved the service I have had here previously, so much that I drive an hour to get there. Sadly today was disappointing. No explanations, vehicle courtesy wash not done. Will try again when I need another oil change-may have been just an off day.
Brought a 2018 Ram 2500 diesel in that I had just bought in for maintenance and a few mechanical problems. Jamie is a rude guy. I thought it was just me, but he was rude to my husband as well. Have been coming here for years, but have always dealt with Shane, who is great. Also, one of the problems was loose steering, vehicle feels like it “wanders “. Steering part was replaced. Mechanic wrote “steering no longer loose”. $500 and my steering is no different. Really don’t want to go back through Jamie’s rudeness and not having a vehicle. Dont want to keep throwing money at it until the mechanic finally gets it right.

Stopped in and had my oil changed on .y F150. Its always great seeing the guys in the service area. Nick, Shane, Brandon and Eric. These are all fantastic guys to talk and deal with. They always make sure Im taken well care of when I come in. I have had great luck with the service guys. Not so much the sales floor, a much bigger and unsatisfactory story end with them so I chose to only associate with the service and express lane guys. They had my truck in and out within a half hour. They found a broken clip to my skid plate under my truck and Nick went out of his way along with Brandon to find a solution and like I expected they came through. No problem getting solid explanations for everything from the financing to the headlights. Went to view one model when I realized it didn’t have a key feature I wanted. No problem, happened to have 2 more on the lot that had it. Ended up with a beautiful vehicle and a payment plan that was understandable. Probably need to go back there for the next one.

Terrible service! Paid for bumper to bumper warranty and they won’t fix my ac without saying “it’ll cost thousands to take the dash apart” and my exhaust is making a clicking noise and the guy said there’s nothing wrong with it when I had a different mechanic say he knows somethings not right and it should be under warranty

NOT MY VAN - NOT MY PROBLEM.This is what was I was told by Matt Ryan about a warranty claim I made.I brought my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan in for Warranty repair on 10/10/2020. They took images and documented the warranty repair problem, and told me they needed to send it in for pre-approval from Dodge. After waiting almost 1 month with no response I started calling for updates. Each time I called they couldnt find my file and needed to do some research and call me back Finally they asked me to come back in because they had lost everything, and assured me that they would make it up to me somehow. Two days after I brought it back in they called me to say it was denied. I asked why and how it was denied, they couldnt give me a straight answer. I called Chrysler Customer Care, they informed me that a warranty request was never submitted.Update: After response of the owner I called Matt Ryan. He refused to warranty my claim saying it was outside influences that caused the problem without giving ANY evidence, and refused to send me that information in writing and hung up on me. Despite decades of business between my family and Ryan Dealerships, I wouldnt even take their free coffee.Explore some of the other (not paid for) reviews for similar experiences.
I have never purchased a car from Ryan but they do all the service on my 2015 and 2019 Ram 2500 trucks. They always take excellent care of me and my truck. Jamie at the service counter is very knowledgeable and explains what is being done. I wouldn’t allow anyone else to touch my truck.

Arrived a few minutes early and was able to get right in.Service visit was for a gas tank evaporator canister recall.Clean shop area, friendly staff and peaceful environment while you wait. Service Team gave me a great price on new rear tires, $1 over their cost., this will save me time on perusing the competition. Have a 6 speed manual transmission in my Challenger SRT8 for them to look into. Ill post that result and cost of repairs once complete.

Had gas cap checked out. Seems someone stole my gas and didnt put my gas cap back on. So had to have computer on van reset
Big Disappointment. I inquired online about a truck for sale. The online chat was very pleasant, and easy to work with. I was told the vehicle I was looking for already had a deposit on it, so I was told about another vehicle in stock to check out. I confirmed I liked the new vehicle mentioned, and I set up an appointment for a test drive.Upon arriving at the dealership I had a very slight wait and the vehicle I was told about was pulled around for the test drive. Before taking the test drive the vehicle I initially inquired about was pointed out to me, and I was told that the guy who the deposit on that one, also wants to look at the one you are going to test drive I didnt think much of it, so I preceded with the test drive, which was fantastic. It was a great vehicle.When I returned from the test drive another sales person said Well the other guy wants to look at this one, so If you want to check out the other you initially asked about, he can look at this one and we can go from there Took that test drive and realized I liked the other vehicle better, so when I got back form the second test drive I was informed the other guy was already purchasing the vehicle I wanted.So not only was I denied first opportunity at the vehicle I initially asked about, I was denied opportunity to purchase the vehicle they told me to come check out. Not even given another recommendation. The sales people didnt really seem interested in making a sale with me.Would not recommend this place to anyone. They dont even have a contact list to contact the sales manager directly. Dont waste your time.
I have been an avid supporter of Ryan chevrolet in buffalo, have had all my servicing done there for 7+ years. The last 3 years I have leased from ryan Chrysler. It saddens me to say that their service dept is just not up to par. So much so that my next purchase will be from a different Chrysler dealership when my lease is up on a few months. Hopefully I can still get my new vehicle serviced at Ryan chevrolet. Much better customer service as well as more responsive.
Terrible place to do business. We bought a jeep a little over a year ago. We had to hassle over the price. At first they wouldnt honor the online price but eventually caved. We have had nothing but problems with the jeep that was brand new off the floor. Less than a year I had to take it to them 8 times and it was never fixed. After it died in the middle of a busy highway we brought it up there after talking to a manager who told us there were many options to get it taken care of. They lied and did absolutely nothing to help. We went else where and we were taken care of. We have been back and forth for 2 months now trying to get our money back for the extended warranty we purchased and again nothing but problems. I will never buy another vehicle from this terrible place again and would suggest nobody does either.

Service manager is always very friendly and oil changes are extremely fast, no appointment necessary. They are very honest if something actually needs to be replaced/fixed, only recommending if necessary. Their lobby is dog friendly if you have a well behaved dog with you 😊
I brought my Dodge Grand caravan in because the engine light was on. I didnt have an appointment because of a mix-up and when I told them that I had taken the day off of work to get this done, they said they would squeeze me in. They told me what the problem was and some other small maintenance issues and I decided what to have worked on. They were friendly and polite and not at all pushy, which I appreciated. The work was done in a timely manner and the service people were all extremely helpful and very good at explaining things to me. Great service! I would go out of my way to go back. They even washed my vehicle before they returned it!

I was in the market for a quality used pickup, I stopped at Ryan Auto Mall. They had several to choose from, and their prices were lower then all the other dealerships I had checked with online. I also noticed that the quality of their vehicles were above the other dealerships as well. Needless to say I drove away with my Ram and could not be happier. I will definitely go back to them first when I am in need of another vehicle. Great people to work with!!

I took my pro master city in for a recall on oil consumption.i was told I needed to have oil change and filters replaced and brakes replaced to have the recall completed. This is a scam.

Price was good they worked with me, truck was detailed before we took it home that took over an hour. was longer then the paper work, so i did not get home till late and to find out the so called detailing missed the back seat. there were spots like coffee stain. i payed to much to have to clean a damn stain i did not even do!
Approximately 1month ago I had an oil change and tire rotation. 21 point inspection was checked off as good all around. Felt a “chatter” afterward and called the shop and was told not to worry, that my tires were probably wearing oddly, that it would balance out. Brought my vehicle back last week because the “chatter” seemed to be getting worse and was told the front rotors were bad. Not sure why they went bad within 10 hours when the only thing that was done was an oil change and tire rotation. So read in to this as you may.
I drive an hour to work with Todd at Ryan auto. This is the third truck I have purchased from him. He always has the best deal for me and makes sure everything is perfect before I leave. Would recommend him to anyone!

My Service Advisor Jamie was considerate and kept me pretty well informed. The AC repair was described to me that a compressor installed last spring was defective and it was replaced at no charge.This defective compressor damaged a condenser which was replaced. I was charged to replace the condenser even though it was damaged by the defective AC compressor. Chrysler accepted responsibility for the defective compressor as far as the AC went but did not accept responsibility for the damage it caused. This is not even logical. It doesnt matter if the damaged compressor was out of warranty,. It was damaged by a defective part that Chrysler did accept responsibility for. None of this was my fault and I would appreciate it if someone would explain how I can be charged for damage caused by a defective part. Thank you.

I called Todd on a 10 below zero day to let him know that I wanted to look at a Dodge Journey I had seen online. He got the vehicle washed and had it inside waiting for me when I arrived. I was out the door in my new used car in less than 2 hours that included my test drive, financing, etc. Easy to work with and a great price. I would definitely recommend both Todd and Ryan Auto Mall.

I was very comfortable during the shopping and buying experience that although quite a distance from my home, I will return to shop with John again.
The experience and knowledge of vehicle and purchasing went well. They cared and worked with me. Friendly staff.They sent me home with a quarter tank of gas after purchasing a $$35,000 vehicle. It put a sour taste in the experience as I drove my new vehicle home in a downpour and had over an hour drive to home. I asked for a full tank before leaving. They did not put any gas in. Instead, my first drive after a huge purchase was making it home on a low gas tank. Very frustrating. This review would have been $5 stars if they would have gone the extra mile to put gas in my new purchase!
I just purchased a 2019 jeep Cherokee Limited from Kirk Crowell, He was extremely courteous in helping me find the right vehicle with the right payment for me. When he did match me to a vehicle he made sure I had a complete understanding of all the electronics and options that went with the Cherokee. I purchased a car a little over 3 weeks ago from this dealership. This is a used 2016 Dodge Journey. It had 34,000 miles. I took out for a test drive and everything looked good except for the brakes. They seemed to be a bit sticky. I didn’t think it was any cause for concern. I did though bring it up to the salesman. He stated that the brakes were inspected and checked out. He said it was most likely sticky because of it sitting on their lot for so long. He said that the sticky could go away with driving it for some time. I decided to take his word for it and got the car.Here I am 3 weeks later now and put on around 2000 miles and the brakes still stick and stopping at highway speeds feels very unsafe. I took the car back to them after making an appt last week since they were all booked up. I walk in and they said it would cost $80 to inspect the brakes. Why should i be charged to have this looked at since I’ve only had the car for a little over 3 weeks? They then tell me the rotors are bad. Well wait a minute, the brakes were checked out when I was there test driving the car? So now I am on the hook for replacing rotors that “were checked” out earlier? One word, ridiculous!! The only thing they could do for me was not charge me for inspecting the brakes!!I don’t think I’ll be going back to this dealership again. I have purchased my last 3 cars from other dealerships who delivered and followed through with making sure my experience was a great one. This dealership, not so much!!

Good selection of vehicles, both new and used. The prices I felt are reasonable and we were attended to as soon as we walked in the door. I removed 1 star though because upon purchasing our new Jeep Cherokee we noticed the front wheels were low on air according to the vehicles info cluster. While we were doing paperwork I asked to have this addressed and we were ensured that it would be taken care of. Of course after we had left I noticed it wasnt addressed as the tires were still low. In my opinion they dropped the ball on that and I hope its not a sign of how the service is done. For now Ill chalk it up as a mistake and Ill give them another chance to correct this issue.
