Great store with friendly service.

This is a great place to inquire about your prescriptions and sunglasses. The staff are great and in particular David was very helpful.I came to the store to have the nose pads on my crosslink replaced which is still under warranty. I am from Canada and bought my frame in the US. Although the warranty states that it will be honored in Canada for some reason I am always given an excuse by Canadian Oakley dealers that they cant process it because I didnt buy it from them. So I ended up calling the Oakley store in Walden Galleria and spoke with David. He made the process so simple (the way it should have been done) and I cant believe why I didnt call them in the 1st place. These are the type of persons you want in your organization who will build good customer relationship. I left the store with a great impression and would definitely come back. By the way David good luck with your volunteer work (more power to you).
