Love Ritzy Rags. One of my goals while in Buffalo was to find some vintage and thrifted pieces and I could not have picked a better store! There were so many pieces that caught my eye from coats to dresses to jewelry! My heart was so full being there. And thats not all...I felt welcome. The staff made me feel welcome and thats very important to me. I had a short window to shop and I regret that bc there was so much more I could have got and shipped home! But alas Im very happy with my purchases and Ill be back! 10/10!!!!

This is a consignment shop that has tons of stuff at decent prices. Someone questioned me about a shop that accepts wedding gowns. I think this place would be great for that. Plus I really believe if they had a variety of wedding gowns it increase customer shows and profit. Nice store.

DON’T Consign your clothing here! It is a rip off. I was warned by a man in the parking lot after I dropped my items off and I made a mental note NOT to let it happen to me. My pick up date came, I called on the date I was instructed to, I was told they were going to extend my time. This happened a couple of times. I kept calling and they were ‘busy’. Finally I was told I had $92 coming and if I wanted any of my unsold items back I needed to tell them which ones. I told them I needed to know what was sold. How can I tell them what I want back if I didn’t know what was sold? I got a check in the mail for $92, but no list of what items were sold. How hard would it be to copy their list to substantiate how they came up with that $92? I went in to collect my unsold clothing, they were very rude to me and said my items (at least 25 name brand) had been donated. Somehow I’m not buying that...I’m telling EVERYONE I know to STAY AWAY!!!! That is no way to operate a business. From now on, my business goes to Second Chic; I hope yours does too.

Wow! Found the perfect dress, shoes and jewelry here at such reasonable prices!! The wonderful lady gave great help when asked for, too. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend a trip to this store!

LOVE THIS PLACE! Always stop in when Im in town from N.Carolina and I ALWAYS find something. I get the most compliments on every piece I buy whenever I wear them. From a gorgeous gold vintage dress I found for a 50s Rat Pack party to beautiful gloves, hats & coats. Look forward to another trip there with my mother-in-law for who knows what next!

Used to have beautiful one of a kind pieces. Now its just an ordinary second hand store. It even has an old mildew smell now. Disappointed
