Baking up fresh batches consistently, this place was a welcome stop at the mall. I love colors, and theyre easily my favorite dessert. This chain, as a direct result, is an easy thing for me to love.The employee was silent about bashing, stocking and helping customers. I got just the one cookie and are out as we finished our walk through the mall. It tasted fresh and good.Overall: AGrab a fresh cookie and enjoy!

Got a birthday cake from there yesterday, it was way over cooked! We get cakes from here all the time and they are usually nice and soft, this one not so much!

The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable, This places is very easy to find on the upper level of the mall. There is so many great treats to choose from, I think I actually liked everything I saw. There is lots of free parking outside the mall.

Phenomenal Customer service!!

I went today, there was a young black girl there she was super rude and tried to overcharge me, when I said something she got upset and refused to correct the transaction. Love the cookies there, but they need to get rid of her, this is the first negative experience I’ve had in all the years I’ve been going there!

The smells that emit from this place are to die for. The cookies are fantastic and I have never been disappointed.

Mrs. Fields is always a win-win to me!!!! They satisfy my sweet tooth like none other. My go to is the strawberry banana smoothy!! Ive been getting it for over 6 years!!!! And dont get me started with those cookies!!! OMGGGGG they melt in your mouth. I wish Mrs. Fields was my aunt or something. I would save a whole lot of money everytime I come to the mall!
