Colosseum crew has been great at both locations. I have shopped there multiple times for heavy gold bracelets, pendants and a high end certified pre owned watch. Each time and at each location, the staff was fantastic. MJ helped consult me on finding the right watch, and Abe (I think) even came in on his day off to help size it for me. Great customer service. If you want gold jewelry, go to Colosseum....the prices are so much better than the large chain retailers.

A stone fell out of my diamond ring within 2 weeks of recieving as an anniversary ring. My husband was asked if he had the stone when he said no they said they had to charge him for a new stone. I have not wore the ring yet afraid of losing another diamond talked to another jeweler who said the would have replaced the stone no charge.

I was looking for a ring for my wife and a watch for myself. I was satisfied and I got a great deal but most importantly my wife is really happy with her diamond ring.
They tried to scam me..introduce this program called snap to get jewelry on credit..told me it was $49.00...Processing fee..On bank card only..they both started talking Arabic then said it was 80.00..they wanted cash to keep from paying taxes..after I got back to Rochester I called Snap they said it was 39.00 processing fee..I informed Snap on what they had done...I called them they claim they gotta call snap first..like they didnt know the Rules.I called them back I guess u know I went back n they tried to give me 39.00..I said No 41.00...never will I go there sgain... the jewerly is overpriced...Arabic Scammers.

They have some really cool stuff, with really good deals all the time.Colosseum Location is kind of hidden down stair by Sears, and you know the Walden galleria mall is kind a big so it took me time to find it, but it was worth it, next time I will just park by sears.
I purchased four pairs of gold hoop earrings from here mid March. By the end of April, the clasp broke on the one of the earrings and they charged me $25 to fix it. I picked up my “repaired” earring on May 1st and today May 8th (exactly one week later), the same earring fell out my ear without my knowledge and got ran over! I brought it in and was told there is nothing they can do but buy it off of me for $5 even though I paid like $70 for it not including the clasp repair!
Amazing jewlery! I went through there Instagram page and saw that Lil Yatchy went there and got some merchandise. So I went there myself to see how good they really are, and I was really surprised on the deals they got. I bought a gold chain, watch, and some diamond earrings and the total balanced around $750, and to top it off they offered me a free pair of silver earrings. The employees were super cooperative and they were willing to bargain the price. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to get a deal on some merchandise.

Sold me a brand new watch had a small crack in the glass, same day came back to the store they wouldnt return it still had the tags on it they wanted to fix it. After they couldnt fix it I wanted the same one but new supposedly they didnt have anymore wouldnt give me my money back I had to spend more to get a new watch. Wouldnt recommend.
