My girlfriend and I visited Davis Electric XMAS eve and needed to select lighting for a new build. We were greeted by Debra and the store was only open for another 30 minutes. Debra was patient and extremely helpful in helping us select lighting for the whole house. We had a second meeting and she was able to get us very competitive pricing on our selections and even helped us with recommendations for areas we were struggling to find a good fixture. Would highly recommend David Electric over anyone else in town.

I only dealt with the parts and supplies employees in the back half of the store, but they were fantastic. They immediately knew exactly what I needed for the job I was trying to complete, and they showed me how it worked and fit into other parts. It was clear that the people who worked their knew their field very well and were able to explain it to others. I was in and out of the store in a very reasonable time period, and had an excellent experience.

Great service. The staff have always gone out of their way to get something for me. They have even looked things up and emailed me products I was interested in but did not know where to look ( I did not ask them to look into it. But they still went out of their way).

I was unable to find an obscure part at Davis. However, for the several times I have ventured there, the staff are quite helpful and knowledgeable. They actively engage in in trouble shooting your problem to match products that match your project - when there may be gaps in resolving. Non-stocked items can be special ordered with fast turn around.I had an unusual request 2 days ago at end-of-day. Bill took time to listen to my dilemma - instead of a dirty look saying were closed, and the type of product I needed. He did not have a product to solve my issue but did say he would ask more seasoned persons and get back to me. The very next day before 8 am. I had a return call with an answer. That is attentive service to customers you likely will not get at Big Box Electrical or otherwise.
