When the pandemic hit I decided to go all out and put a nice home gym together once and for all. After researching equipment I found that a local fitness retailer, G&G Fitness, carried all the top brands and even offered assembly, unlike buying equipment from random internet sites. I was put in contact with Mike A. who walked me through the process every step of the way. Mike offered very competitive deals from the start and even threw in some extras along the way. My equipment was then assembled by a team of G&G professionals who put gym equipment together for a living (you can tell the difference). I would definitely go through G&G again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase gym equipment! Its also nice to support a local business and get the real customer service experience!

I went into G&G looking to see what kinds of exercise bikes they had. Dan met me at the door and was pleasant from the moment I saw him. He answered all of my questions and had great knowledge of the product. He went on line for me to show me information I had asked to see and gave me great reasons why I should purchase from them when asked about them over a competitor. This is the third piece of exercise equipment we have purchased from this location and we are satisfied with all pieces of equipment. It is nice to come back to them. I spent more than I had anticipated but Dan made the purchase easier with offering information for me to think about. (Secretly I did wish that the shipping and assembly was included but again, gave me logical reasoning why it was not.) I would return again without hesitation. Thanks for the knowledge, honesty, and thorough question answering I received. G&G is the place to go for great stuff!!

Elliptical is great. Customer service was as poor as can be. I pretty much made the sale easy for them as I knew what I wanted. After paying for one of their high end elliptical machines it did work after installation. The installers crushed one of the main cords to the machine. Accidents happen, but I understand. It was the lack of communication by Asst. Manager who sold me the machine that bothered me the most. After almost 2 weeks of non-use after it was delivered, I finally had the part installed. Tech guy Kevin was great. Dan, however who sold me the machine was quick to do the salesman job when I came in initially, but never kept in contact with me during the process. Never even followed up after the situation to see how things were going. Not how I wouldve handled the situation.

This place is great. Workers were very helpful and they have a great selection. Definitely recommend.

Adam was great, I needed guidance on what type of elliptical I needed. I havent used it a lot yet but I can feel the quality in the machine. I was in rehab a couple of years ago and this feels as good as the professional equipment I used there. I purchased Precor treadmill at G & G years ago and happy with both purchases. I did have a little trouble getting the correct paper work, but I got it and all is good

We have an entire basement of equipment from G&G Fitness. A few years ago we were looking for an elliptical and my husband is much taller and heavier than I am so it was particularly hard to nail down what would work for both of us. We looked at every place around and finally came in to talk to Dan Bell who found the PERFECT elliptical that would fit both of us, which turned out to be an Octane Q47 elliptical. So when we recently finished off a new section of our basement to expand our workout area we went right back to him and G&G without even thinking about going somewhere else. The same as the first time we stopped in he found the perfect gym, the Inspire Fitness M3, and the perfect treadmill, the Life Fitness Platinum Club! I would recommend ANYONE who wants their needs really listened to to go into G&G and talk to Dan!

When I walked in, I looked like a deer in headlights. I know absolutely nothing about the workout machine industry. I had my questions and concerns about machines and pricing. Great products & Very Good Service. I work in the retail business and from start to finish my experience with G&G was on point. I was shopping home gyms and looked at all that WNY had to offer. Before I went to G&G, I went to a competitor (name not to be mentioned). This experience was very cold and unwelcoming, but I liked a unit there, so I grin and bared it. But just didnt have a good feeling so I left and went right to G&G. Cal Ribbeck, the sales person @ G&G was fantastic. Helpful, Educational, & Extremely personable. I am a very difficult person to please when it comes to sales, because I dont want someone to be too pushy and I want to get a fair deal. This is exactly what went down with Cal. I bought the unit. It was delivered, built and installed by a separate company. That price not included with the unit, but Cal was more than fair with me. If you are looking for something that they have to offer, give them a chance to earn your business. They earned mine.

Im a complete novice when it comes to workout equipment but am interested in starting out on something basic. I was a little worried that I would be oversold but Cal R. was great, I felt like he really listened to my concerns and advised me well.
