I have been calling for 2 months about fence repairs and have not gotten a call back. The answering service will take the message and no one will even bother to call back.Now Im stuck with a fence that no one will repair bc they didnt build it and no one will call back.Do not use them if they bother to do the fence they certainly will not bother to do any repairs.

Terrible communication. Rude sales. They dont return calls but have no problem calling to come pick up a check.When you hire a fence company, youd think that youll get someone who can help map out your fence, make recommendations, and be professional. You wont get any of that with Amherst fence.The only decent part was the installers who Amherst fence pays to do the work. They were professional, kind, and did nice work.***2020 update: hired premier fence to put in a wood fence and fix the issues we had with the layout from Amherst fence. They were AMAZING. We finally have the entrance to the pool area in the spot originally planned on where Amherst screwed it all up***

They installed two gates for us a couple of years ago and the locks are not working on either of them. I have left multiple messages with the answering service and someone at the company as well as the salesmans voice mail. No one has returned my call.This is horrible customer service. I would not recommend this company.

Terrible Customer Service!!! They let the answering service pick up and never return messages.
