Shopped local yesterday and wrapped up my entire list in one great stop. Everything Elmwood always has the coolest gifts and the very best wrapping ever. But yesterday, during the madness of the pandemic they also had the best, most helpful staff. Everyone had on masks and they enforced everyone using hand sanitzer as they entered the shop. I felt safe, I got great gifts and it was a very nice experience during a very stressful time. Thank you and congrats on your new comprehensive website!

Love their apparel. They also have some very cool giftwware and jewelry. I purchased a sweater a couple years ago and its still one of my favorites. Hasnt worn out, piled or looks old, love it!

Great collection of local artists 26th a friendly staff. Theyre taking covid seriously so please be patient if you have to wait. Its worth it!!

I was disappointed that the purse I bought 6 weeks ago came unstitched and the zipper pull broke off, too. I asked to have it replaced, but was told that they dont stand by their merchandise and that I would have to purchase a new one. Not a great way to treat a regular customer.

This is one of my favorite shops in Buffalo. It’s a must to stop in as they have something for everyone and they have everything. I am from Buffalo but lived in the south for a little while and they have products from Charleston, Sc. This store is great for gifts for yourself or for friends and family. Stop in and you’ll definitely appreciate the warm friendly welcome from the owner and employees of this swanky shop.

Went to return a Chrismas gift which was after their 30 day policy but I had lost the receipt and had to wait for my 89 year old Aunt to come back from Floridia to get her credit card receipt. She bought the gift on 12/6 but gave it to me after Christmas. And being January, they would have still been able to resell it, no problem. When I went on 1/28 to see if I could return they smiled sweetly at me and said they couldnt do that. They are a small business and they have to stick to their return policies. While I get that, I would have purchased at least the total of the gift ($45) and probably more than that on a Wednesday in January. Their loss

One of my favorite stores in the Elmwood Village...I remember the first tiny store located at Elmwood and Forest Ave. I purchased a beautiful wine colored silk skirt and blouse there for a New Years Eve party.. Absolutely love this unique store!

Cute shop with unique items. But the girls at the counter were not very nice at all. We felt like we were a bother just being in the store. The one girl was complaining the entire time about her personal life in front of customers and the other girl who cashed me out had a really bad attitude. No have a nice day or anything at all just a yup when I said thank you. Probably will not return to this location.

A lot of extraordinary stuff and very friendly atmosphere

This was an interesting shop in a lot of ways and I came away from it with very mixed feelings. In terms of decor, the attention to detail in this place was kind of crazy. Every metal piece, every shelf, felt custom.In terms of the overall store, I wasnt the biggest fan of it. There were so many things, crammed in such a small space, the shop felt like I was stuck in the most expensive episode of hoarders ever. The whole place was a little overwhelming and a lot expensive.I dont know that well be back.
