Great experience at Lia. Was able to come to a deal on a preowned civic at this dealership after a rough experience at a different dealer in the area. Was super easy and quick and I left feeling like I got a great deal. Will was a great salesman to deal with and made the whole process fun and easy. Also had a little airbag sensor issue a few weeks after my purchase and was able to bring it in and get it taken care of very quickly. Would definitely recommend Lia to anyone looking to buy a Honda!

I had a great experience not only because my cousin Will was a salesman here, but because everyone there was fast and efficient. I needed a car quick. I was able to talk to Will and give him my info and next day I was In my new vehicle! And they got me a great apr that I never gotten before!!! Will Newton and his team are great people that care for the people they sell for. Finance lease whatever you need help with they are right there for you. They get you the car suv etc of your likening not what they want to sell you but what the customer wants!!!! I highly recommend Lia Honda of Williamsville to any body ! I had a great experience with Lia Honda. My salesperson Eddie Castillo welcomed me with open arms and nice, warm greeting after I had made an appointment on a Thursday afternoon. I remember that day it was raining hard, he went out to the lot, and drove the car that I was interested to the front door with umbrella in hand. I ended up buying the car on that rainy day without much pushing or hassling. Eddie put my mind at ease during the transaction, took great care of me. As I left the dealership that day, the sun began to shine. More importantly, a few days later. Eddie delivered the car to my house on a beautiful, sunny afternoon. I am glad I bailed from Mercedes-Benz of Buffalo. I used to go there for my service with my old car. Long story short horrible customer service they never fixed the problems with the car that shouldnt be there on a new car anyway. And then treated me like I was inconveniencing them when I bring it in.Recently purchased a Civic Type R and brought it in to Lia Honda for the first service. Brianna Harris was my service representative and was very helpful and polite. She treated me like a person rather than a burden. She gladly helped me with a problem I was having, and set up a follow up appointment. Very clearly explain to me the situation without talking down to me. And I look forward to coming back.

We have been to quite a few Honda dealerships in the area already. We hadnt gone to Lia Honda yet as it was kind of far from us. Am I ever glad we did though. Otis was amazing to work with. He told us and showed us things on the CR-V that we did not know about and other dealerships failed to do this. He was so kind and patient with us and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed or brushed aside like we did elsewhere. This was my 1st experience with Lia Honda and Im sure it wont be my last!

Warning if you are coming from Cattaraugus County to purchase at Lia. My wife and I purchased a new 2021 HONDA Odyssey in February of this year - the van had a passenger side door issue. Though Lia wasnt to blame for the malfunction, I was told I was out of loaner range so I would NOT be provided a loaner while my new Odyssey w/ 900 miles was diagnosed and repaired. Rather, Jamestown Honda (even though they didnt get the sale) has taken really great care of my wife and I - providing a loaner while the back-ordered part was to be delivered.Lia was good with regards to the sale, but it was the after sale service that was very poor for a customer such as ourselves out of loaner range. For this reason, we will not be back for our next Honda purchase.

Just took my daughter to Lia Honda to buy her first car (used) and thank to our sales rep. Jacquie Andrusz our experience was AMAZING!! I LOVED her professionalism and knowledge about all the paperwork we went over. She gave extra time and attention to my daughter to educate her on what to know about owning a car from the maintenance to not missing a payment to keep her credit score in good standing. She was sooo good with my 18 year old that she kept her attention longer than I could have! As a Mom she said all the things that I would have told her! I have bought many many cars over the years and have always dreaded the back & forth games the sales rep. play! First, let me begin by noting that I did not buy a vehicle here. I just wanted to point out what a nice experience I had at this dealership. My sales advisor Andrew was very friendly and accommodating. After my test drive, we sat down and he listened to all my concerns. I had to take a pass on the vehicle, but Andy sent out his sales manager to discuss further. He was quite pleasant as well. We understood each other, and it was nice being able to have a calm, adult conversation at a car dealer. Im keeping my eye on Lias inventory. I would not hesitate in the least to return here. Took hours just to negotiate and they weren’t very nice… My son alone went to Lia and within an hour had a deal signed. Fast efficient and well run sales from this transaction. Communication from salesman was poor. There was more interest in closing the deal than communicating details of financing. They wrote the deal with a higher price than agreed upon to “hide negative equity.” Was told the payment would be $547 and when I got there it was over $600. When asked about a remote starter the salesman kept saying ask finance, rather than telling me himself it couldn’t be done. I should have walked out on the deal, but didn’t. Shady practices with poor communication. Think twice and be careful. Also, only one key was provided at delivery as the other was lost at the dealership, but this should have been disclosed before signing. 2nd key was not received until 8/27, which was unacceptable.

It was a minor problem but hard to find someone that would help me out without overcharging me. He was very helpful and reasonable.I did not purchase my vehicle from Lia Honda. Just got my second car with Lia Honda and couldn’t be happier! After saying goodbye to the ‘09 Honda Civic I got in 2013, I upgraded to a CRV with lower mileage that was a prettier color, higher up off the ground and hopefully better in the snow. Eddy Castillo, my salesperson, was personable, professional, courteous and low-pressure. He made the entire experience stress free and enjoyable. After a visit last night and another trip to pick up my vehicle, I was on my way. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Lia of Williamsville has been wonderful. I had a lot of great memories and road trips with my Civic and I’m looking forward to creating some new family memories with my CRV. I’m a Honda customer for life, and there’s a pretty good chance I’ll stop in to see them when I’m ready for another upgrade! Thanks for everything Eddy and Lia Honda!

I have had repeated problems with this service department. My most recent episode started with a recall for my drive shaft. After picking up the car on Wednesday night, following the repair, I was told one of lug nuts were cross threaded and recommend I replace the entire plate, which would cost about $100.00. The next day, I noticed that the transmission was suddenly acting up.After having my dad look over the car, today (Saturday), we discovered that the transmission fluid had been entirely drained from my car, and the receipt in our possession indicated that the transmission fluid was in fact changed on Wednesday.We immediately went to Lia to ask them to rectify their mistake. And was told that they had no record of doing anything to the transmission fluid on Wednesday. (Unfortunately, we had left the paper receipt at home).We then went to Walmart emptied an entire gallon of transmission fluid into the car and returned home. Transmission runs much better now.As for the alleged cross thread, we were missing a nut from the tire in question and my dad screwed in a spare lug nut he had lying without incident.The sale experience I had 6 years ago was good, but between this episode and two episodes from several years ago pertaining to my extended warranty (and my inability to use it on any non regular maintenance) my experience with the service department has been cartoonishly awful.UPDATE: After discovering a leak pertaining to the recall I needed to fill up the transmission again. I took the car into Lia a second time and this time it went a lot smoother AND Lia didnt charge me to fix the problem.

I emailed the service manager Friday evening and have not heard back. Not surprised!I would suggest taking your vehicle anywhere else but here for service and I would advise against purchasing a vehicle from here.Service advisors are poorly trained, or worse, they are encouraged to find problems with your vehicle outside of the initial concern you brought it in for. They try and take advantage of elderly women by suggesting unnecessary repairs such as tires on a 3 year old vehicle with less than 20K miles only used to drive to work within WNY. Service advisors customer service skills are poor.Take your car to Ray Laks Honda in Orchard Park or even West Herr Acura right down the street.

I had no intentions of purchasing a Honda as I promised Kia the K5 was for me. However, Sean Woods was able to sway me to join the Honda family. They were really helpful. We had a decent experience. Our sales representative was not the best made things more confusing especially when it came to us getting a loan with a private bank. we love are card even though it was a bit of a hassle in certain areas to get everything straightened out. In terms of covid situation things are not the cleanest. Primarily just with sanitization and cross contamination. For example using the same pain that youre sales representative is using doesnt feel all that safe. Little things like that just seem to not be cared for saw quite a few people walking around with masks below their nose as well. That said overall we had a good experience here buying a used car.

Literally the most uncooperative car dealership I’ve ever experienced. Just because I wasn’t 100% sure if I wanted to buy another car or just sell mine because I’m financially not in the best spot, they said because I won’t buy a car from them they won’t even look at my car for me to tell me what it’s worth. And the guy I talked to was one of the rudest people I’ve ever came across, he literally laughed at me when I said I need an appraisal to contemplate selling my car because I can’t afford it. When I was open to possibly getting a car that was more affordable but they didn’t care to ask as soon as I said I just wanted to sell my car he was so rude and insensitive.

We leased my son bretts car in 2018 turning in a Chevy lease they were to pay off. To find out 2 years later on his credit GM is still owed 836.00 affecting now his mortgage underwriting! Normally going through the process of buying a car can be frustrating and overall exhausting, this went the complete opposite. My grandfather (Friedmut) and I had gone together to get a vehicle and had Kelsey Fanning as of our salesperson, needless to say we were genuinely impressed. Kelsey kept a high level of professionalism while at the same time just making us feel not only comfortable in the situation but relieved. First, I would like to say that Matt Veshia did a wonderful job helping me. I would give him 5 stars. However, I brought my car in for some recalls and told them I had concerns about my TPMS light. They told me it would cost me $67 to check out the sensors which I agreed to. When I picked it up, it cost me $150 for the whole thing - re calibration included (they said nothing was wrong with my sensors). On my drive home the light came on again so I asked them for a refund, which they said they could only issue if I brought the car in again. When I got in they told me they could not refund me and kept me waiting to speak with someone for over two hours. On top of that, the blonde lady at one of the service desks was loudly discussing her political views - unnecessary and unprofessional. With the help of Matt, I was finally awarded half of my money. Needless to say, I will not be back at Lia Honda. Still love Matt, though.

Brian was very thorough and efficient. Service manager Lourie Bruner and the rest of the staff was very nice. I arrived at the time the dept opened, and was greeted immediately. The shuttle driver took me home, and was supposed to pick me up at 12:30pm to bring me back to the dealership, and then the shuttle driver actually showed up a few minutes early. So, everything was done on time, and I didnt miss doing any work from home.

Lia Honda is a consistently excellent dealership. Very pleasant and polite staff. Nice waiting area. Excellent work quality. I look for indicators of quality at when I get my Honda serviced. My Odyssey can display my tire pressure on the dash board. After servicing at Lia all 4 tires have the exact same, correct tire pressure. Other Honda dealerships I have been to assume you can’t check your tire pressure and it’s often very different in every tire when I get my car back.

Vehicles like these have become parity products in terms of capability, quality, durability, at least compared to ye olden days. The Equinox lost consideration not because of the product, but due to consistently AWFUL experiences at all the local Chevrolet dealers, from rude and obnoxious at West-Herr down the street, to incompetent service at Keller, and the highway robber service department at Paddock that tries to upsell completely unnecessary work. I wouldnt be surprised if they asked me if I wanted fresh air put into the tires fro $39.99.But although I havent bought or leased a new Honda at Lia, I was thoroughly impressed with the consummate professionalism of Otis Paris. Mr. Paris was a very easy-going, pleasant, respectable, sales consultant, and is excellent at what he does because he knows and likes cars. Im not sure if I am going with that type of vehicle now as my needs have changed, but yes, the experience Lia Honda demonstrates why many people have left the domestic vehicle fold due to predatory management / sales practices and have been happy with the vehicles and service experience of various import brands.

Everyone here is so short with me and cuts me off not letting me ask the questions I want to about my warranty with my car, also messed up my deal when I bought my car from there. Despite the warranty I dont think Ill be going here for service unless I absolutely have to. Its always a chore dealing with the employees. Only person that was nice to me consistently was the front desk lady. Someone needs to give her a raise.

I just bought my third Honda Pilot from Lia Honda! Its my fifth purchase from Lia because I had two CRVs before the Pilots! I keep coming back to Lia because Lia has excellent salespeople like Antoun Ibrahim and his assistant Renee. They take their time with you and make sure youre completely satisfied. They answer every question and concern as if theyre helping a family member buy a car. Lia also offers great, clean, and professional service in their service department. Bought a van a week and a half ago. Remote from DVR is missing so it cant be used even though we were told we would be given it when we picked up the car. Side door and rear automatic doors dont work. Dent on side that was supposed to be fixed.Called several times and we keep getting told we will call you back. Would not recommend.

I was disappointed over Lia’s Covid safety procedures today. I went to Lia Honda to have my car serviced and had to deal with a cashier who did not wear a mask. She was sitting behind a plexiglass shield, but there was a opening to pass paperwork. Oh yes, the shield had a sign imploring you to wear a mask. Bad form Lia. I’ll go elsewhere to get my car serviced.

Great experience. Jamie Janda was very knowledgeable. I am looking for a good commuter vehicle and I have my eye on the Civic Hatchback Sport with specific upgrades.
