Friendliest people Ive ever met. We were headed back to Michigan after our fishing trip. The ladies saved me money on my order by selling me a half block + cutting fee vs the cost of two quarter blocks. Reasonably priced, well keep stopping!

Went to refill a 10 lb Liquid Carbon Dioxide tank. Was told it would be a week or so. After several calls two weeks later, was told it was not yet ready. After I told them I would pick it up and have it filled elsewhere, was told I cant, because the tank was in a locked area and the guy with the key was not available! They called half hour later to say that the tank was filled and ready for pickup! The story continues.......When I got the tank home, I weighed it, and it weighed the same as an empty tank! Sure enough, it had no liquid CO2 in it, only gas.When I called to ask about it, they said that was the way they filled all of them. Never again!

The staff was friendly and the store had the dry ice I was looking for. While I was there I also bought some dry ice safe cups which have a chamber that keeps the dry ice immersed but does not allow it to be swallowed.

Learning experience, clean and always moving time fly by.

I needed dry ice for my sons birthday party and the girls at Irish Carbonics were so helpful. They asked questions about what I was using it for and when, to make sure I was getting the right amount and that it would last me long enough. They gave me fantastic tips about storing it until I needed it, and with their help I had more than enough by the time I needed it. His volcano cake was a total success!

Only place to get dry ice in Buffalo. Nice folks who are happy to help. Dry ice comes in quarter, half and 1 inch slices. Quarter is good for 2 days, 1 inch for a week.

Poor customer service. Not helpful what so ever.We are attempting to get lpg delivered to our home. We contacted Irish Carbonic for this and were told we would need a 100lb+ tank for them to do it. Fine. I purchased one and got it all set up and contacted them again to schedule delivery.Next we were asked about the valve the tank had and were told they would not do it because the tank did not have an additional hook up for them to fill it. Ok, I did some digging and decided to call to be sure the valve I was going to buy would work.We were then told that they were not accepting new customers until spring and that that decision was made three weeks prior. All of my contact with the company occured after they apparently decided to not accept new customers.Thank glob I decided to call again before spending another hundred on a different valve for nothing.They were a complete waste of my time and money because they didnt have the foresight to inform us of the specific equipment they required.
