Mineo & Sapio sausage is the backbone of my Italian family’s Christmas. It’s what I was raised on and delicious.They have fresh, frozen and some pre-cooked, in pork or chicken, with a lot of varieties on hand. Plus stuffed hot peppers, meatballs and patties, links and ground sausage, plus imported Romano cheese. I opted for 2# of meatballs and the dandelion chicken sausage. Yum! They take cards.

Always amazing but I swear you plump the royals with cheese for the fair more than the royals at your store! I’m not complaining it’s amazing but would like some fair style cheese plumpness when we cook them at home!

Always enjoyed Italian sausage on my subs from mikes sub but went in and got some andouille sausage and some sausage with cappicola and provolone in it. Tasty too. Thanks for the safety steps you took in your store. Keeping me safe. Thank you and keep making great food.!!

Buffalos best sausage maker. Well-worth a stop in for any of their sausages or meatballs. Every time we stop in here and walk out with bags of food it feels like we stole something. Fantastic!

Mineo and Sapio is a Buffalo treasure! The sausage is fresh that day and they do special orders. They have bulk Italian food spices and a variety of frozen specialties. The Italian Sausage is some of the best sausage I have ever eaten and I come from the Utica area that has a strong Italian influence and grew up with terrific Italian Specialties which this store provides. Parking is usually open on the side or in front of the store and its a quick in and out if you know what you are buying. Its worth a trip to the factory to get your sausage fresh that day!
