BIG shout out to Kenmore Renting Co Inc. I took my chainsaw to get fix and not only did they fix my chainsaw they also taught me how to service it if the chain falls off again. Thank you and I will be back to have my lawn mowers serviced.

I rented a lawn mower from from this business, it quit on me when I was mowing the lawn so I returned it and he gladly gave me another one, he was very nice about it and excellent customer service

This is the place to go if you have a small engine repair need. Hands down the best experience that Ive had on multiple occasions. Took my chainsaw to a bigger name outdoor power equipment sales/service shop in North Buffalo and was told that it would be $100-$200 dollars to repair. Brought it to Kenmore Renting for a second opinion and Andrew fixed it for $30. Called today about my string trimmer. Was told that it would be 4 weeks before he could even look at it. When I stopped in and described the problem, Andrew immediately looked at it and fixed it on the spot! Charged me $5. Cant beat that kind of service.

I went to the big box store down the street and asked about a mower part and they had no clue what I was talking about and guided me to a very limited selection of parts which I didnt need.I was frustrated and realized that I pass Kenmore Renting Co. everyday and I should stop in since I rented a post hole digger from them before and remembered that they also said they could get parts for various motors.Walking in I was greeted by the owner and was very pleased that they knew exactly what I needed and had to order the part from the manufacturer. It came in faster than I expected because they said 4 days and it came in 2.Thanks! My mower works great! You are my first stop next time I need any parts or service on my motors!
