Never had an issue at the store. Always had a good customer service and recommendations. As for the MetroPCS customer service call in. They get it right maybe 20%. The missing stats go to 888 metro customer service.
Michael was very polite and very helpful to us when we needed to add another line on our account. He explained everything very thoroughly and provided excellent customer service.

January 28th 2020 10:30 am. walked in and the sales lady had her boyfriend cuddling with her, FIRST of all very unprofessional and she could not answer my questions not knowledgeable enough to be working at a metro PCS but going back to her BOYFRIEND he should NOT be in the lobby and Mad doging people, Corporate of MetroPCS should and will look into this investigated its all in camera I dont suggest anybody going here until this is addressed thank you, NOT SATISFIED !!!
Did not need them . Was with friends. But Im glad bcuz MetroPC is to cheap for the girl to have an assistant. We were over an hour. My friends were satisfied.

Cody was very helpful in porting over several lines. The phones werent in stock the first I got there, but they made sure they were there the next day. He wasnt pushy in buying the extras.

BEWARE when you buy a new phone and they tell you a total. Itemize it and you will see they will try to add a overpriced phone case charge in it without full disclosure and they just tell you at the end of purchase choose out a phone case, its a special. I cant believe I said Thanks. Im sure its the owners telling these workers to do it or they cant work there. I seen this in 2 different states at MetroPCS store 1 in Bullhead AZ and 1 in California

I Switched from a national carrier, so far the service has been great. The store has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff.
Had to check why I lost messenger on my cell phone. Cody helped me and resolved the problem immediately. He was very helpful!
Paid $30 for a screen protector. Fell off & cracked that day. He wouldnt warranty HIS faulty installation, but only charged $16 for the second one. That one fell off that night & DID NOT CRACK. STILL NO WARRANTY! I ordered a 3 pack of the exact same glass, & am still using the 1st one. Go figure. Talk about incompetence. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. TMOBIL IS A BETTER PARENT COMPANY.

This store tried to up sell my friend and overcharge her for new service. The sales man Kyle tried to steal over 60 dollars in overcharging her and threw my wife and I out of the store when we asked him to list the charges. BEWARE they efforts wére scandalous and wrong and he will rip you off given the opertuniry.

The closest MetroPCS to me is 45 mins away. I took the drive on a Sunday ( my only day off) to find out they are closed on Sundays. At the time MetroPCS website was not allowing customers to purchase phones online because they were switching to Metro by Verizon. When I finally did make it to the store having to take a half day off work to get there before they closed I met with the district manager of the Kingman and Laughlin store. When I tried to purchase a new phone he tells me the only have two phones in stock in the store. A cheap little flip phone and another cheesy $39 phone. I asked if I could purchase an LG Stylo for and have it shipped to me to my home address. The manager said no that phone is three weeks out and I already have 3 people lined up to get it. I had no choice but to walk out empty-handed and had to purchase my LG Stylo for on eBay through a private seller for $239. MetroPCS is now offering the same phone for $79 but is still unavailable to get in the Laughlin Kingman area.
So getting service on these phone in the BHC and fort mohave area is a huge joke. This store itself Im not impressed with almost all their phones were out of stock.

Cant recommend this place. We drove 100 miles to buy a phone there. Except for some unknown brands they had no phones in stock. The employee was not knowledgable at all.

Over all the worst..spent a whole day trying to fix a issue with my phone.got the run around.sent to the store and the 5 useless clueless braintrust wonders stood looking at each other.pretending they had a clue between them.at the end of the day.call corporate and had service dis connected and a total refund on there useless phone and service.
If you need to make a phone call or you need to text someone or just get on the internet and browse go somewhere else
