This place was beautiful. Neatly stocked. Nicely cleaned. Not too many people. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Great electronics deal! I found a two-set headset for $8 for my daughter! We were stoked. Made my first visit to this city a little easier.

The staff is always friendly. Mostly unknown grocery department, excellent spices, unusual brands always fun to try something new.

Ok love their selection of items and their employees are very friendly but they wont get a 5 star rating from me due to store up keep. I feel you should be proud of the establishment you run enough to care for the store a bit better. I mean what I say. I was so happy seeing all the new holiday stuff roll in and took some pics for family to see. Below you can see their needs to be some maintenance done. I would of had that top priority for my customers not to see that.

Horrible management. Bought a mattress over memorial weekend, Promotion was that all furniture and mattresses were 20%. Once we got home noticed they only took off 10%. Went back 4 times to speak to a manager. The employees constantly said the manager isn’t there, he’ll be in tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow. Well got tired of tomorrow. Found out the manager just didn’t want to come out. Wonder how many other customers got scammed over the discount

They have a beautiful selection of stuff, a little to pricey for the quality, we purchased a dresser from here got it home and it fell apart, they do not offer returns at all. I personally dont suggest buying their furniture....

I had to work hard with the cashier getting the sales prices on items I Went intheir to purchase... Even took pictures of the product on the shelves in the pricing and she still did not want to give me the correct Prices... Next time I go in there Ill take pictures keep my receipt and I will turn them into the Attorney General... Stores have no right advertising one price and then charging you a different price and then denying you the price that you show them, this is what it was supposed to be...

They have a great sales associate named Joy,, that explained their rewards program thoroughly which I agreed to sign up for. Store looked nice, neat and organized. Will definitely start shopping there a little more.

Ordered a furniture item and they said estimated pick up date of 6 to 8 weeks. I checked to see if it was in a few times before arrival date but it never arrived. At least they refunded my money!

This is the best place to go for something unusual...great gift section ..lots of food items ..and kitchen stuff ..not to mention a wide assortment of small appliances..and in the he back of the store is the furniture section they even have beds ...its a must see store!

I love this store. A lot of variety and the merchandise changes frequently so there is always something new. Prices are great and the staff are always friendly. It needs a little love (bathrooms are shabby and old) but still a great store.

Big Lots is an amazing store. You can check their website to see what they have in stock.Their personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful about their products, too.So far in the past three years we have purchased two Certa mattresses and a beautiful TV stand. The mattresses were far less expensive at Big Lots. The TV stand is just totally outrageous. We knew what we what we wanted. Big Lots had it!

Big selections, actually an amazing place to find furniture

If you just moved into an apartment or house and you were starting to furnish your home from scratch, Big Lots is almost a one-stop shop. They have furniture for every room, cookware, silverware, dishes, decor, small electronics, tools, food, etc. I havent seen any televisions there, thats why I wrote almost a one-stop shop. They will try to sell you on a 3-year warranty for furniture. FYI, their furniture already has a one-year warranty

This is a great store! The staff asked us several times if we needed help and they were very, very nice. I have to say that I havent been in a store where the staff was so friendly in years.

I am not a fan of this place. They used to have very reasonable prices but for the last few years I have noticed they over charge for many items. The stuff isnt really worth it in my opinion. The employees at the different stores are minimally helpful but by raising the prices they should have raised the standard for customer service.

Not able to get the furniture I wanted and couldnt order it and couldnt sell the floor model to me. They probably would not get that model in again. What kind of business is that? If they are not getting anymore in why couldnt I get the floor model? Too late now but was just wondering.
