Purchased earlier in the day a TV via the BEST BUY website for same day pick up. Waited 4 hours and no update. Called the location but got sent to a third party calling service, decided to personally go to the place. Completely closed, my purchase nowhere to be found. I bought it early enough to get it by today. Horrendous service...
I got exactly what I went for and was in and out within 10 minutes. The cashier was great. Ot was a great visit.

Thank goodness for this place!!I had to replace my dryer unexpectedly and had a very limited budget. Would give zero stars if possible, purchased over $3,000 in products that they described as damaged and was unable to deliver to me. I’m currently trying to get my refund for over 2 weeks now but they keep saying they are unable to because the items are in “transit”. They have been giving me the run around about my money and I have not be able to purchase my items from another location because they will not release my money. Would not recommend to anyone.
Car radio wouldnt turn on this morning. Took it to Best Buy in Burbank. Turned out to be a reset malfunction. Tech explained what happened, and how I can fix it myself in the future.
Husband was looking for a camera, I was eyeing a television, friendly atmosphere helpful associates.
Sales person was able to help me with our purchase.
Just your typical best buy, they got most relevant tech items you might need, parking is massive, oh and they have an appliance building next door. As of right now you can’t find a PS5…still.

No one came to ask if I needed assistance in the TV Dept., and when I made my selection I had to carry the box by myself -- to the cashier AND to my car! NO ONE even offered to help! Prices on TVs were good though. And BTW, I am a senior!!!
Be careful dealing with Geek Squad. They do a lot of fast talking and honestly, I feel a yearly charge coming. I honestly dont really know what I paid for and they kept canceling my service. I wanted to have a subwoofer and radio installed. I also had an automatic started that they talked me into returning.Long story short I had to wait and additional 2 months to have my stuff installed. They talk you out of what you bring to them and they really dont have the items you want vs what they want to sell you. Youre basically at their mercy because due to the pandemic you cant go anywhere else.Did not have a good experience at all at Best Buy. Stay safe America...

In the market for a refrigerator went to another big box store, found an item, purchased it. When my item was delivered, removed the tape within a few days I started to notice discrepancy, i. e.: dents, shoddy patch work and areas of rust. Theyd attempted to unload on me a refurbished item for regular selling price. Conferring with them on them phone, after a while I was fed up. With no consideration, I asked them to pick-up their item. I ended up having to pay for service charges. and a restocking fee. Paid it a moved on. Walk into a Best Buy store only took a moment, and found a refrigerator: good price capacity, and color. Anticipated delivery when it came, I was pleased, unwrapped it. I found something wrong. I called the service center, totally a whole different approach. To rectify my situation. I was pleased. And, will in the future recommend that they go to Best Buy first. Thanks for putting me first!!!It would have saved me just under two hundred dollars.
Went to swap out my new laptop for a better laptop, geek squad could have sold me something that would cost me more, but instead they told me the laptop I had was the best for graphic design and I would be spending more money for nothing. Honest, Friendly, and Caring. Thats the staff at BestBuy
Ordered online, said it would be available for pick-up that day. Drove 45min to outlet and waited for the notification that it was ready and it never came, went to the door and informed employees and showed them email that it would be ready that day. They told me they were closing for the day and couldnt help even though I had conformation payment and pick-up today status. I offered to wait but still no help so I canceled my order... Wont ever try that place again
Its a regular best buy with but more appliances and a few more open boxes. Not an outlet, not worth the drive.

I’ve been shopping at the outlet store for 5 years now. I purchase appliances for rental apartments. I have also introduced best buy outlet to many of my colleagues. Needless to say we buy a lot from the outlet store. The appliances we’re after are ones that have major damage. This is because its a win win for Best buy and ourselves. We buy the items that most consumers dont want (even from an outlet store) we by the appliances with major dents to the sides and scratches on the fronts in exchange for a discount. These appliances clearly are the last to move from the outlet and are priced almost as much as the same model in mint condition. Here is my issue, I walked in the store Wednesday and found a stove I wanted to purchase. It was an LG with MAJOR dents to the side and top. I asked if there was anything better they can do on price because of the damage. I was told no. I asked for a manager, and a young lady with black hair and glasses was sent, who told me she was the manager. I explained the damage on the appliances and was told that appliance was discounted and that no more money could come off the price. Then she said IF YOU TAKE IT TODAY I WILL GIVE YOU $50 off the price...wait, what! I thought it was discounted to the max? I ended up leaving and purchasing an open box through home depot that evening. Two days later I needed to pick up another stove for a second unit of ours. I decided to give the best buy outlet another shot, even after the embarrassing and humiliating experience on Wednesday. As I walked in and I can sense the floor associates lack of service, for 20-30 min no one asked if I needed anything. Finally a young lady ask if I needed help. There was a stove I was interested in purchasing, so I asked her if there was any additional credits to provide as the stove had disgusting food all over it and was full of grease, the ignitors were caked with food and grease as well. She said a manager can help, I asked for a manager and was told that the lady I worked with on Wednesday was a manager, along with two other store associates who had been standing in the front. In the past I’ve dealt with Eric, and Jason who were store managers. So I decided to speak to the manager, ironically the young lady who claimed she was a manager on Wednesday was still on the floor, but this time was sent a young man who I know isnt the manager because he currently lacks the ability to make decisions. I explained the nasty unsanitary stove I want to buy (probably shouldn’t have even been on the floor with food on it) He told me they don’t discount for food stains, only for scratches and dents. So I pointed to a large scratch on the side of the stove that had been marked as in excellent condition. He told me that we only credit for major scratches, this scratch was about two inches long and made the black part of the stove expose the metal underneath. So I left the store embarrassed and aggravated again for loosing time with these liars. I decided I was going to return and not leave because I wasn’t convinced that they were managers. So when I walked back in the store, the pretend manager from Wednesday was there, so I asked for her name. With a stern and unfriendly way she told me I’m not giving you my name. I asked again and was told NO you will not get my name. I told her you said you were a manger two days ago when I was here trying to by another stove, she replied “yeah for the LG stove I remember” at which point I told her yes thats correct, but she still refused to give me her name. The other two associates were just standing there and one was making rude sideline comments as I was talking to the pretend manager. I asked for the name of store manager and was told his name was Rikki. Rikki was very argumentative and belittling, so I left. I will never come back and I will tell everyone this experience. Rikki is a young man who needs training in business management and customer experience. BTW Rikki only answers to corporate according to him...

Online Order- In Store pickup? Do not select this location. This location is only during curb side pick up and the line for customers to pick up is wrapped around all the way into the back of the building where the tucks load up. Even if your already in the store they will make you go back out to your car and wait in the car line. Your better off shipping.
Prices are ok according to the condition of the appliances. However, the customer service they have is terrible. The staff should get training on how to treat and approach customers. Specially the manager, she lacks any interest in treating customers kindly. She should show more interest in helping customers get what they are looking for. The lady manager working the morning shift of Dec. 26 2020 seemed like she didn’t care if she made a sale or not.I would not have bought anything if it wasn’t an emergency, I needed a washer immediately. I can already tell this location is loosing on sales because of the arrogance of management.

Terrible, purchased two items, told by agent that both items were ready for pick up, upon picking up they said only one item was ready for pick up and that I would have to make another trip to store to pick up second item. The store manager told me I was given the wrong information from online customer service and they dont know what store is doing even tho they promote curb side pick up the bottom line by the manger was too bad. I canceled the whole sale and might just start doing all my business at amazon if best buy customers are not treated better.
In and out. They were busy and productive . Vehicles were lined up getting their orders brought out. They cleaned the counter and card reader thoroughly after every customer. Hats off to the staff
Horrible customer service. Do they work on commission? Tried to up sell me the most expensive version of a product. What I needed was something basic. Long wait for assistance. And not very customer friendly. He was like, here buy this one so I can move on. They need more competition, another big electronics competitor. Will definitely try to avoid them in the future.

Went to look for a fridge and stove theyre pretty much marked about $100 or $200 less then the actual price but they are missing handles knobs shelves theyve got scratches dents most of the things missing will cost you more then what you have saved I would definitely recommend buying new instead. The only thing I would probably recommend are the washers and dryers because none of your guests will probably see those and you wouldnt have to worry about scratches and dents
I was shopping around for the nintendo switch, and I hate to say it I had first gone to Walmart, they were out of stock,then to target out of stock also, seen the target down the street and was like ok they might have it and if they do it will be way more, not true at all 299.99 cents bought it and my daughter loves it.

This is the 4th time, not 2nd, that we have scheduled an appointment (by appointment only) and we came here to see that the place is closed.By appointment! you have our email and asked us to call and let you know when WE change something.10 sets of clients by appointment, every 30 minutes over 8 hours for the whole weekend. 480 sets of clients that will keep coming here, driving even 50 minutes(us), to see that the store is closed.Im assuming that closing a store is not a 2 minutes decision. Even printing the note temporarily closed takes longer. For a tech store it should not be a problem to set an automated email appointment cancled so we wont take a day off and drive 50 minutes each way for an appointment we scheduled 2 weeks in advanced.4th time!!!! Doesnt matter what it is, there is no good enough excuse!

I visited today to see if my computer was compatible with the rtx 3070 graphics card and was very pleased when I found out it was. Edward was very helpful and answered all my questions with full confidence. Once again a great experience and I hope to have GeekSquad install it for me in the near future.

Let me start off that I have been a customer of BestBuy for years, but this time I am an incredibly disappointed customer. On December 03, 2020 I went to the BestBuy outlet to buy a washer. I did purchase a Samsung washer on site, a floor model. I had paid in full including 3 year warranty, delivery and appliance removal too. The delivery date was set on December 11, 2020. I received an email on December 10, 2020 telling me that my order was not going to be delivered due to that it was on back order. I called because I didn’t understand the back order if I had purchased it from the outlet. They told me that my washer wasn’t delivered to the warehouse and I was going to have to wait. I was upset, I asked to speak to a manager and that was no help at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor (Kenneth) he had me on hold for over 47 minutes, so I hung up. I called back on December 11, 2020 to see if anyone would be able to help me and of course not. I told them once I’m back in town I would go to cancel my order and get my money back. Today December 19, 2020, I went with my son the the best buy outlet to cancel my order. A lady came up to me and asked why? I told her everything and she replied that their delivery personnel was terrible. I responded not only the delivery department but your customer service too. A supervisor having me on hold over 45 minutes was ridiculous. I will never shop at BestBuy ever again. Due to this inconvenience I purchase my washer elsewhere and will be delivered tomorrow.

I never in my whole life left a negative review or any review less than 5 starts. But the management team at best buy are liers and deceive people.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCEIf there was negative starts I would give it 100 negative review. I was lied to by one if the managers and waited 2 months for my part to come in. I kept on calling to store to check the status and as usually they never answer. I have to go there in person. Since I work all week I can only go on the weekend. Taking time away from my family to fix one of their mistakes. Finally one of the managers made believe he took care of it. But in reality he lied to me and there was never an order put it. When I went to try to speak to the general manager he was unavailable and I left all my information and it is been 2 week and I have not heard anything. Again trying to call but none ever answers. Worse consumer services from management to general manager. I will definitely take that up to corporate. WORSE CONSUMER SERVICE AND TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I have been a regular customer and fan of BestBuy for years.Today, I stopped by its Burbank location to get a little help with my new Apple Ipad Air and received all the support I needed.I also bought Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 and thanks to my GeekSquad membership I had no problems activating it.I highly recommend BestBuy as all associates provide an excellent support to the customers ♥️

This store had the best selection of counter depth refrigerators. I was looking to save a little money and purchase a warranty. I found a nice KitchenAid with a small amount of damage on the sides and a tiny ding on the front. I was able to negotiate the price down a little which also saved me a little money on the warranty. The staff was very helpful. The store also carried stoves, microwaves, televisions, washers and dryers.
