Fantastic place for fantasy and sci-fi lovers of all stripes. Manga, comics, novels, Lego and role playing games are all present and I managed to myself a Norwegian translation of Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone, which Im looking forward to being able to read.

A geeks dream store, now even bigger and better than before. I love to visit this place for board games, books and whatever else I might find :-)

Outland is a fun place to go with your friends after school, even if you go there daily there is always something you may have missed on your last look-through. It is a store which sells quite the assortment of nerdy wares, such as board games, manga, and other forms of literature. I will definitely recommend you see what this store has in store

This is THE place to go to if you are any sort of reader or a fan of comics, science fiction, fantasy etc. Theyve got merch, toys and legos too so great for kids as well as adult geeks. They hire staff that are experts within various geeky areas and are super helpful. This company started out with a tiny store on the east train station in Oslo when I was a kid. Since then theyve moved to bigger spaces and have outlived their competition. There is no better place or home for geekdom in Oslo.

I could happily stay in this shop for hours; exploring and searching for stuff to buy.

Although this is a super great looking store, I cant help but frown about the exorbitant high prices. Sure, everything in Oslo is expensive but the prices for boosters are sometimes over 300% higher than on Magic Card Market. Also Nendoroids that are about €30 online are being sold for €80+. Thats why I feel this is more of a store for the stupid people and impulse buyers who are just unaware of the real prices. Sure, you always pay more at your LGS but there is a limit.Its the same as buying merchandise during an anime/gaming convention, absurdly expensive and borderline scammy.

It took 30+ minutes to buy 25 mtg basic land cards and I paid a whole 100 kr for them. One of these cards has a different back, so it cant be used in a normal deck. Never buying mtg cards there again.

Just great store! Full of Lego sets (with superb regular price but also always have some on extra sale), manga comics, books, souvenirs, thermal cups, board games... Both, kids and adults, will like the shop.

Every fantasticle persons paradise. Boardgames, literature, D&D, manga etc.

This is a dangerous place for my wallet but perfect for a gift, there is something for every taste: movies, comics, manga, an extensive fantasy and sci-fi library. It might be packed of people sometime but is worth to take a walk inside.

Outland in Oslo is by far the largest Nerd shop I have been to. Period. And Ive been to a good selection of diffrent nerdy shops.They have everything a lover of Manga, warhammer, roleplaying, trading cards or almost any given nerddom could want. And judging from my visit it seems they are still expanding into a gaming area. Definetively worth at least two visits.

Organised partly by type (e.g. small games that are good for family time and travel, and popular viking-themed games) and otherwise alphabetically, you will find anything from old and modern classics to the latest titles designed and published by Norwegians.Their shelves are also stocked with the types of books and cartoons that are usually popular among those who like board games. Not only boooks with stories related to board games or computer games, but also fantasy, sci-fi and other genres.The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Unless you know exactly what youre looking for, you might well leave the shop wiser than when you arrived. Great service!

Overpriced Id you ask me

A huge store all nerds, comic book fans or people who love board games must visit. They seem to have all you need and they provided good help even in the chaos that was black Friday, they have good insight in their products and could easily tell me where to find what I needed.

Always have exactly what I need, perfect for comic fans, fantasy fans, anime and and board game fans, even k-pop fans, though the import fees are a bit high. Usually go here to buy card sleeves, really good options here for that!

It is not often that I am blown away by a shop but wow. The selection and variety of products here was amazing. The staff were friendly and the prices were very reasonable for the area. For any nerd visiting I cannot recommend this shop enough. Also stocks warhammer!

One absolute treasure of a shop. Content is amazing and so are the people working there.

Cool store packed with all your favourite nerdy stuff, the staffs always helpful too. Theres no gaming room which I find odd. On top of that there isnt a public toilet to my knowledge, that brings down the score immensely.

We just went to buy a videogame, they were closing but a kind seller with pink hair still attended us and helped us find what weve been looking for the whole week in Norway. The store is huge and they have the coolest geek stuff and games! Thank you forever pink haired girl, you are the best 🖤🇳🇴

Lots of choices in comics and graphic novels, a thriving fantasy and science fiction novel collection, helpful staff. If youre interested in manga, theres an entire section in the bottom floor of the store. You can also get quite a number of serious board games.

Spent a whole two hours just browsing, dont even ask about how long it took me to choose what I wanted to get, I loved this store, Im definitely visiting again next time I visit Norway.

Great! It was everything I wanted and more. Would like to have a store like this in my own country. It could, in my opinion, have a more extensive selection of heavy/complex boardgames, but it was sufficient by anyones standards.

It have alot of comic and games. The manga section in the underground floor could use some more styling. It feels cold and unwelcoming. Also some some places to sit could be pleasant.I still rank it one of the best in the category in Oslo right now but I might revise it later.

The first time I was here I was blown away and thrilled to check the store out. Im back in Oslo for vacation and Im still thrilled to walk into the store. It felt sort of downgraded however. The displayed figurines and merchandise were not as impressive as the first time I was there, but as I stepped further in it was a nice and pleasant experience again. You can find everything pop culture here basically.
